Luke Glendening C | PHI
Lightning's Luke Glendening: Sitting out Tuesday
Glendening (personal) won't be in the lineup against the Islanders on Tuesday, according to Gabby Shirley of FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun.
Glendening will be with his wife for the birth of their baby. The 35-year-old Glendening has four goals, seven points, 50 shots on net, 57 blocked shots and 101 hits in 73 appearances this season. Mitchell Chaffee will replace Glendening in Tuesday's lineup.

Jonathan Marchessault C | NSH
Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Unavailable Tuesday
Marchessault (lower body) won't play against Columbus on Tuesday, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.
Marchessault will miss his second straight game and remains day-to-day. He has accounted for 19 goals, 49 points, 197 shots on net and 76 hits in 73 appearances this season. With Marchessault and Colton Sissons (lower body) unavailable, the Predators will dress 11 forwards and seven defensemen again, with Jordan Oesterle in the lineup.

Filip Chytil C | VAN
Canucks' Filip Chytil: Unlikely to return this season
Chytil (concussion) probably won't be back before the end of the 2024-25 regular season, per Harman Dayal of The Athletic on Tuesday.
Chytil has missed the last eight games and will likely sit out the final eight outings of the 2024-25 campaign. If the Canucks make the playoffs, Chytil will probably miss additional action. He is poised to finish the year with 13 goals, 26 points and 133 shots on net in 56 appearances between the Canucks and Rangers.

Elias Pettersson C | VAN
Canucks' Elias Pettersson: Return not imminent
Pettersson (undisclosed) may still play before the end of the regular season but has only started skating, Harman Dayal of The Athletic reports Tuesday.
At this point, the fact that Pettersson hasn't resumed practicing with his teammates would seem to point to him being out of action for at least another week -- though it could certainly be longer. Pius Suter figures to continue filling the first-line center role until Pettersson is given the all-clear.

Alex Turcotte C | LA
Kings' Alex Turcotte: Still sidelined
Turcotte (upper body) will not be an option for Tuesday's home matchup versus Winnipeg, per Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site.
Turcotte will sit out his fifth consecutive game, and it's not clear if he's close to a return to the lineup. Tanner Jeannot (undisclosed) is also out Tuesday and Alex Laferriere (illness) is a game-time decision, so the Kings may have to utilize 11 forwards and seven blueliners again.

Oskar Back C | DAL
Stars' Oskar Back: Posts helper Monday
Back logged an assist and five shots on goal in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kraken.
Back tied for the team lead in shots in this contest, which is a rarity for the fourth-line forward. He'd posted just six shots (one goal) over his first 13 outings in March and was a scratch in Saturday's game against the Kraken. The 25-year-old rookie has managed 15 points, 41 shots, 33 blocked shots, 27 hits and a plus-1 rating over 67 appearances this season.

Matt Duchene C | DAL
Stars' Matt Duchene: Scores goal, takes five shots
Duchene scored a goal and registered five shots in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kraken.
Duchene has found the back of the net in three of his last five outings, and the veteran playmaker continues to have an excellent season as one of Dallas' primary offensive weapons. He notched 15 points (five goals, 10 assists) in 15 games in March, and while he might not record a new career high in points, there's no question this has been an excellent bounce-back season for the veteran. His 75 points in 74 games are the second-most points he's racked up in his career.

Mikael Granlund C | ANA
Stars' Mikael Granlund: Keeps producing for Dallas
Granlund scored a goal in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kraken.
Granlund seems to be getting into a groove, and if the Stars want to make a deep playoff run, they'll need the 33-year-old to be at his best. The former Sharks playmaker has done exactly that lately by providing six points over his last six outings, meaning he might enter the playoffs on a hot streak. Granlund has 17 points (five goals, 12 helpers) in 23 games for Dallas this season after being acquired from the Sharks via trade in early February.

Wyatt Johnston C | DAL
Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Goal streak reaches five games
Johnston scored a goal in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kraken.
Johnston has been on fire in recent games and has found the back of the net in five straight contests, a span in which he's recorded only nine shots. The 21-year-old center established a new career-high mark in points earlier this month, and he's up to 30 goals and 67 total points in 74 contests. He might set a new career-high mark in goals, currently at 32, if he remains this hot until the end of the regular season.

Ryan Poehling C | ANA
Flyers' Ryan Poehling: Lights lamp in win
Poehling scored a goal on two shots and blocked four shots in Monday's 2-1 win over the Predators.
Poehling closed out March on an impressive run, earning seven goals and three assists over the last 10 games of the month. That's quite a bit for a forward best known for his defensive play, especially with four of those points coming over the last two contests. For the season, he's at 11 goals, 25 points, 65 shots on net, 71 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating through 62 appearances. He needs one more goal and four more points to set career highs in both categories.
