Sam Carrick C | BUF
Rangers' Sam Carrick: Finds twine Thursday
Carrick scored a goal on his only shot and added five PIM in Thursday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Flyers.
Carrick scored midway through the first period and fought Garnet Hathaway later in the frame after the Flyer winger's hit on Brennan Othmann. Carrick snapped a five-game point drought with the tally. The gritty center has earned 10 points, 57 shots on net, 82 hits, 53 PIM and 29 blocked shots across 58 appearances in a bottom-six role this season.

Sean Couturier C | PHI
Flyers' Sean Couturier: Pockets assist Thursday
Couturier logged an assist and three hits in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Rangers.
Couturier hasn't been able to shake off a goal drought that's nearing three months. He's been limited to 10 assists over that 31-game span, and just three of those helpers have come in his last 17 contests. The veteran center is at 27 points, 91 shots on net, 67 hits, 36 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a minus-6 rating through 57 appearances. Couturier is filling a middle-six role and can still contribute on the ice defensively, but his offense isn't fantasy-worthy this season.

Trevor Zegras C | PHI
Flyers' Trevor Zegras: Ties game Thursday
Zegras scored a goal, added two PIM and logged two hits in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Rangers.
Zegras was limited to one goal and four assists over his previous 10 games. He tied this contest at 2-2 early in the third period, ultimately forcing overtime, where Matvei Michkov had the winning tally. Zegras has reached the 50-point mark for the first time in three years with 21 goals, 29 assists, 125 shots on net, 29 hits, 36 PIM and a minus-7 rating over 58 appearances in his first year with the Flyers.

Elias Lindholm C | BOS
Bruins' Elias Lindholm: Posts assist Thursday
Lindholm recorded a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Lindholm's return from an upper-body injury came during the Olympics, but he was held scoreless over four appearances for Sweden. The 31-year-old center missed three contests with the issue. He's back in a top-six role and should play a large role for the Bruins down the stretch as they battle for a playoff spot. Lindholm has 38 points (18 on the power play), 72 shots on net, 42 blocked shots, 34 PIM and 30 hits over 45 appearances this season.

Sean Kuraly C | BOS
Bruins' Sean Kuraly: Scores against former team
Kuraly scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Kuraly's tally at 11:15 of the third period ended up being the game-winner against his former team. It ended a 13-game goal drought for the fourth-line center, who has been a regular in the Bruins' lineup. He's at 17 points in 58 appearances, matching his total from all 82 contests a year ago. Kuraly has added 79 shots on net, 64 hits, 36 blocked shots, 41 PIM and a plus-1 rating this season.

Morgan Geekie C | BOS
Bruins' Morgan Geekie: Power-play tally in win
Geekie scored a power-play goal and added two hits in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Geekie's point streak is up to nine games (eight goals, five assists), so he doesn't look to be rusty after the Olympic break. The 27-year-old forward has matched his 33-goal total from 77 contests last season, and he's two points shy of the 57 he put up in 2024-25 as well. He's added 130 shots on net, 91 hits, 20 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating. Geekie has defied expectations two years running, and he's still shooting 25.4 percent in 2025-26, the best mark of any player with at least 100 shots.

Ty Dellandrea C | SJ
Sharks' Ty Dellandrea: Resumes skating
Dellandrea (lower body) skated by himself while wearing equipment Friday, per Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News.
Dellandrea also skated on his own without equipment earlier in the week. He's clearly making progress, but Dellandrea will almost certainly have to get into a practice and take contact before drawing back into the lineup, so his return likely isn't imminent. The 25-year-old has two goals, 11 points, 18 PIM and 117 hits in 42 appearances in 2025-26. He was last in the lineup Jan. 6.

Alex Newhook C | MON
Canadiens' Alex Newhook: Nabs helper in return
Newhook recorded a power-play assist and two hits in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Islanders.
Newhook missed more than three months while recovering from a fractured ankle. The 25-year-old's injury derailed what was shaping up as a breakout season -- he's at 13 points, 25 shots on net, 28 hits and a plus-7 rating over 18 appearances. Keep an eye on him in fantasy, though approach with caution, as he returned in a third-line role with 13:18 of ice time.

Calum Ritchie C | NYI
Islanders' Calum Ritchie: Snags helper in overtime win
Ritchie logged a power-play assist in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Canadiens.
A lower-body injury cost Ritchie six of the Islanders' last seven games before the Olympic break, though he was able to return before the pause. The 21-year-old is currently handling middle-six minutes with power-play time for the Islanders. He's at 16 points, 51 shots on net, 23 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 42 appearances, so his value in dynasty formats is higher than in redraft leagues.

Jean-Gabriel Pageau C | NYI
Islanders' Jean-Gabriel Pageau: Tallies game-winner in overtime
Pageau scored the game-winning goal and added three shots on net and five hits in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Canadiens.
Pageau came up clutch at 1:46 of overtime to give the Islanders a win in a game they failed to lead at any point in regulation. The third-line center had four goals and an assist over the last four games of January before going cold to start February. He can provide bursts of offense and steady all-around production, making him a decent streaming forward. Pageau has 13 goals, 25 points, 54 shots on net, 78 hits and 43 blocked shots over 51 outings this season.
