  • Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Two-point effort in loss

Guentzel scored an even-strength goal and added a power-play assist in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Sabres.

The veteran winger extended his point streak to eight games with the performance, a surge that's seen him rack up six goals and 14 points. On the season, Guentzel has produced a career-high 86 points in 77 contests, and he needs three more goals in the Bolts' final five regular-season games to reach 40 for the fourth time.

  • Luke Haymes C | TOR

Maple Leafs' Luke Haymes: Called up from minors

Haymes was elevated from AHL Toronto on Tuesday.

Haymes has yet to make his NHL debut but is putting up decent numbers in the minors with 17 goals and 15 assists in 63 games with the Marlies. The decision to bring the 22-year-old center up to the NHL is an indication there is an injury or illness among the Leafs' forward ranks ahead of Wednesday's clash with Washington.

  • Sabres' Trevor Kuntar: Pots pair in AHL win

Kuntar scored twice in AHL Rochester's 4-3 shootout win over Cleveland on Monday.

Kuntar's third season in the AHL has seen him take a step forward with 19 goals and 34 points across 64 appearances. He's earned five points over his last five games for Rochester. Kuntar signed a two-way contract in December and made his NHL debut Dec. 11 versus the Canucks, but he's far from being a full-time option for the Sabres.

  • Parker Ford C | WPG

Jets' Parker Ford: Sent to minors

Ford was loaned to AHL Manitoba on Monday.

Over four games with the Jets since being recalled from the minors on an emergency basis March 27, Ford registered seven hits and three shots while averaging 9:33 of ice time. The 25-year-old will link back up with the Moose, with whom he's produced six goals, 21 points and a plus-5 rating across 45 appearances in 2025-26.

  • Noah Ostlund C | BUF

Sabres' Noah Ostlund: Still out of lineup

Ostlund (upper body) isn't an option for Monday's home contest versus the Lightning, according to Heather Engel of NHL.com.

Ostlund hasn't been in the lineup since March 25, and it remains to be seen how he is progressing in his recovery. The Sabres' next game is in the first half of a back-to-back on the road against the Rangers on Wednesday.

  • Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Unavailable in Buffalo

Cirelli (undisclosed) will not suit up Monday in Buffalo and is day-to-day, per Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times.

Cirelli's absence coincides with Scott Sabourin's (lower body) return to the lineup. Nick Paul will work as the second-line center in Buffalo due to Cirelli being unavailable. The Lightning play in the second half of a back-to-back Tuesday in Ottawa, so Cirelli should be considered questionable, at best, for that matchup at this time.

  • Ridly Greig C | OTT

Senators' Ridly Greig: Logs pair of helpers

Greig registered two assists, three shots on goal, four hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Hurricanes.

Greig has picked up the pace with a goal and four assists over his last four outings. Prior to that stretch, he had logged just one goal over 10 games. The 23-year-old forward is up to 33 points this season -- one shy of matching his total from 78 regular-season contests a year ago. He's added 123 shots on net, 89 hits, 81 PIM, 50 blocked shots and a plus-11 rating over 72 appearances in a middle-six role.

  • Dylan Cozens C | OTT

Senators' Dylan Cozens: Goal, assist in Sunday's win

Cozens scored a power-play goal on four shots, dished an assist and went plus-2 in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Hurricanes.

Cozens has three goals and a helper over his last five outings. His tally Sunday was his first power-play point in a month. The 25-year-old center is up to 55 points (27 on the power play), 189 shots on net, 205 hits, 57 PIM and a minus-8 rating through 77 appearances. Cozens has offered quality offense and ample physicality in a second-line role throughout the campaign.

  • Shane Wright C | SEA

Kraken's Shane Wright: Set to miss out again Monday

Wright (upper body) is not expected to play Monday versus the Jets, per NHL.com.

This will be his fourth straight game on the shelf. Wright is currently stuck in a 16-game goal drought during which he has generated four assists, 15 blocked shots and 12 shots on net while averaging 13:29 of ice time. Once given the all-clear, the center should slot back into a bottom-six role, which will limit his opportunities to get back on the scoresheet. Considering the Kraken are heading into a back-to-back, it seems unlikely Wright will be cleared in time to face Minnesota on Tuesday.

  • Shane Pinto C | OTT

Senators' Shane Pinto: Two more points in win

Pinto scored a power-play goal on three shots, added an assist, logged two hits and blocked three shots in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Hurricanes.

Pinto has three points over three outings in April, a solid start to the month to bounce back from ending March on a four-game skid. The 25-year-old center has matched his career high in goals with 21, and his 42 points are also a personal best. He's added 148 shots on net, 87 hits, 48 blocked shots, 42 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 67 appearances this season.
