  • Jets' Ville Heinola: Up from AHL

Heinola was recalled from AHL Manitoba on Tuesday.

Heinola is one of several players to be called up from Manitoba, as the Jets are set to resume skating in Winnipeg on Tuesday. Heinola has produced three goals and 21 points over 44 games with the Moose in 2025-26. He hasn't made an appearance with the Jets since last season.

  • Islanders' Kashawn Aitcheson: Buries two goals in OHL win

Aitcheson scored twice on OHL Barrie's 8-5 win over Ottawa on Monday.

Aitcheson had gone 11 games without a goal. He still has 15 assists in that span, but it's good to see him find the twine again since his shot is such a strong part of his game. He's up to 24 goals, 55 points and a plus-36 rating through 43 appearances, helping Barrie secure a playoff spot as one of the OHL's top teams.

  • Devils' Ethan Edwards: Two goals in AHL win Sunday

Edwards scored two goals in AHL Utica's 7-4 win over Rochester on Sunday.

Edwards has a pair of two-goal games this season, which is decent work for a defenseman. He's at a total of 16 points, 71 shots on net and a minus-10 rating over 42 appearances. Edwards has earned six goals and two helpers over his last 14 contests.

  • Alex Huang D | NSH

Predators' Alex Huang: Five points in Sunday's win

Huang scored a goal and added four assists in QMJHL Chicoutimi's 9-1 win over Rimouski on Sunday.

Huang had gone 14 games without a multi-point effort, spanning all of January and February prior to Sunday. This was his second five-point performance of the season. The Nashville prospect has matched his career high of eight goals and has 53 points and a plus-36 rating through 48 appearances this season.

  • Janis Moser D | TB

Lightning's J.J. Moser: Pair of helpers against Czechia

Moser supplied two assists and put two shots on goal in Switzerland's 4-3 overtime win over Czechia in Olympic round-robin play Sunday.

Moser slid the primary helpers on goals scored by Roman Josi and Pius Suter, which ultimately set Switzerland up to win Sunday's contest in overtime. The pair of helpers brought Moser up to four points for the tournament, which is tied for the team lead alongside Timo Meier. Moser should continue to see heavy usage alongside Josi for the remainder of the event.

  • Roman Josi D | NSH

Predators' Roman Josi: One of each against Czechia

Josi scored a goal, distributed an assist and placed three shots on net in Switzerland's 4-3 overtime win over Czechia in Olympic round-robin play Sunday.

Josi stole the show in the second period with both of his points occurring late in the period. He struck the back of the net to level the score at 1-1 before sliding the primary helper on Timo Meier's power-play goal to give Switzerland a 2-1 lead headed into the third period. Across round-robin play, Josi is up to three points and eight shots on net across three games. He'll likely be relied upon for more consistent offense if Switzerland is to advance beyond the first round of bracket play in the Olympic tournament.

  • Penguins' Erik Karlsson: Two helpers for Sweden in win

Karlsson pocketed two assists in Sweden's 5-3 win over Slovakia in Olympic round-robin action Saturday.

Both helpers for the veteran blueliner came in the third period as Sweden tried to pad its lead to earn a bye to the quarterfinals, which will likely come down to a goal differential tiebreaker. Karlsson has three points, all assists, through three games in his first Olympic appearance.

  • Kings' Henry Brzustewicz: Three points in London's win

Brzustewicz scored a goal on nine shots and added two assists in OHL London's 4-3 shootout win over Sault Ste. Marie on Friday.

Brzustewicz showed off some offense in this contest, which was just his second three-point outing of the season. Both have come over the last 12 games, a span in which he has four goals and 13 helpers. For the season, the Kings prospect is at 16 goals, 40 points and a minus-19 rating over 45 appearances, showing mixed results as his offense has grown but his defense has suffered.

  • Blue Jackets' Jackson Smith: Nets two goals in shootout loss

Smith scored twice in Penn State's 5-4 shootout loss to the University of Michigan on Friday.

Smith has been an excellent goal-scorer from the blue line with 10 goals and 19 points over 25 appearances this season. That's impressive work, though he had just 11 goals with 43 assists in 68 regular-season games for WHL Tri-City last year, which suggests a bit of good luck in 2025-26. Smith, a Blue Jackets prospect, is likely to need more years in the NCAA to round out his development.

  • Jets' Josh Morrissey: Not playing versus France

Morrissey (undisclosed) will not participate in Canada's final group-stage game versus France on Sunday, Ryan Rishaug of TSN reports.

Canada has already secured the top spot in Group A, securing its advancement to the tournament's quarterfinals round. As such, Morrissey won't need to risk further injury in the last group-stage game. He hasn't been ruled out for the remainder of the Olympics, but it remains to be seen if the defenseman will suit up in the quarterfinals.
