Carlson recorded two assists and two blocked shots during Sunday's 7-3 win over the Oilers.
Carlson has recorded at least one assist in eight straight games dating back to Jan. 28. The 35-year-old defender has managed four goals, 38 points and a plus-23 rating in 57 games and continues to be one of the more dependable rearguards in the game, so keep him rolling.

Kevin Bahl D | CGY
Flames' Kevin Bahl: Under the weather
Bahl won't play Sunday against the Sharks due to an illness, according to Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan.
Bahl was activated off injured reserve Sunday -- the blueliner had been contending with an upper-body injury since Jan. 25. Ilya Solovyov will remain in the lineup due to Bahl's absence. The 24-year-old Bahl's next chance to suit up will be in Tuesday's road game against the Capitals.

Canucks' Quinn Hughes: Won't play Sunday
Hughes (oblique) will be unavailable for Sunday's matchup against Utah, per Thomas Drance of The Athletic.

Denton Mateychuk D | CLB
Blue Jackets' Denton Mateychuk: Nets second goal
Mateychuk scored an unassisted goal and took four shots on net in Saturday's 5-1 win against Chicago.
Mateychuk's tally came in the second period and was his first point since his return from illness in late January. Overall, the 20-year-old defenseman is up to two goals, two assists, 21 shots on net and 33 blocks in 20 career appearances. Saturday's contest was Mateychuk's career high in ice time with 21:32. He is in a second-line role alongside Ivan Provorov and receives occasional power-play time on the second unit. His situation in Columbus provides him an opportunity to become relevant in fantasy if he can string together more points.

Penguins' Matt Grzelcyk: Suffers injury Sunday
Grzelcyk (upper body) won't return to Sunday's game against the Rangers.
Grzelcyk sustained the injury on a Matt Rempe hit in the first period. Rempe received a two-minute penalty for interference on the play. Grzelcyk entered Sunday's action with one goal, 27 assists, 70 shots on net and 72 blocked shots across 58 appearances this season.

Zach Werenski D | CLB
Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Stays hot in win
Werenski tallied a goal, dished two assists and took two shots on net in Saturday's 5-1 win over Chicago.
After leading the 4 Nations Face-Off in total points, Werenski's return to Columbus started with a trio of points. He tallied the fourth goal of the game for the Blue Jackets and made one of his assists on the power play. The 27-year-old blueliner is up to 18 goals, 44 assists and 205 shots on net in 56 appearances this season. Werenski has been nothing short of elite all season long and trails only Cale Makar in points by a defenseman. For the first time in his career, Werenski is likely to be in the Norris Trophy conversation at the end of the season. He has all the momentum from the 4 Nations Face-Off elevating his current play, making him a top-tier fantasy play in all formats.

Joel Hanley D | CGY
Flames' Joel Hanley: Set to return
Hanley (personal) will be available for Sunday's matchup versus San Jose, according to Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan.
Hanley missed Calgary's 3-2 overtime loss to Seattle on Feb. 8 because of the birth of his child. He participated in Saturday's practice after taking part in on-ice sessions with the Flames on Tuesday and Thursday. Hanley has three assists, 19 shots on goal, 45 blocked shots and 24 hits in 27 appearances this season.

Radko Gudas D | ANA
Ducks' Radko Gudas: Nabs helper in return
Gudas produced an assist, two hits, two blocked shots and two PIM in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Bruins.
Gudas missed the Ducks' last game prior to the 4 Nations Face-Off due to an illness, but it was never a threat to keep him out in the long run. The 34-year-old defenseman has three helpers over his last eight games while seeing top-four usage. For the season, Gudas is up to 13 points, 65 shots on net, 183 hits, 126 blocked shots, 64 PIM and a plus-2 rating. He offers enough physicality to be a depth defenseman in fantasy formats that count hits, PIM or blocks.
-
Sam Malinski D | COL
Avalanche's Sam Malinski: Scores second goal of season
Malinski scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Predators.
Malinski has two points over his last three games, matching his output from his previous 38 contests. The 26-year-old defenseman has had a rough second NHL campaign, but he's remained a regular presence in the Avalanche's lineup. He's at seven points, 73 shots on net, 78 blocked shots, 43 hits and a plus-2 rating over 55 appearances in a bottom-four role.
-
Luke Schenn D | BUF
Predators' Luke Schenn: Ends point drought
Schenn recorded an assist and two hits in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Avalanche.
Schenn snapped an eight-game point drought with the helper. The 35-year-old blueliner could see steadier top-four minutes since Jeremy Lauzon (lower body) and Adam Wilsby (upper body) are done for the season. Schenn won't bolster a fantasy roster's offense -- he has just five points through 55 appearances, but he's added 202 hits, 70 blocked shots, 58 shots on net, 41 PIM and a minus-7 rating in 2024-25.
