Mikael Granlund C | ANA
Stars' Mikael Granlund: Nabs power-play helper
Granlund logged a power-play assist in Wednesday's 2-1 overtime win over the Avalanche in Game 3.
Granlund helped out on a Jamie Benn goal in the third period, which tied the game at 1-1. This resulted from a lineup shuffle that saw Granlund get bumped up to the first line after the Stars' offense largely sputtered for the first two contests of the series. The Finn has one helper, two shots on net, five hits, three blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over three playoff games after posting 22 goals and 66 points across 83 regular-season outings between the Stars and Sharks.

Tyler Seguin C | DAL
Stars' Tyler Seguin: Seals Game 3 win in overtime
Seguin scored the game-winning goal in Wednesday's 2-1 overtime win over the Avalanche in Game 3.
Seguin converted on a feed from Mason Marchment to give the Stars the win and 2-1 series lead at 5:31 of overtime. He's picked up three points over four contests since returning from a long-term hip injury, and he's looked just fine playing on the Stars' second line. Seguin has added six shots on net, two hits and an even plus-minus rating over three playoff outings.

Ross Colton C | COL
Avalanche's Ross Colton: Out for Game 3
Colton (lower body) won't play in Wednesday's Game 3 versus the Stars, Evan Rawal of the Denver Gazette reports.
While Colton will be out for a second straight game, the Avalanche will welcome back captain Gabriel Landeskog for this contest. Colton's next chance to play is Saturday in Game 4. When he's ready to return, Colton will likely bump Parker Kelly, Joel Kiviranta or Logan O'Connor out of the lineup.

Alexei Protas C | WAS
Capitals' Aliaksei Protas: Not in Game 2 lineup
Protas (foot) won't play Wednesday versus the Canadiens, Sammi Silber of The Hockey News reports.
Protas was not officially ruled out prior to warmups, but he never seemed to have much of a chance to play Wednesday. He's still a possibility later in the first round, so keep an eye on his status once the series shifts to Montreal for Game 3 on Friday.

Gabriel Vilardi C | WPG
Jets' Gabriel Vilardi: Making trip Thursday
Vilardi (upper body) will travel with the Jets for Thursday's Game 3 matchup in St. Louis, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
Vilardi has been out of action since March 23 versus the Sabres, a stretch of 13 games on the shelf due to his upper-body issue. In his 71 regular-season appearances this year, the 25-year-old natural center posted career highs in goals (27), assists (34) and power-play points (25). If given the all-clear for Game 3, Vilardi will likely be on both the first line as well as the No. 1 power-play unit.

Seth Jarvis C | CAR
Hurricanes' Seth Jarvis: Deposits empty-netter
Jarvis scored an empty-net goal on three shots, added two hits and blocked two shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Devils in Game 2.
Jarvis put the final touches on the win, which saw the Hurricanes take care of business on home ice to establish a 2-0 series lead. The empty-netter was his first point of the series, but he's added five shots on net, seven hits and four blocked shots over two contests. Jarvis has quickly developed into a reliable two-way forward and should continue to see significant ice time throughout the postseason.

John Beecher C | CGY
Bruins' John Beecher: Might undergo surgery
Beecher (undisclosed) might undergo surgery over the offseason, Scott McLaughlin of WEEI reports Wednesday.
Beecher had three goals, 11 points, 26 PIM, 85 hits and 71 blocks across 78 outings with the Bruins in 2024-25. It's not clear if the 24-year-old's injury will impact his summer training or availability for the start of the preseason. In the event that he's healthy, Beecher should start 2025-26 in a bottom-six role.

Pavel Zacha C | BOS
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Undergoes minor procedure
Zacha recently had a minor surgery to address an undisclosed injury, according to general manager Don Sweeney, per Scott McLaughlin of WEEI on Wednesday.
Zacha's surgery was deemed minor, so he should be ready to return once training camp opens up in the fall. Barring an offseason acquisition, Zacha figures to enter the 2025-26 campaign as the No. 2 center for the Bruins. The 28-year-old Czech saw action in all 82 regular-season games this year in which he tallied 14 goals and 33 helpers -- missing the 20-goal and 50-point thresholds for the first time since 2021-22.

Alexei Protas C | WAS
Capitals' Aliaksei Protas: Game-time call Wednesday
Protas (foot) is expected to be a game-time decision for Game 2 versus Montreal on Wednesday, per Sammi Silber of The Hockey News.
Protas hasn't been in the lineup since April 4. He finished the 2024-25 regular season with 30 goals and 66 points across 76 appearances. If Protas is available against the Canadiens, then he might play on the top unit alongside Alex Ovechkin, which would result in Anthony Beauvillier seeing a reduced role.

Tomas Hertl C | LV
Golden Knights' Tomas Hertl: Scores in loss Tuesday
Hertl scored a goal on three shots and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Wild in Game 2.
Hertl is already rolling in the playoffs with three points over the first two postseason games. The center got the Golden Knights back within two goals in the third period Tuesday, but the comeback effort stalled out there. In addition to his three points, he's added seven shots on net, five hits and a minus-1 rating while filling a second-line role. Hertl is in a position to be impactful throughout the postseason.
