  • Penguins' Jack St. Ivany: Sheds non-contact jersey

St. Ivany (lower body) was in a regular sweater during Friday's morning skate, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.

St. Ivany returned to the ice in a non-contact jersey Tuesday, and he continues to progress in his recovery. It's not yet clear when he'll be able to return to game action, but it seems possible that he'll be in the mix to do so at some point next week. However, he could require some time in the minors to work on his conditioning before he's able to suit up for Pittsburgh.

  • Wild's Zach Bogosian: Activated from injured reserve

The Wild activated Bogosian (lower body) from injured reserve Friday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Bogosian missed 16 games with the injury. He has yet to hit the scoresheet in five games this season, though he does have nine blocked shots and six hits. Daemon Hunt will be a healthy scratch as a result of Bogosian's return to the lineup.

  • Capitals' Jakob Chychrun: Pots goal in big win

Chychrun scored a goal on five shots, added two PIM and went plus-3 in Thursday's 8-4 win over the Canadiens.

Chychrun is on a six-game point streak, earning two goals and five assists in that span. The Capitals' recent burst of 15 goals over their last two games has certainly helped everyone get involved on offense. Chychrun is up to five goals, 17 points, 69 shots on net, 21 hits, 23 blocked shots, 19 PIM and a plus-14 rating over 21 appearances. He's got appeal for category coverage while tracking toward a career-best year on offense.

  • Blackhawks' Artyom Levshunov: Chips in on power play

Levshunov had a power-play assist, put two shots on goal and dished out two hits in Thursday's 3-2 loss to Seattle.

Levshunov picked up the secondary helper on Teuvo Teravainen's power-play goal midway through the second period. With the helper, the 20-year-old Levshunov has 11 assists, 21 shots on net, 22 hits and 16 blocks through 19 games this season. While he's still on the hunt for his first career goal, the No. 2 overall selection from the 2024 NHL Entry Draft has been an exceptional playmaker this season. Nine of his 11 helpers have been in his last 11 games, proving that his role with the Blackhawks is trending upwards. Look for the young blueliner to lead Chicago's defensemen in assists this season while playing a solid role on the power play. Levshunov is a top waiver-wire target in deep leagues and is developing the category coverage and offensive resume needed to be rostered in standard formats.

  • Adam Boqvist D | NYI

Islanders' Adam Boqvist: Gets on scoresheet with helper

Boqvist notched an assist in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Red Wings.

Boqvist will get the first crack at replacing Alexander Romanov (upper body) in the Islanders' lineup. The helper was Boqvist's first point in seven outings this season, and he's added two shots on net, two hits, five blocked shots and a plus-2 rating. Boqvist will likely be limited to third-pairing minutes, so he's not going to be a major factor on the scoresheet.

  • Ryan Pulock D | NYI

Islanders' Ryan Pulock: Draws helper Thursday

Pulock notched an assist, two hits, two blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Red Wings.

Pulock has a helper in each of his last two games and five assists over his last 11 outings. For the season, the veteran defenseman is up to nine assists, 22 shots on net, 16 hits, 33 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating through 21 outings. He's getting first-pairing minutes alongside rookie standout Matthew Schaefer, which could give Pulock a slight boost on offense.

  • Blues' Hunter Skinner: Loaned to AHL affiliate

Skinner was reassigned to AHL Springfield on Friday.

Skinner spent six games with the Blues and was a healthy scratch in five contests. He was a plus-1 with four hits and a blocked shot in his only game played, seeing 10:45 of action versus the Flyers on Nov. 14. Skinner had one goal and one assist in 11 AHL appearances before his recall.

  • Cody Ceci D | LA

Kings' Cody Ceci: Bags apple Thursday

Ceci notched an assist, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Sharks.

Ceci has earned three assists and a plus-1 rating over his last six games. The 31-year-old defenseman remains in a bottom-four role and has exceeded 20 minutes of ice time just twice all season. He's produced a goal, five assists, 19 shots on net, 10 hits, 25 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 21 appearances. Ceci should push for the 20-point mark again, but his relatively modest overall production doesn't make him a particularly strong fantasy blueliner.

  • Sharks' Dmitry Orlov: Nabs assist in shootout win

Orlov logged an assist, four blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over the Kings.

Orlov hasn't been as consistent on offense in November, picking up three assists over 10 appearances this month. The 34-year-old is still in a top-four role and on the second power-play unit, so he's in a good position to provide decent production in fantasy. Overall, he has 12 helpers, 28 shots on net, 29 hits, 29 blocked shots, 14 PIM and a plus-2 rating through 21 contests.

  • Canadiens' Mike Matheson: Two points against Caps

Matheson delivered a goal and an assist in Thursday's 8-4 loss to Washington.

It was Matheson's first multi-point performance since Oct. 9, the second game of the season. The veteran blueliner has been able to stay reasonably productive to begin 2025-26 despite a lack of significant power-play time due to the offseason addition of Noah Dobson. Through 20 games, Matheson has contributed four goals and 12 points -- all at even strength -- while adding 44 blocked shots, 25 shots on net, 15 hits, 14 PIM and a plus-9 rating.
