  • Will Smith C | SJ

Sharks' Will Smith: Snaps goal drought

Smith scored two goals, including one on the power play, in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Predators.

Smith hadn't found the back of the net since March 6, and he tallied just two assists in nine games during that goalless stretch. The 21-year-old forward has been a productive player for the Sharks since returning from an upper-body injury that caused him to miss 13 games. Smith has notched nine goals and 18 points over his last 23 contests.

  • Flyers' Sean Couturier: Opens scoring in return

Couturier scored a goal and put three shots on net in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to Columbus.

After missing two games due to an upper-body injury, Couturier found the back of the net in his return to the lineup. Overall, the 33-year-old forward is up to eight goals, 30 points, 104 shots on net, 72 hits and 37 blocked shots across 67 games this season. While the Flyers' captain skated on the team's fourth line as a winger Tuesday, he could return to a center role as he ramps back up to speed.

  • Blue Jackets' Mathieu Olivier: Finds twine in win

Olivier scored a goal, fired five shots on net, served two PIM and dished out seven hits in Tuesday's 3-2 win over Philadelphia.

Olivier stuffed the stat sheet Tuesday with his highest hit total since Jan. 13. The goal was his third over the last five games and his seventh in March. Overall, the 29-year-old winger has 15 goals, 26 points, 89 shots on net, 201 hits and 41 blocked shots through 58 games this season. He could make an impact in deep leagues that value category coverage for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.

  • Kraken's Oscar Fisker Molgaard: Up from minors

Fisker Molgaard was called up from AHL Coachella Valley on Wednesday.

Fisker Molgaard has 10 goals and 32 points in 46 outings with Coachella Valley this season. He also has an assist in three appearances with Seattle in 2025-26. Jani Nyman was sent to the minors in a corresponding move.

  • Jordan Staal C | CAR

Hurricanes' Jordan Staal: Lights lamp in loss

Staal scored a goal, put two shots on net and dished out four hits in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Canadiens.

Staal doubled the Hurricanes' lead just seven minutes into the opening period before the Canadiens would shut them out the rest of the way. Overall, Staal is up to 18 goals, 31 points, 94 shots on net, 150 hits and 38 blocked shots through 68 games this season. Carolina's captain has displayed his all-around value as of late with two goals, three points and 15 hits over the last four games. The 20-year NHL veteran still offers plenty of value in fantasy leagues that value category coverage and banger stats.

  • Nicolas Roy C | COL

Avalanche's Nicolas Roy: Expected to miss some time

Head coach Jared Bednar said Wednesday that Roy (upper body) will be out for "a little bit," Evan Rawal of the Denver Gazette reports.

Bednar added that the Avalanche want to give Roy time to get healthy, so expect the 29-year-old center to miss some games. Roy also didn't play in Tuesday's 6-2 win over Pittsburgh. He has eight goals and 23 points in 68 appearances between Colorado and Toronto in 2025-26. Roy will likely serve in a bottom-six capacity once he's healthy.

  • Jake Evans C | MON

Canadiens' Jake Evans: Deposits empty netter

Evans tallied an empty-net goal and placed two shots on net in Tuesday's 5-2 win over Carolina.

Evans' past two goals have been empty-netters. Overall, the 29-year-old winger is up to 11 goals, 21 points, 67 shots on net, 73 hits and 38 blocked shots across 56 games this season. Tuesday's tally was his first since the end of his six-game point streak, and it ended his five-game point drought.

  • Canadiens' Oliver Kapanen: Sparks offense Tuesday

Kapanen scored a goal and placed two shots on net in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Hurricanes.

Kapanen helped turn the tide with the first goal for the Canadiens, who would tally five consecutive goals to win Tuesday's contest convincingly. With the twine finder, he's up to 21 goals, 35 points, 117 shots on net and 66 blocked shots through 70 games this season. The 22-year-old center is tied for second among rookies in goals, and he firmly leads all first-year forwards with 66 blocked shots. He should provide solid fantasy value in category-based leagues moving forward.

  • Frank Nazar C | CHI

Blackhawks' Frank Nazar: Two points including GWG

Nazar scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 victory over the Islanders.

After helping to set up Nick Lardis for Chicago's first goal midway through the first period, Nazar gave his team a 4-1 lead early in the second stanza. Nazar has five multi-point performances in the last 10 games, racking up five goals and 11 points over that stretch.

  • Blackhawks' Anton Frondell: Picks up assist in NHL debut

Frondell notched an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

In his NHL debut, the third overall pick in the 2025 NHL Draft set up Ilya Mikheyev's breakaway goal late in the first period. Frondell should get a long look over the final weeks of the season in a top-six role. The 18-year-old also had two shots on net, two blocked shots and one hit in 15:43 of ice time.
