  • Flames' Yan Kuznetsov: Loaned to AHL Calgary

Kuznetsov was reassigned to AHL Calgary on Friday.

Kuznetsov made his NHL debut last season, playing 11:58 versus Ottawa with one blocked shot and two shots on goal. This season, the 22-year-old defenseman has spent the entire season at the AHL level, tallying three goals and adding 11 helpers over 49 appearances with the Wranglers.

  • Mason Lohrei D | BOS

    Bruins' Mason Lohrei: Questionable Saturday

Lohrei is dealing with an illness and is questionable for Saturday's tilt versus Anaheim, according to Steve Conroy of the Boston Herald.

Lohrei has three goals and 20 assists in 52 games this season and has been a force on the power play with 10 assists. When healthy, Lohrei will take over quarterbacking the first power play as Charlie McAvoy is out of action with a shoulder injury and infection. Look for Parker Wotherspoon to enter the lineup, if Lohrei is unable to play.

  • Blackhawks' Louis Crevier: Reassigned to AHL

Crevier was reassigned to AHL Rockford on Saturday, Charlie Roumeliotis of WGN Radio reports.

Crevier's appeared in 23 games with Chicago this season, logging three goals and four points, though he served as a healthy scratch in the Blackhawks' final three contests before the 4 Nations Face-Off break. Crevier's demotion suggests Ethan Del Mastro will maintain his recent role on the third pairing alongside T.J. Brodie.

  • Senators' Jake Sanderson: Game-time decision Saturday

Sanderson (rest) will be a game-time decision Saturday versus the Canadiens, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.

Sanderson and teammate Brady Tkachuk played for the Americans in Thursday's finale against Canada in the 4 Nations Face-Off and will get another four days of rest if they sit out Saturday's tilt against Montreal. Sanderson has five goals and 30 assists in 55 games this season, three points shy of his career-high 38 points in 79 regular-season games set last season.

  • Nick Jensen D | OTT

Senators' Nick Jensen: Game-time call Saturday

Jensen (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision Saturday against Montreal, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.

Jensen played in Ottawa's last three games before the 4 Nations Face-Off break, though he missed the Sens' previous five contests with a lower-body injury. The 34-year-old blueliner has three goals, 18 points and a plus-13 rating in 51 games this year.

  • Noah Dobson D | MON

Islanders' Noah Dobson: Regular jersey at practice

Dobson (lower body) is wearing a regular jersey at practice Saturday, according to Andrew Gross of Newsday.

Dobson has missed the last nine games, and since he is on long-term injured reserve, he will have to sit out Sunday's tilt against Dallas. The 25-year-old has regressed after a breakout 2023-24 campaign in which he had 10 goals and 60 assists in 79 regular-season appearances. Dobson has only six goals and 24 points through 46 outings in 2024-25. He could return as early as Tuesday versus the Rangers.

  • Blue Jackets' Erik Gudbranson: Skates before practice

Gudbranson skated Saturday for the first time since undergoing shoulder surgery in mid-October, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Gudbranson could still be a month away from returning to action but appears to be progressing in his recovery. The defenseman was injured in the Blue Jackets' third game of the season versus Florida and had four hits and three blocked shots while failing to hit the scoresheet before the injury.

  • Quinn Hughes D | MIN

Canucks' Quinn Hughes: Not playing Saturday

Hughes (oblique) won't play Saturday versus the Golden Knights, Iain MacIntyre of Sportsnet reports.

Hughes has been out for all of February and won't be ready immediately following the 4 Nations Face-Off break. The 25-year-old blueliner is likely to be replaced in the lineup by Elias Pettersson for Saturday's contest.

  • Cale Fleury D | SEA

Kraken's Cale Fleury: Rises to NHL

Fleury was recalled from AHL Coachella Valley on Friday.

Fleury is likely to fill a depth role on defense as he has during his other call-ups this season. He has one assist over seven outings. Fleury may play Saturday versus the Panthers if one of Brandon Montour (upper body) or Ryker Evans (upper body) can't suit up.

  • Egor Zamula D | CLB

Flyers' Egor Zamula: Available for Saturday

Zamula (upper body) is considered available to play Saturday versus the Oilers.

It looks like Zamula will be officially activated from injured reserve prior to the contest. There's no guarantee he plays -- head coach John Tortorella may opt for a more veteran defensive group against the Oilers. In any case, Zamula should be in contention for bottom-four minutes moving forward.
