  • Red Wings' Erik Gustafsson: Grabs helper in Sunday's win

Gustafsson logged an assist and two shots on goal in Sunday's 3-0 win over the Golden Knights.

Gustafsson ended a six-game point drought with the helper. The 33-year-old blueliner has run streaky over the last couple of months, but the dry spells tend to last much longer than his productive runs. Overall, he has 18 points, 67 shots on net, 44 blocked shots and a minus-17 rating through 59 appearances.

  • Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen: Won't suit up Monday

Ristolainen (upper body) will not be in the lineup Monday against the Lightning, according to the NHL media site.

Ristolainen will miss his third consecutive contest, and it's unclear if he's with the team on its five-game road trip, which begins Monday. Philadelphia will face Washington on Thursday.

  • Red Wings' Albert Johansson: Nets second career goal

Johansson scored a goal and blocked three shots in Sunday's 3-0 win over the Golden Knights.

Johansson's performance was not only a great offensive showing, but also a strong defensive outing as he helped keep a lively Vegas offense scoreless. His tally was the lone goal of the second period and the first goal of the game. With his tally Sunday, the 24-year-old blueliner is up to eight points in his first 46 career NHL games. The goal snapped his six-game point drought. He is currently skating on the second defensive pairing with Simon Edvinsson. While Johansson isn't a name to roster this season in fantasy, Sunday's performance is a great indication to his potential in future seasons.

  • Esa Lindell D | DAL

Stars' Esa Lindell: Snags assist in overtime loss

Lindell produced an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Avalanche.

Lindell ended a six-game point drought with his helper on Matt Duchene's game-tying goal in the third period. The 30-year-old Lindell has continued to see heavy minutes in the absence of Miro Heiskanen (knee), though Lindell often gets more defensive assignments. He's up to 21 points, 85 shots on net, 141 blocked shots and a plus-31 rating over 66 appearances in a top-four role.

  • Radko Gudas D | ANA

Ducks' Radko Gudas: Ends drought with helper

Gudas notched an assist in Sunday's 7-2 loss to the Blues.

Gudas snapped an 11-game point drought when he helped out on a Cutter Gauthier tally in the second period. The 34-year-old Gudas has made small contributions on offense with 14 points over 66 outings, but he's been a defensive stalwart on a team whose blue line has undergone many changes this season. The heavy-hitting defenseman has added 231 hits, 148 blocked shots, 72 shots on net, 72 PIM and a plus-8 rating in 2024-25.

  • Cam Fowler D | STL

Blues' Cam Fowler: Gathers helper in Sunday's win

Fowler logged an assist in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Ducks.

Fowler is up to four assists over three contests against the Ducks since they traded him away in December. The 33-year-old defenseman is on a bit of a surge with six helpers over his last five outings. For the season, the Ontario native has seven goals, 28 points, 66 shots on net, 78 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating over 54 appearances, though with 24 of those points in 37 games with the Blues, he's benefited significantly from the trade.

  • Justin Faulk D | DET

Blues' Justin Faulk: Provides pair of power-play assists

Faulk logged two assists and two PIM in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Ducks.

Faulk is surging with five helpers over his last five games. Three of those helpers have come on the power play, including both of his assists Sunday. The 32-year-old is up to 27 points, 104 shots on net, 89 blocked shots, 74 hits and a minus-8 rating through 64 appearances. Faulk is almost guaranteed a large role down the stretch, and so far, he's done an excellent job of replicating the production the Blues lost when Colton Parayko (knee) was shut down for six weeks from March 6.

  • Brett Kulak D | COL

Oilers' Brett Kulak: Chips in with helper

Kulak notched an assist and two blocked shots in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Rangers.

Kulak has two helpers over his last three contests. The 31-year-old had the secondary assist on Connor McDavid's tally in the third period. Kulak continues to impress in a depth role on the blue line, earning a career-high 23 points with 103 shots on net, 98 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 67 appearances. While he's been a good stabilizing presence for the Oilers, his lack of big numbers in non-scoring areas limits his fantasy appeal to deep formats.

  • Cale Makar D | COL

Avalanche's Cale Makar: Nets OT winner

Makar scored the game-winning goal and dished two assists, including one on the power play, in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win against Dallas.

Makar weaved through multiple defenders to net the game-winning goal just 34 seconds into the extra period. The first of Makar's assists was on a first-period power play goal by Martin Necas and the latter was on Valeri Nichushkin's tally in the second period. Overall, Makar has 25 goals, 53 assists, 207 shots on net and 100 blocks in 68 games this season. The 26-year-old blueliner's performance Sunday ended a three-game point drought. He currently leads all defensemen in points with 78, which is nine points better than Columbus' Zach Werenski. Makar's all-around contributions this season make him a top candidate to win the Norris Trophy for the first time since the 2021-22 season. Now that his point drought is over, expect elite-level production from Makar in the fantasy playoffs.

  • Jonas Brodin D | MIN

Wild's Jonas Brodin: Upgraded to day-to-day

Brodin (lower body) won't play against the Kings on Monday, per Joe Smith of The Athletic.

Brodin will miss his eighth straight game, but he is nearing a return to the lineup. He stayed on the ice for extra work during Monday's optional morning skate, which was an encouraging sign. Brodin has registered four goals, 18 points, 60 shots on net, 81 blocked shots and 19 hits in 38 appearances this season.
