Trevor Zegras C | PHI
Ducks' Trevor Zegras: Picks corner for goal
Zegras scored a goal in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Flames.
Zegras converted on a feed from Oliver Kylington at 11:49 of the third period, tying the game at 1-1. With five goals and nine assists over his last 16 outings, Zegras has been reliable on offense late in the season. The 24-year-old forward is up to 12 goals, 31 points, 94 shots on net, 43 hits, 23 PIM and a minus-8 rating over 53 contests for the season.

Cameron Lund C | SJ
Sharks' Cameron Lund: Registers helper
Lund recorded an assist in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime loss to the Wild.
Lund set up a Carl Grundstrom tally in the second period. This was Lund's first NHL helper, and he has earned three points with a minus-10 rating, 11 shots on net and three hits over eight contests since signing out of Northeastern University. He'll likely close the 2024-25 campaign in a bottom-six role, giving him minimal upside in fantasy.

Alex Wennberg C | SJ
Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Adds assist Wednesday
Wennberg recorded an assist, two shots on goal, two blocked shots and two PIM in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime loss to the Wild.
Wennberg helped out on a Tyler Toffoli tally in the first period. Wennberg has earned two goals and two assists over his last eight contests, providing decent supporting offense while centering the second line. The 30-year-old is at 35 points, 76 shots on net, 74 blocked shots and a minus-18 rating through 73 appearances.

Will Smith C | SJ
Sharks' Will Smith: Racks up four points Wednesday
Smith scored a goal on three shots, dished three assists and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime loss to the Wild.
Smith has four goals and three assists during his three-game point streak. Both of the Sharks' top rookies, Smith and Macklin Celebrini, had great performances despite the overtime loss. For the season, Smith has 17 goals, 27 helpers, 12 power-play points, 121 shots on net and a minus-10 rating over 70 appearances. The Sharks have four games left on the schedule, so Smith still has plenty of time to help fantasy managers pad their scoring numbers.

Macklin Celebrini C | SJ
Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Erupts for five points
Celebrini scored three goals and added two assists, two hits and a plus-4 rating in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime loss to the Wild.
Celebrini snapped a nine-game goal drought in a big way. During that stretch, he still racked up seven assists, but the rookie center had everything going in this contest. For the season, he's up to 24 goals, 38 assists, 226 shots on net, 51 blocked shots and a minus-26 rating over 66 appearances. He's leaped back over Matvei Michkov, and Celebrini's 62 points are second only to Lane Hutson (64) in the rookie scoring race. Celebrini and Michkov are tied with 24 goals apiece to lead all rookies.

Gustav Nyquist RW | WPG
Wild's Gustav Nyquist: Picks up assist Wednesday
Nyquist managed an assist in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime win over the Sharks.
Nyquist has four points over his last six outings. He was beginning to look more comfortable in the Wild's lineup, but the returns of Kirill Kaprizov and Joel Eriksson Ek from their respective lower-body injuries bumped Nyquist down to the third line Wednesday. It'll be tough for Nyquist to be productive in a limited role. He's at just 27 points, 100 shots on net, 44 hits and a minus-23 rating over 76 appearances between the Wild and the Predators this season.

Frederick Gaudreau C | SEA
Wild's Frederick Gaudreau: Offers helper in overtime win
Gaudreau provided an assist, two blocked shots and a minus-2 rating in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime win over the Sharks.
Gaudreau and the Wild's new-look third line factored on the team's first goal, as the center set up Marcus Johansson to tie the game at 1-1 in the first period. Over the last six games, Gaudreau has been limited to two assists. He's produced 36 points, 107 shots on net, 61 blocked shots, 41 hits and a minus-2 rating over 79 contests this season, but his role is likely to be reduced now that the team is healthy at forward.

Marco Rossi C | VAN
Wild's Marco Rossi: Logs two power-play assists
Rossi registered two power-play assists and went minus-3 in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime win over the Sharks.
Rossi remained on the top line even with the returns of Kirill Kaprizov and Joel Eriksson Ek from their respective lower-body injuries. Rossi helped out both of those players' goals late in the second period. The 23-year-old center has two goals and four assists over his last seven contests. He's up to 60 points (16 on the power play) with 134 shots on net, 59 hits, 40 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 79 outings this season.

Joel Eriksson Ek C | MIN
Wild's Joel Eriksson Ek: Tallies four goals in dream return
Eriksson Ek scored four goals on eight shots, added four hits and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime win over the Sharks.
Eriksson Ek returned from a 21-game absence due to a lower-body injury, and he showed up in about the biggest way possible. Prior to the injury, he had scored just nine goals in 42 outings this season. He had two goals in each of the second and third periods, and two of the tallies came on the power play. The center is up to 28 points (10 on the power play), 131 shots on net, 73 hits, 31 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating through 43 contests. Eriksson Ek will fill a top-six role and see power-play time, so fantasy managers shouldn't hesitate to activate him.

Luke Glendening C | PHI
Lightning's Luke Glendening: Exits Wednesday's game
Glendening (undisclosed) won't return to Wednesday's game versus the Maple Leafs, Gabby Shirley of FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun reports.
Glendening was hurt late in the first period and ultimately wasn't able to return to action. If the 35-year-old forward remains out Friday versus the Red Wings, Cam Atkinson or Jake Guentzel (personal) could rejoin the lineup to take his place. Glendening is in a fourth-line role, so his potential absence won't have a significant impact in fantasy.
