  • Luke Hughes D | NJ

Devils' Luke Hughes: Adds helper in win

Hughes notched an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 3-1 win over Utah.

Hughes has four helpers over his last three games. He briefly left Saturday's contest after taking a hit late in the second period but finished the game with 22:42 of ice time. Hughes has done well in an increased role as the season has progressed. He's up to 26 points, 81 shots on net, 45 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating through 52 appearances this campaign.

  • Kings' Drew Doughty: Contributes power-play helper

Doughty registered a power-play assist and three shots on goal in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Blues.

Doughty played both halves of a back-to-back after missing one game due to a lower-body injury. The 35-year-old told media that he will have to play through that injury for the remainder of the campaign, so he could be at risk of missing time if it flares up. He's done alright when in the lineup this year, earning five points, 18 shots on net, 12 hits, 16 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating through 10 appearances.

  • Ryan Suter D | STL

Blues' Ryan Suter: Picks up helper

Suter logged an assist and went plus-3 in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Kings.

Suter has an assist in consecutive contests and three helpers over his last seven games. He earned the secondary assist on Dylan Holloway's third-period tally in Saturday's win. Suter is currently in a third-pairing role with the Blues' defense at full strength, though he has done enough to keep Tyler Tucker out of the lineup. Suter has 12 points, 45 shots on net, 70 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating across 61 appearances this season.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Scores again Saturday

Parayko scored a goal on three shots and blocked three shots in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Kings.

Parayko has three goals and two assists during his four-game point streak. His tally Saturday tied the contest at 1-1 in the first period. The 31-year-old defenseman continues to shatter expectations in 2024-25 -- he's at 15 goals, 34 points, 117 shots on net, 136 blocks, 88 hits and a plus-9 rating through 60 appearances. Parayko is one point shy of reaching 35 for the fourth time in his career, a mark that he has yet to exceed but is likely to this season.

  • Flames' Brayden Pachal: Stuck in point drought

Pachal went a 13th straight game without a point in Saturday's 3-0 loss to the Panthers.

The Flames have scored more than three goals just twice in that span, so it's not like there's a lot of offense to go around. Pachal has added 25 hits and 16 blocked shots during his slump. For the season, the 25-year-old defenseman is at six points, 47 shots on net, 131 hits, 70 blocks, 80 PIM and a minus-2 rating over 59 appearances. The silver lining is that his dry spell on offense has not cost him a spot on the third pairing yet.

  • Matt Roy D | WAS

Capitals' Matt Roy: Puts up assist in loss

Roy notched an assist in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Lightning.

Roy set up Alex Ovechkin for the goal that put the legendary winger 10 tallies away from tying Wayne Gretzky's record. It's been a good run for Roy lately as a playmaker on the back end -- he has five assists over his last five games while going plus-4 in that span. For the season, the 30-year-old blueliner has reached the 20-point mark with 56 shots on net, 93 hits, 81 blocked shots and a plus-19 rating. He's hit 20 points four years in a row and will now attempt to match his career high of 26 points from the 2022-23 campaign.

  • Senators' Jake Sanderson: Leaves Saturday's game

Sanderson (neck) took a hit to the neck in Saturday's game versus the Sharks, and there was no update on his status following the contest, Claire Hanna of TSN reports.

Sanderson picked up an assist in the game prior to his exit, giving him 37 points through 58 appearances. He's one shy of matching his point total from last year, and he's also served as the Senators' top defenseman this season, so any potential absence looms large. An update on Sanderson's status should be available prior to Monday's game against the Capitals, the first in a two-game road trip that concludes Wednesday in Chicago.

  • Predators' Nick Blankenburg: Nabs assist in loss

Blankenburg notched an assist and went plus-2 in Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Islanders.

Blankenburg snapped a five-game point drought with his helper on a Cole Smith goal late in the third period. With just two assists over his last 13 appearances, Blankenburg has struggled to make a steady scoring contribution, though he has remained firmly in the lineup and will likely continue to do so at least while Roman Josi (upper body) is out. Blankenburg is up to eight points, a plus-10 rating, 53 shots on net, 38 blocked shots and 35 hits through 37 outings this season.

  • Adam Boqvist D | NYI

Islanders' Adam Boqvist: Provides pair of helpers

Boqvist logged two assists and two shots on goal in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Predators.

Boqvist made an early impact, assisting on the Islanders' first two goals of the game -- an even-strength marker for Jean-Gabriel Pageau and Kyle Palmieri's power-play tally. This ended a six-game point drought for Boqvist, who scored in his Islanders debut Feb. 1 but hadn't gotten back on the scoresheet since. The 24-year-old has nine points, 35 shots on net, 14 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 26 appearances between the Islanders and the Panthers this season. With the blue line much healthier than it was a month ago, Boqvist will be in competition with Scott Mayfield and Scott Perunovich for playing time.

  • Lightning's Nick Perbix: Ice time dropping

Perbix's ice time dropped to 7:49 in Saturday's 3-1 win over Washington.

The Bolts rolled a seven-man unit on the back end, and Perbix saw just 13 shifts. He managed two shots. Prior to the 4 Nations break, he had a couple of 18-plus minute games, and he has averaged 15:03 this season. Perbix has 14 points (four goals, 10 assists) in 54 games, but just four assists in his last 28 games. A night or two in the press box may be coming.
