Ducks' Nikita Nesterenko: Won't play Thursday
Nesterenko (undisclosed) won't be in the lineup for Thursday's game versus the Predators, Derek Lee of The Hockey News reports.
Nesterenko is dealing with an undisclosed issue that will keep him out of action. With no extra healthy forwards on the roster, defenseman Oliver Kylington will draw into the lineup Thursday. Nesterenko's next chance to play is at home Sunday versus the Hurricanes.

Rempe has two goals, five points, 54 PIM and 99 hits in 34 appearances in 2024-25. He also has three goals, five points and 22 PIM in 18 outings with AHL Hartford. Rempe's next chance to play will come Saturday versus Vancouver.

William Karlsson C | LV
Golden Knights' William Karlsson: Ready to return
Karlsson (lower body) was activated off long-term injured reserve, per SinBin.Vegas, which sets the stage for him to return Thursday versus Boston.
Karlsson is set to play for the first time since Jan. 20. He has seven goals and 18 points in 38 outings in 2024-25. Karlsson is projected to serve on the third line alongside Nicolas Roy and Reilly Smith in his return. Victor Olofsson might be a healthy scratch to make room for Karlsson.

Nikita Nesterenko C | ANA
Ducks' Nikita Nesterenko: Questionable vs. Nashville
Nesterenko (undisclosed) missed the morning skate and is questionable for Thursday's clash against Nashville, Derek Lee of The Hockey News reports.
Nesterenko has three goals, four points, nine shots and 24 hits in 10 appearances in 2024-25. If he's unavailable versus the Predators, then Anaheim will probably dress 11 forwards and seven defensemen, which would result in Oliver Kylington making his Ducks debut.

William Karlsson C | LV
Golden Knights' William Karlsson: Game-time call Thursday
Karlsson (lower body) will be a game-time decision against the Bruins on Thursday.
Karlsson has been sidelined since Jan. 20 versus the Blues due to his lower-body injury, a stretch of 20 games on the shelf. Prior to his absence, the veteran forward was mired in a 14-game goal drought during which he recorded just three assists to go with 32 shots, five hits and five blocks. If Karlsson is given the all-clear, he should still slot into a third-line role.

Canucks' Filip Chytil: Not with team for Thursday's game
Chytil (concussion) didn't travel with the Canucks ahead of Thursday's game against the Blues, Larry Brooks of the New York Post reports.
The Canucks begin a six-game road trip Thursday, but Chytil will be unavailable for a third consecutive matchup due to a concussion. It's not yet clear whether he'll join the team later in the road trip, but his next chance to suit up will be Saturday against the Rangers.

Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Doubtful against Jets
Draisaitl is considered day-to-day with an undisclosed injury and is expected to miss Thursday's clash with Winnipeg, Bob Stauffer of the Oilers Radio Network reports.
Draisaitl is poised to miss his first game of the season due to his undisclosed injury. According to head coach Kris Knoblauch, the team is taking a cautious approach with the star center and will evaluate him on a game-to-game basis. If Draisiatl is out, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins figures to shift into the second-line center role.

Vinnie Hinostroza C | FLA
Wild's Vinnie Hinostroza: Notches 100th career assist
Hinostroza posted an assist, two hits and two PIM in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Kraken.
Hinostroza ended a six-game point drought with the secondary helper on Ryan Hartman's first-period tally. This assist was the 100th of Hinostroza's career, a milestone he reached in his 402nd contest. The 30-year-old winger has put up seven points, 38 shots on net, 26 hits, 10 PIM and a minus-1 rating over 28 appearances between the Wild and the Predators this season. The Wild's many injuries at forward have allowed Hinostroza to maintain a middle-six role with power-play time despite his recent lack of offense.

Frederick Gaudreau C | SEA
Wild's Frederick Gaudreau: Posts assist Wednesday
Gaudreau recorded an assist in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Kraken.
Gaudreau has slowed down on offense with just a goal and an assist over his last seven outings. He had put up six points across the seven games before that from Feb. 8 to March 4. The 31-year-old continues to center the second line as the Wild are missing Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body), and Gaudreau could get another bump in minutes if Marco Rossi (lower body) misses additional time after leaving Wednesday's game early. Overall, Gaudreau is up to 31 points, 94 shots on net, 50 blocked shots, 36 hits and a plus-4 rating over 69 appearances.

Gustav Nyquist RW | WPG
Wild's Gustav Nyquist: Grabs helper in win
Nyquist provided an assist, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Kraken.
Nyquist helped out on Liam Ohgren's first-period tally, which stretched the Wild's lead to 3-0 early on. This was Nyquist's second helper over nine appearances since the Wild acquired him in a trade with the Predators. He hasn't exactly provided a boost to Minnesota's offense, as his struggles from Nashville have followed him north. For the season, the winger is at 23 points, 85 shots on net, 34 hits and a minus-21 rating through 66 outings.
