  • Blues' Philip Broberg: Manages pair of assists

Broberg notched two assists and three shots on goal in Thursday's 7-2 loss to the Predators.

Broberg ended a five-game slump with the pair of helpers. The 24-year-old defenseman continues to see top-four minutes, but he's struggled to put up offense in anything more than short bursts this year. He's at 12 points, 47 shots on net, 53 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 32 appearances, putting him behind the pace that yielded 29 points in 68 regular-season contests a year ago.

  • Predators' Nick Perbix: Nabs helper

Perbix posted an assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Blues.

Perbix recently missed three games with an upper-body injury, and this was his second contest back in the lineup. Following Friday's trade of Spencer Stastney to Edmonton, Perbix should be slated to see his ice time pick up if the Predators return to dressing six blueliners. Perbix has five points, 30 shots on net, 26 blocked shots, 15 hits and a minus-9 rating through 27 appearances.

  • Predators' Nick Blankenburg: Offers pair of helpers

Blankenburg notched two assists, including one on the power play, in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Blues.

Blankenburg has made himself indispensable in a third-pairing role this season. The defenseman has three goals and five helpers over his last nine outings, production that should have the attention of fantasy managers even in a role that could be prone to some dips in production. Overall, he's at 14 points, 32 shots on net, 17 blocked shots, 15 hits and a minus-5 rating through 20 appearances.

  • Roman Josi D | NSH

Predators' Roman Josi: Earns two assists

Josi logged a pair of assists, four shots on goal and a plus-3 rating in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Blues.

Josi earned his first multi-point effort of the season. He has five helpers and a plus-2 rating over his last six contests. The Swiss defenseman is up to 12 points, 47 shots on net, 26 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating across 18 appearances. Josi's play has improved during a hot stretch for the Predators, so fantasy managers should continue to be patient for him to round into form.

  • Wild's Jared Spurgeon: Helpers in consecutive contests

Spurgeon posted an assist and three blocked shots in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Stars.

Spurgeon has a helper in each of the last two games after going 14 contests without a point. The veteran defenseman is a lock for top-four minutes, but his production has skewed toward the defensive side of things in 2025-26. He's at six points, 33 shots on net, 44 hits, 56 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 31 appearances.

  • Wild's Zach Bogosian: Tallies in Thursday's win

Bogosian scored a goal on three shots and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Stars.

Bogosian tied the game at 2-2 late in the second period. The defenseman now has two points over 15 appearances this season, and he's added 14 shots on net, 13 hits, 14 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating through 15 outings. He's in a third-pairing role that's unlikely to lead to steady production.

  • Haydn Fleury D | WPG

    Jets' Haydn Fleury: Medically cleared

Fleury (concussion) has been cleared to resume playing, Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press reports Friday.

Before Fleury can get back into a game, he'll need to be activated off injured reserve, which could happen ahead of Saturday's clash with Washington. Even once activated, the 29-year-old blueliner is far from a lock to play on a nightly basis and will likely find himself watching as a healthy scratch periodically.

  • Lightning's Victor Hedman: Needs elbow surgery

Hedman will undergo elbow surgery Monday and is expected to be out of action until the beginning of February, Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times reports Friday.

Hedman missed 12 games with the injury and returned for three contests before the injury was deemed bad enough for surgery. Hedman is expected to be well enough to play for Team Sweden at the upcoming Olympic Games in February. Hedman has 12 assists in 18 games this season.

  • Noah Juulsen D | PHI

Flyers' Noah Juulsen: Finds twine Thursday

Juulsen scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Golden Knights.

Juulsen has picked up two points over his last three games. That's helping him stay in the lineup over Egor Zamula while Cam York (upper body) is sidelined. Juulsen still has low upside in fantasy in a third-pairing role. He's at four points, 16 shots on net, 50 hits, 19 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating through 25 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Zach Whitecloud: Opens scoring in win

Whitecloud scored a goal and blocked two shots in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.

Whitecloud had gone eight games without a point. The defenseman has struggled to get involved on offense this year, picking up four points through 30 outings in a bottom-four role. He's added 21 shots on net, 51 hits, 34 blocked shots, 14 PIM and a minus-6 rating, but he won't be much of a factor in fantasy without more offense.
