  • Red Wings' Simon Edvinsson: Sends helper Tuesday

Edvinsson notched an assist in Tuesday's 5-4 shootout win over the Kraken.

Edvinsson helped out on Elmer Soderblom's third-period tally. The 22-year-old Edvinsson has been moderately productive with seven points and a plus-10 rating over his last 15 outings. The defenseman is up to 21 points, 50 shots on net, 91 blocked shots, 49 hits and a plus-13 rating across 50 appearances in his first full NHL campaign.

  • Red Wings' Moritz Seider: Nets power-play tally

Seider scored a power-play goal on four shots and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 5-4 shootout win over the Kraken.

Seider scored with 30 seconds left in the first period to restore a one-goal lead for the Red Wings. The 23-year-old defenseman hadn't scored in the last 23 games, but he had 16 assists, including 10 on the power play, in that span. Seider is up to five goals, 33 points (16 on the power play), 107 shots on net, 143 hits, 121 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 54 appearances as one of the best all-around blueliners in fantasy.

  • Tyler Myers D | DAL

Canucks' Tyler Myers: Assists on empty-netter

Myers logged an assist, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Avalanche.

Myers has earned four points over five contests since he returned from a three-game suspension. The 35-year-old has also picked up extra minutes during the absence of Quinn Hughes (undisclosed), who has sat out the last two games. Myers is up to 17 points, 52 shots on net, 57 hits, 90 blocked shots, 60 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 50 outings in 2024-25. He could challenge the 29-point campaign he put up in 2023-24, and he adds decent all-around coverage outside of power-play points.

  • Filip Hronek D | VAN

Canucks' Filip Hronek: Two helpers in Tuesday's win

Hronek notched two assists, three shots on goal and three blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Avalanche.

Hronek has five helpers over his last six contests. He's played a slightly larger role in the last two games due to the absence of Quinn Hughes (undisclosed). That has included a promotion to the top power-play unit. Hronek has 16 points (three on the power play), 41 shots on net, 50 hits, 36 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating over 32 appearances this season. He's worth a look in standard fantasy formats as long as Hughes is on the shelf.

  • Stars' Ilya Lyubushkin: Injured Tuesday

Lyubushkin (undisclosed) was hurt in Tuesday's game versus the Ducks and there was no update on his status after the contest, independent Stars reporter Robert Tiffin reports.

Lyubushkin didn't play in the third period due to the injury. With Miro Heiskanen (knee) already on injured reserve and facing a long-term absence, losing another blueliner could test the Stars' depth. Brendan Smith would likely get the first chance to fill in if Lyubushkin is unavailable for Friday's game in Los Angeles.

  • Lightning's Victor Hedman: First points in five games

Hedman had a two-assist night Tuesday in a 4-3 win over the Senators.

The points were his first in five games, but this quiet span came after a period in which he had points in eight of nine games (two goals, nine assists). Overall, Hedman has 42 points, including 35 assists, in 50 games. That production slots Hedman into a tie with Evan Bouchard for sixth overall in scoring from the blue line. Hedman's three points from Shea Theodore for fifth on that list.

  • Islanders' Alexander Romanov: Posts assist in win

Romanov logged an assist, four blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Golden Knights.

Romanov had gone three games without a point, but he has logged at least four blocks in five straight contests. The 25-year-old defenseman also hasn't been completely devoid of offense lately, earning eight points over 12 outings since the start of January. He's seeing top-pairing minutes and always brings physicality. Romanov has 14 points, 56 shots on net, 99 blocks, 95 hits and a plus-9 rating through 39 contests this season.

  • Nate Schmidt D | UTA

Panthers' Nate Schmidt: Sends assist in loss

Schmidt registered an assist and three hits in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Capitals.

Schmidt had just two points over his last 10 games since he had back-to-back contests with a helper Jan. 13 and 14. The 33-year-old defenseman is facing less of a threat for playing time since Adam Boqvist was waived and claimed by the Islanders. Schmidt is comfortably on the third pairing, and he's earned 12 points (three on the power play), 44 shots on net, 57 hits, 39 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating through 53 outings this season.

  • Senators' Thomas Chabot: Five points in last four games

Chabot had two assists Tuesday in a 4-3 loss to the Lightning.

Chabot has three assists in his last two games and five points, including four assists, in his last four games. Overall, the cerebral defender has 26 points, including 22 helpers, and 117 shots in 53 games this season. Chabot is a talent, but he is rarely healthy, and his immense upside has never really been tapped into, other than his 55-point campaign in 2018-19.

  • John Carlson D | ANA

Capitals' John Carlson: Garners helpers in win

Carlson provided an assist and five shots on goal in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Panthers.

Carlson earned a helper for the fourth straight game when he set up Lars Eller's go-ahead goal in the third period. For the season, Carlson is up to four goals, 29 assists, 112 shots on net, 91 blocked shots, 39 hits and a plus-18 rating over 53 contests. He's been steady on offense and should challenge for the 50-point threshold while seeing top-pairing minutes.
