  • David Kampf C | WAS

Maple Leafs' David Kampf: Ruled out against Columbus

Kampf (upper body) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Blue Jackets, Terry Koshan of The Toronto Sun reports.

Kampf sustained an upper-body injury during Wednesday's game against the Panthers, and head coach Craig Berube said Friday that the 30-year-old is considered day-to-day. Kampf will have a few days to recover before the Maple Leafs face Florida on Tuesday, but it's not yet clear whether the team expects him to be available for that matchup.

  • Tyson Kozak C | BUF

    Sabres' Tyson Kozak: Week-to-week

Kozak is week-to-week with a hip strain, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports Friday.

Kozak is unlikely to suit up for the Sabres for the remainder of the campaign as the regular season ends April 17. The Sabres hope that Kozak is well enough to play in the AHL playoffs for Rochester, where he had eight goals and six assists in 31 games before his recall. The 22-year-old rookie had three goals and five points across 21 NHL appearances before his injury.

  • Rangers' Mika Zibanejad: Not practicing Friday

Zibanejad (illness) is not at practice Friday, per Peter Baugh of The Athletic.

Zibanejad has struggled in 2024-25 with only 16 goals and 35 assists across 75 games, his worst season since 2017-18 when he managed 27 goals and 20 assists in 72 appearances. Zibanejad should be considered a game-time decision ahead of Saturday's matinee in New Jersey. Should he be unable to play, look for Nicolas Aube-Kubel to enter the lineup.

  • Matt Duchene C | DAL

Stars' Matt Duchene: Two helpers in Thursday's win

Duchene picked up two assists in Thursday's 5-1 win over the Predators.

The veteran center had a hand in the Stars' first two tallies of the night, including Mason Marchment's game-winner just 39 seconds into the third period. Duchene has gotten onto the scoresheet in nine of the last 10 games, amassing four goals and 11 points over that span, and he sits one goal short of his fourth career 30-goal campaign, and three points shy of reaching 80 for the second time.

  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Three-point effort in win

MacKinnon scored a goal and added two assists, one on the power play, in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Blue Jackets.

The 29-year-old superstar opened the scoring early in the first period before helping to set up tallies by Cale Makar and Devon Toews as part of a five-goal surge that put the game away. MacKinnon had a quiet end to March by his standards, delivering three goals and eight points over the final 10 games of the month, but he looks to be gearing back up with the playoffs on the horizon. He's piled up 31 goals and 114 points in 77 appearances this season, putting him three points clear of Nikita Kucherov in the NHL scoring race.

  • Avalanche's Charlie Coyle: Breaks out with three points

Coyle produced a goal and two assists, one on the power play, in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Blue Jackets.

It was Coyle's first multi-point performance in a Colorado jersey, snapping a slump that had seen him manage just two assists in 13 games since joining the team. On the season, the 33-year-old has 16 goals and 27 points in 78 appearances between the Avs and Bruins, putting him on track to finish below 40 points over a full campaign for the first time since 2019-20.

  • Jake Evans C | MON

Canadiens' Jake Evans: Two helpers in Thursday's win

Evans logged a pair of assists, two shots on goal, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Bruins.

Evans has two multi-assist games over his last nine contests, but he went scoreless in the other seven outings. He hasn't tickled the twine since March 1 versus the Sabres. The 28-year-old remains in a fourth-line role, and while he's had success there at times this season, he's not meant to be a reliable scorer in fantasy with that kind of usage. Evans is at 12 goals, a career-high 33 points, 73 shots on net, 107 hits, 56 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating through 75 appearances.

  • Canadiens' Christian Dvorak: Breaks open scoring in middle frame

Dvorak scored a goal in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Bruins.

Dvorak's strong run continued with the opening goal 40 seconds into the second period of this contest. Since March 15, he has five goals and five assists over 10 games. The 29-year-old is up to the 30-point mark for the sixth time in his career and the first since 2021-22. He has 11 goals, 19 assists, 99 shots on net, 67 blocked shots, 40 hits and a minus-6 rating over 75 appearances.

  • Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Hands out helper

Wennberg managed an assist and three blocked shots in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Oilers.

Wennberg has two goals and an assist over his last five contests. The 30-year-old center set up a Jack Thompson tally in the first period of this game. Wennberg is up to 10 goals, 24 assists, 74 shots on net, 71 blocked shots, 30 hits and a minus-16 rating over 70 appearances in a middle-six role this season.

  • Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Offers helper in loss

Celebrini notched an assist and two shots on goal in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Oilers.

Celebrini ended a three-game dry spell on offense when he assisted on Tyler Toffoli's second-period tally. The goal drought is up to seven games for Celebrini, but he remains firmly in a top-six role. He has four assists in that span, so it's not like he's hit a wall late in the season. The rookie center is at 21 goals, 33 helpers, 214 shots on net, 51 blocked shots, 32 hits, 26 PIM and a minus-31 rating over 63 outings.
