  • Flyers' Travis Sanheim: Three goals in last eight games

Sanheim scored a goal Saturday in a 6-3 loss to the Rangers.

He has four points, including three goals, in his last eight games. Sanheim has 21 points (six goals, 15 assists) in 47 games this season, which puts him on pace to deliver 36 points this season. The defender's best season came two years ago, when he put up 44 points, including 10 goals, 48 PIM, five PPP and 146 shots. Sanheim does most of his damage at even strength, although he does have a goal and one helper while shorthanded (one goal, two assists). He has 87 blocks, and that may help in formats that count secondary categories.

  • Blue Jackets' Jackson Smith: Collects three points

Smith scored a goal and added two assists in Penn State's 6-3 win over the University of Notre Dame on Saturday.

Smith has done a decent job in his first NCAA season with 14 points in 20 outings this season. The Blue Jackets prospect is establishing himself quickly as a freshman. The 14th overall pick in 2025 will need some more development time, and he should be a steady source of offense from the blue line in the future.

  • Adam Wilsby D | NSH

Predators' Adam Wilsby: Remains out Saturday

Wilsby (lower body) will miss Saturday's game against Vegas, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.

Wilsby will miss his second straight game. He has a goal and seven points in 36 appearances during the 2025-26 season. Wilsby remains day-to-day, but it's unclear if he will return Tuesday versus Buffalo.

  • Dante Fabbro D | CLB

Blue Jackets' Dante Fabbro: Exits Saturday's game

Fabbro (lower body) won't return to Saturday's game versus the Penguins.

Fabbro was hurt in the first period and was unable to get back into action. If he misses time, it'll open the door for Jake Christiansen to pick up minutes on a blue line that's suddenly collecting injuries. The Blue Jackets' next game is Tuesday at home versus the Senators.

  • Andrew Peeke D | BOS

    Bruins' Andrew Peeke: Unavailable Saturday

Peeke (lower body) will miss Saturday's game in Chicago.

Peeke sustained the injury during Thursday's 4-2 win over Seattle. He has four goals and nine points in 48 outings in 2025-26. His exit will coincide with Hampus Lindholm's (lower body) return.

  • Kings' Henry Brzustewicz: Trio of helpers Saturday

Brzustewicz notched three assists in OHL London's 5-4 win over Owen Sound on Saturday.

The defenseman has earned a goal and five assists over his last three games. That matches his point total from the previous 10 contests. Brzustewicz has put together an acceptable season with 26 points, 131 shots on net, 43 PIM and a minus-15 rating over 34 appearances. Considering London has had a decent season, Brzustewicz's heavily negative plus-minus rating is a concern for his defensive skills. However, he projects to be more of a stay-at-home type once he reaches the professional ranks.

  • Blue Jackets' Denton Mateychuk: Remaining out Saturday

Mateychuk (upper body) is not expected to play Saturday versus the Penguins, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.

Mateychuk didn't practice Friday, so it tracks that he won't be in the lineup Saturday for this one-off road game. The Blue Jackets are home for the following five games, which could give Mateychuk the time needed to practice and return to game fitness if his injury is a short-term one.

  • Bruins' Hampus Lindholm: Removed from IR

Lindholm (undisclosed) was activated from injured reserve Saturday.

Boston assigned Billy Sweezey to AHL Providence in a corresponding move. Following a six-game absence, Lindholm appears ready to return to the lineup against Chicago on Saturday. He has provided three goals, 14 points, 60 shots on net and 59 blocked shots across 34 outings this season.

  • Bruins' Billy Sweezey: Heads to AHL

Sweezey was reassigned to AHL Providence on Saturday.

Sweezey didn't end up playing for Boston during his NHL stint. He has a goal, 11 points and 33 PIM in 34 appearances with Providence in 2025-26.

  • Hurricanes' Shayne Gostisbehere: Remains out Saturday

Gostisbehere (lower body) is expected to miss Saturday's game in New Jersey, per Mike Morreale of NHL.com.

Gostisbehere was also absent for Friday's 9-1 win over Florida. He has six goals and 32 points in 35 appearances in 2025-26. His next opportunity to return will come Monday against Buffalo.
