Kris Letang D | PIT
Penguins' Kris Letang: Deemed day-to-day
Letang (lower body) is day-to-day and won't participate in Sunday's practice.
Letang sustained the injury in Saturday's 6-1 loss to the Rangers. It's unclear if he will be ready to play against Anaheim on Tuesday. If Letang is unavailable, Connor Clifton or Matt Dumba could enter the lineup versus the Ducks. The 38-year-old Letang hasn't earned a point through three games this season while contributing three blocked shots and six hits.

Haydn Fleury D | WPG
Jets' Haydn Fleury: Officially day-to-day
Fleury (knee) is officially day-to-day, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
Fleury's injury occurred while blocking a shot during Saturday's 3-2 win over the Kings. He didn't practice Sunday, and Colin Miller moved onto the third pair for line rushes in his place. Miller would likely draw into the lineup with Kale Clague serving as the extra if Fleury can't go Monday against the Islanders.

Jack Ahcan D | COL
Avalanche's Jack Ahcan: Back with Avs
Ahcan was recalled by to the NHL by the Avalanche, the team announced Sunday.
Ahcan has had a couple of back-and-forth journeys from Loveland to Denver so far, as this is his second NHL stint in the young season. The 28-year-old blueliner will likely serve as the seventh defenseman for the foreseeable future while Samuel Girard recovers from an upper-body injury that has him week-to-week. Ahcan played in two games with the Avalanche last year, registering a plus-1 rating, three blocked shots and three hits.

Adam Fox D | NYR
Rangers' Adam Fox: Erupts for three points
Fox scored two goals, including the game-winning goal, tallied an assist and had four shots on net in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Penguins.
Fox's name was all over the scoresheet in the first two periods of Saturday's game. He first helped Mika Zibanejad score a shorthanded goal before adding two goals himself in the second period. The latter of Fox's two tallies came on the power play while his first goal served as the game-winning tally. Through three games, Fox is up to three goals, four points and nine shots on net. After experiencing a down year in production with 61 points in 74 games last season, his goal-scoring outbreak is a strong sign that he could be due for a bounce-back year. Fox is a near-lock to provide top-10 value among blueliners in fantasy if he can stay healthy.

Carson Soucy D | NYI
Rangers' Carson Soucy: Moves to IR
Soucy (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Sunday, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports.
The Rangers recalled Connor Mackey from AHL Hartford in a corresponding move. Soucy suffered the injury in Saturday's 6-1 win over Pittsburgh. As a result of landing on the IR list, he won't be eligible to play in at least the next four games, starting with Sunday's home matchup versus Washington. However, it's unclear when he will be available to return to the lineup. The 31-year-old defenseman has one goal, three shots on net, three blocked shots and three hits through three appearances this season.

Connor Mackey D | NYR
Rangers' Connor Mackey: Up with big club
Mackey was recalled from AHL Hartford on Sunday, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports.
An injury to Carson Soucy that forced him to injured reserve means that Mackey has been added to the roster. It remains to be seen whether or not the 29-year-old Mackey will draw into the lineup or if the Rangers will scramble the defense pairs and have Matthew Robertson make his season debut in Soucy's spot.

Janis Moser D | TB
Lightning's J.J. Moser: Finishes serving suspension
Moser has served his two-game suspension and will be eligible to return to the lineup against Boston on Monday.
Moser received a two-game ban for boarding Jesper Boqvist in a preseason game against the Panthers on Oct. 4. The 25-year-old Moser could replace Max Crozier alongside Victor Hedman on Tampa Bay's top pairing. Moser had two goals, 14 points, 48 shots on net, 70 blocked shots and 34 hits across 54 regular-season appearances in 2024-25.
-
Kale Clague D | WPG
Jets' Kale Clague: Summoned from AHL
Clague was recalled from AHL Manitoba on Sunday.
In a corresponding move, the Jets sent Brad Lambert to the minors. Haydn Fleury (kneecap) suffered an injury in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Kings, and if he misses time, Colin Miller could play against the Islanders on Monday, while Clague may serve as a healthy scratch.

Jakob Chychrun D | WAS
Capitals' Jakob Chychrun: Tallies pair of assists
Chychrun dished out two assists, had a plus-3 rating, and served two PIM in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Islanders.
Chychrun provided the primary helpers on the second and third goals of the game, scored by Aliaksei Protas and Ryan Leonard, respectively. The 27-year-old Chychrun is up to three assists through two contests this season. Coming off a career-best 47 points a year ago over 74 regular-season games, Chychrun should continue to be a strong source of offense on the Capitals' blue line.

Martin Fehervary D | WAS
Capitals' Martin Fehervary: Nets opening goal
Fehervary scored a goal, took three shots on net and blocked four shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Islanders.
Fehervary found himself on the scoresheet within the first two minutes of regulation. He scored his first goal of the season in the Capitals' second game, which is an encouraging sign for Fehervary moving forward. The 26-year-old blueliner is coming off a career year with 25 points and 150 blocks across 81 games last season. He's skating on the top pairing with John Carlson, which should bode well for Fehervary's fantasy outlook moving forward.
