Alexander Romanov D | NYI
Islanders' Alexander Romanov: Snaps scoring drought
Romanov scored a goal and took three shots in Tuesday's 5-1 loss to the Rangers.
Romanov ended a seven-game scoring drought Tuesday, but this was the lone goal the Isles could muster in this rivalry matchup. The 25-year-old defenseman has found the back of the net three times this season, and it's worth noting each of those goals has come in his last 10 appearances.

Ivan Provorov D | CLB
Blue Jackets' Ivan Provorov: Goal, assist vs. Dallas
Provorov recorded a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Stars. He also recorded five shots on goal and two blocked shots.
Provorov recorded a multi-point effort for the second time across six outings this month, and he's up to six points (four goals, two assists) in six appearances in February. The defenseman has been a steady source of scoring for Columbus and surpassed the 25-point mark for the ninth straight season. He's on pace to reach the 40-point plateau, something he hasn't accomplished since the 2017-18 campaign if he stays healthy.

Seth Jones D | FLA
Blackhawks' Seth Jones: Nets lone goal on power play
Jones scored a power-play goal on two shots, added five hits and blocked four shots in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Utah.
Jones opened the scoring at 13:34 of the first period, but the Blackhawks' offense couldn't get the better of Karel Vejmelka again. The 30-year-old Jones has three points over seven games in February, and all of that offense has come on the power play. The defenseman is open to being traded, but he carries a $9.5 million cap hit for five years after this one, which is likely to be a big obstacle to getting any deal done. Don't expect a deal to happen -- Jones is likely to continue playing on the Blackhawks' top pairing and first power-play unit. He's at 27 points (15 on the power play), 78 shots on net, 83 blocked shots, 61 hits and a minus-16 rating through 41 appearances this season.

Olli Maatta D | CGY
Hockey Club's Olli Maatta: Manages assist Tuesday
Maatta provided an assist in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Maatta helped out on Lawson Crouse's game-winning goal in the third period. The helper was Maatta's second point in the last 10 games. The 30-year-old is now in a third-pairing role after filling in as a top-four option for much of the season when Utah had more injuries on its blue line. Maatta is at 13 points, 52 shots on net, 108 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating through 56 appearances between Utah and Detroit in 2024-25.

Michael Kesselring D | BUF
Hockey Club's Michael Kesselring: Bags helper in win
Kesselring logged an assist and three hits in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Kesselring has three helpers over his last six outings. The 25-year-old defenseman continues to see a smaller role now that Utah's blue line is at full health, but the important part is that he's sticking in the lineup over Nick DeSimone. For the season, Kesselring is up to 23 points, 109 shots on net, 69 hits, 51 blocked shots, 65 PIM and a plus-7 rating through 59 appearances. Even with reduced minutes, he may do enough in an all-around capacity to justify a roster spot in deep fantasy formats.

Niko Mikkola D | FLA
Panthers' Niko Mikkola: Helpers in back-to-back games
Mikkola logged an assist and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Predators.
Mikkola has an assist in each of the last two games coming out of the 4 Nations Face-Off break. The Finnish blueliner represented his country during the tournament and appears to have benefited from staying in a playing rhythm. He's up to 19 points, 82 shots on net, 88 hits, 74 blocked shots, 40 PIM and a plus-13 rating over 54 appearances in a top-four role this season. Mikkola is poised to reach the 20-point mark for the first time in his career.

Aaron Ekblad D | FLA
Panthers' Aaron Ekblad: Garners helper in win
Ekblad logged an assist and three shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Predators.
Ekblad has five helpers over nine contests since his last multi-point effort. The 29-year-old defenseman made his mark Tuesday by setting up defense partner Gustav Forsling for a goal in the third period. Ekblad is up to 27 points, 99 shots on net, 83 hits, 63 blocked shots, 43 PIM and a plus-9 rating through 51 appearances, nine points better than what he produced in the same number of games in the 2023-24 regular season.

Gustav Forsling D | FLA
Panthers' Gustav Forsling: Nets goal Tuesday
Forsling scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Predators.
Forsling restored a two-goal lead for the Panthers with his tally just shy of midway through the third period. The 28-year-old has scored twice over his last three NHL games. The defenseman is up to nine goals, 22 points, 150 shots on net, 65 blocked shots, 56 hits and a plus-30 rating over 59 appearances. His offense is down compared to recent seasons, but he remains excellent in his own zone as a puck-moving blueliner who helps the Panthers' fast-paced offense get up the ice.

Adam Larsson D | SEA
Kraken's Adam Larsson: Contributes assist in loss
Larsson notched an assist and two shots on goal in Tuesday's 7-2 loss to the Blues.
Larsson has a helper in three of his last four games, an unusually consistent stretch of offense for the shutdown defenseman. The 32-year-old is up to 15 points, 75 shots on net, 117 blocked shots, 78 hits and a plus-6 rating over 60 appearances this season. He's on pace to reach the 20-point mark for the third time in four years as a member of the Kraken, but his fantasy value mostly comes from his physical play.

Vince Dunn D | SEA
Kraken's Vince Dunn: Breaks up shutout bid
Dunn scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 7-2 loss to the Blues.
Dunn broke up former teammate Jordan Binnington's shutout bid at 5:13 of the third period. Over the last 11 games, Dunn has three goals, three assists and 34 shots on net. The 28-year-old defenseman hasn't elevated his offense this season, but he's at 11 goals, 26 points, 94 shots on net, 44 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating across 40 appearances while seeing time on the top pairing and first power-play unit.
