Dylan Cozens C | OTT
Sabres' Dylan Cozens: Ready to play Saturday
Cozens (lower body) will be in the lineup versus Nashville on Saturday, Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News reports.
Cozens won't miss any game action after skipping Wednesday's practice. He had a terrific 2022-23 campaign, tallying 31 goals and 37 assists in 81 regular-season games. The 23-year-old forward slumped last season with only 18 goals and 47 points across 79 regular-season appearances and has only 10 goals and 16 assists in 53 games this campaign. In Saturday's matchup, Cozens will center the third line between Peyton Krebs and Jack Quinn.

Thompson will be back on the top line after missing Tuesday's game against Columbus. The 27-year-old had eight points in three games before getting hurt, including a hat trick and an assist versus Boston on Jan. 28. Thompson has 26 goals and 48 points through 47 appearances this season, including four goals and seven assists on the power play.

Noel Acciari C | PIT
Penguins' Noel Acciari: Snags helper Friday
Acciari registered an assist, four hits and three blocked shots in Friday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.
Acciari ended an 18-game point drought when he set up Blake Lizotte's second-period tally. The 33-year-old Acciari doesn't focus on offense -- he's a physical and defensive presence on the Penguins' fourth line. The veteran forward has nine points, 58 shots on net, 120 hits, 68 blocked shots and a minus-15 rating across 56 appearances. That level of offense is likely too light to appeal to most fantasy managers.

Anthony Cirelli C | TB
Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Playing Saturday
Cirelli (upper body) will be in the lineup in Detroit on Saturday, per Gabby Shirley of FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun.
Cirelli returns after a one-game absence. He will center Jake Guentzel and Nikita Kucherov on the top line. Cirelli has 19 goals and 40 points in 50 games this season.

Vincent Trocheck C | NYR
Rangers' Vincent Trocheck: Tallies multi-point performance
Trocheck scored a goal, registered an assist, had two hits and blocked two shots in Friday's 3-2 loss against the Penguins.
Trocheck scored the lone goal in the first period off a feed from linemate Alexis Lafreniere. The 31-year-old Trocheck has 17 goals, 18 assists, 138 shots on net and 155 hits across 54 games this season. He has three points in his last two outings and seems to be adjusting well to his new role on the Rangers' second line alongside Lafreniere and Reilly Smith. Trocheck is well off the pace to match his 77-point season from a year ago but has plenty of time to challenge for the 60-point threshold. His fantasy value could increase if he continues to build momentum while playing for Team USA during the 4 Nations Face-Off.

Blake Lizotte C | PIT
Penguins' Blake Lizotte: Finds twine Friday
Lizotte scored a goal, had two shots on net and added three hits during Friday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.
Lizotte's tally tied the game at 1-1 at the 2:25 mark of the second period. The 27-year-old forward is up to nine goals, 13 points and 38 shots on net across 37 appearances this season. Friday's goal ended a 16-game point drought for Lizotte. His debut season with the Penguins is unlikely to surpass his career-high of 34 points from the 2022-23 campaign. However, Lizotte is two goals shy of tying his career-best of 11 tallies from that same season.

Shane Pinto C | OTT
Senators' Shane Pinto: Won't play against Florida
Pinto (upper body) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against Florida, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.
Pinto sustained an upper-body injury against the Lightning on Tuesday and will be unavailable for a second consecutive game heading into the league's break for the 4 Nations Face-Off. The exact severity of Pinto's injury isn't yet clear, but he'll have two weeks to rest before the Senators face Montreal on Feb. 22.

Philip Tomasino C | PHI
Penguins' Philip Tomasino: Scores game-winner Friday
Tomasino netted the game-winning goal during a Pittsburgh power play and added three shots on target in Friday's 3-2 victory against the Rangers.
At the 11:59 mark of the second period, Tomasino was the hero by capitalizing on a feed from Bryan Rust. The 23-year-old Tomasino is up to seven goals, 13 points and 62 shots on net in 38 appearances between Pittsburgh and Nashville during the 2024-25 campaign. Despite his slow start to the season, Tomasino has two goals in his last three games. His role on Pittsburgh's second power-play unit gives him some fantasy value in deep leagues. However, he has a low ceiling until he can string together steady offensive production.

Rickard Rakell C | PIT
Penguins' Rickard Rakell: Extends point streak
Rakell had a goal on three shots and blocked two shots in Friday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.
Rakell found the back of the net nine minutes into the second period to level the score at two apiece. The 31-year-old forward is up to 25 goals, 47 points, 65 blocks and 144 shots on net in 55 games this season. With Friday's tally, Rakell extended his point streak to four games and has registered at least one point in 13 of his last 16 appearances. With Evgeni Malkin (lower body) and Sidney Crosby (upper body) both sidelined in Friday's contest, Rakell shifted to his natural position at center. If Crosby remains out Saturday against the Flyers, Rakell is Pittsburgh's top play in fantasy. Rakell's category coverage makes him a must-start in all formats for the foreseeable future.

Jacob Gaucher C | PHI
Flyers' Jacob Gaucher: Called up from minors
Gaucher was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Saturday, per Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
Gaucher was summoned after being sent down Friday because Jakob Pelletier has not had his visa issues resolved following his trade from Calgary on Jan. 30. Gaucher will center the fourth line versus Pittsburgh on Saturday. He is pointless in three NHL games with three shots on goal, four hits and two blocked shots.
