  • Sean Walker D | CAR

Hurricanes' Sean Walker: Nabs assist in win

Walker notched an assist and two PIM in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Red Wings.

Walker ended an eight-game point drought with the helper. The 31-year-old blueliner remains in a top-four role, though he is more of a shutdown defenseman. He's provided 15 points, 125 shots on net, 97 hits, 89 blocked shots, 49 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 59 contests this season, so he'll offer some value in non-scoring areas for fantasy managers in deep formats.

  • Hurricanes' Shayne Gostisbehere: Racks up three points Saturday

Gostisbehere scored a goal on two shots, added two assists, went plus-2 and logged two hits in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Red Wings.

Gostisbehere had gone three games without a point prior to Saturday, which was his longest slump while healthy all season. The 32-year-old defenseman got back on track with a big performance, his fifth effort of at least three points this season. Overall, he's at 10 goals, 41 points (14 on the power play), 91 shots on net, 45 blocked shots and a plus-11 rating across 42 appearances. He's on pace to reach the 50-point mark for the third time in his career.

  • Senators' Thomas Chabot: First goal in 13 games

Chabot had a goal and an assist in Saturday's 5-2 win over Toronto.

Chabot snapped a 12-game goal drought with the snipe. He has six goals, 18 assists and 75 shots in 44 games this season; six of those points, including two goals, came on the power play. Chabot is a talented defender, but he's an injury risk. He's already missed 15 games, and he's played more than 71 regular-season outings just once in his career (2024-25; 80 games). Have a safety net if you're rolling him, especially as you approach the postseason.

  • Ryan Shea D | PIT

Penguins' Ryan Shea: Outstanding season continues

Shea scored a goal in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Rangers.

Shea has a point in each of the Pens' two games since the Olympic break (one goal, one assist). The 29-year-old defender is having an outstanding season. Shea had six points (three goals, three assists), 36 shots and a minus-8 rating in 70 games over the last two seasons, but he already has four goals, 20 assists, 59 shots and a plus-23 stat line in 2025-26. That would give Shea a reasonable shot at a 33-point season. Not bad for a guy with 186 AHL games under his belt after a full four-year career at Northeastern University.

  • Devils' Topias Vilen: Logs three helpers for Utica

Vilen notched three assists in AHL Utica's 5-1 win over Belleville on Saturday.

Vilen has a goal and seven helpers over his last 10 outings for one of his best stretches of the season. He's at just 17 points in 46 appearances overall. While he's got the time to get to the 20-point mark again, he hasn't elevated his offense in his third AHL campaign.

  • Adam Wilsby D | NSH

Predators' Adam Wilsby: Sustains lower-body injury

Wilsby (lower body) will not return to Saturday's game versus the Stars.

Wilsby can be considered day-to-day due to the injury. He could be at risk of missing time since the Predators have a back-to-back next, with a home game versus the Red Wings on Monday, followed by a road game in Columbus on Tuesday. Justin Barron could replace Wilsby in the lineup.

  • Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Still out Saturday

Lindgren (undisclosed) won't play Saturday versus the Canucks, per the NHL media site.

Lindgren will miss his second straight game. The Kraken have yet to provide an update on his status, but considering he's not on injured reserve, he's likely still in the day-to-day range. Lindgren's next chance to play is Monday versus the Hurricanes.

  • Kings' Drew Doughty: Not playing Saturday

Doughty (lower body) won't play Saturday versus the Flames, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Doughty was injured Thursday versus the Oilers, and it will cost him at least one full contest. Jacob Moverare is expected to enter the lineup Saturday, likely in a third-pairing capacity. It's unclear if Doughty will be ready to go for Monday's game versus the Avalanche.

  • Sam Rinzel D | CHI

    Blackhawks' Sam Rinzel: Unavailable Saturday

Rinzel (illness) won't play against Colorado on Saturday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Rinzel has one goal and one assist in the past three games. He has provided two goals, 10 points, 51 shots on net, 37 blocked shots and 28 hits in 32 NHL outings this season. Kevin Korchinski will replace Rinzel in Saturday's lineup.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Slated to miss next two games

Parayko is expected to miss Saturday's game against New Jersey and Sunday's match in Minnesota due to back spasms, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Parayko has a goal, 14 points, 16 PIM, 67 hits and 141 blocks in 58 appearances with St. Louis in 2025-26. Matt Kessel is set to draw into the lineup due to Parayko's absence. The 32-year-old Parayko might be an option to return Wednesday in Seattle.
