  • Bruins' Hampus Lindholm: Earns assist Saturday

Lindholm earned an assist in a 3-1 win over the Capitals on Saturday.

Lindholm has chipped in two assists in five games since returning from the 2026 Winter Olympics, where he represented Team Sweden. He has provided four goals and 21 points in 48 appearances this season.

  • Hurricanes' Shayne Gostisbehere: Unavailable Saturday

Gostisbehere (lower body) is set to miss Saturday's game against Calgary, per Ryan Henkel of The Hockey News.

Gostisbehere isn't expected to be out for long, so he still might be an option Tuesday versus Pittsburgh. He has 11 goals and 43 points in 45 outings with Carolina in 2025-26. Mike Reilly might draw into the lineup Saturday due to Gostisbehere's absence.

  • Mammoth's Mikhail Sergachev: Not quite ready after all

Sergachev (lower body) was a late scratch for Saturday's game versus the Blue Jackets, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Sergachev was listed as available on the Mammoth's initial pregame roster, but he was scratched late. Nick DeSimone will draw into the lineup and Sean Durzi will maintain a top-four role for one more game. Given how close he was to playing Saturday, Sergachev should be considered a game-time decision for Monday in Chicago.

  • Mammoth's Dmitri Simashev: Sent back down

Simashev was reassigned to AHL Tucson on Saturday.

MacKenzie Weegar is ready for his Utah debut, and Mikhail Sergachev is also set to return from a lower-body injury. That means there's no room for Simashev in the lineup, so he'll head to Tucson to resume getting regular playing time with the Roadrunners.

  • Mammoth's Mikhail Sergachev: Ready to return

Sergachev (lower body) is good to play Saturday in Columbus.

Sergachev missed Thursday's 3-0 win over Philadelphia. He has 10 goals and 42 points in 61 outings in 2025-26. Sergachev is projected to play on the top pairing alongside MacKenzie Weegar, who is making his Utah debut after being acquired from Calgary on Wednesday.

  • Mammoth's MacKenzie Weegar: Set for Utah debut

Weegar (immigration) was added to the Mammoth's roster and will play Saturday versus the Blue Jackets.

Weegar will line up alongside Mikhail Sergachev, forming a formidable top pairing for the Mammoth. Weegar's visa paperwork was expected to take longer, but he'll end up missing just one game since he was traded Wednesday. He'll be a top-four fixture for the rest of the season, but it's not yet clear how much of a factor he'll be on Utah's power play.

  • Lightning's Emil Lilleberg: Set to miss at least two weeks

Lilleberg will be out for at least two weeks due to a facial fracture, Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site reports Saturday.

Lilleberg suffered the injury during Wednesday's practice. He has accounted for two goals, four assists, 28 shots on net, 33 blocked shots and 60 hits across 35 appearances this season.

  • Joel Hanley D | CGY

Flames' Joel Hanley: Out for Saturday's clash

Hanley (illness) will miss Saturday's home game against the Hurricanes due to an illness, per Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan.

Hanley was reported to be under the weather Saturday, meaning he'll miss his first game since Nov. 18. The 34-year-old blueliner has seven assists, 34 shots on goal, 38 hits and 76 blocked shots across 58 games this season. In his absence, the newly acquired Olli Maatta is set to make his debut for Calgary and should occupy Hanley's spot on the depth chart. Hanley's next chance to return is Monday's matchup against the Capitals, which marks the start of Calgary's upcoming road trip.

  • Nick Seeler D | PHI

Flyers' Nick Seeler: Remains out Saturday

Seeler (lower body) is expected to miss Saturday's game against Pittsburgh.

Seeler was also unavailable for Thursday's 3-0 loss to Utah. He has two goals, eight points, 27 PIM, 95 hits and 112 blocks in 60 appearances with the Flyers in 2025-26. Noah Juulsen is set to remain in the lineup Saturday due to Seeler's continued absence.

  • Sabres' Zach Metsa: Up from AHL

Metsa was recalled from AHL Rochester on Friday.

Metsa was briefly sent to the minors to maintain his eligibility for the AHL playoffs. He has two goals and four points in 31 outings with Buffalo in 2025-26.
