  • Senators' Linus Ullmark: Starting Thursday's game

Ullmark was the first goalie off the ice during Thursday's morning skate, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports, indicating that he'll start at home against the Red Wings.

Ullmark sat out Ottawa's final game before the Olympic break due to flu-like symptoms, but he's back to full health following the three-week layoff. Over his last two appearances, he's gone 2-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .930 save percentage.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: In goal Thursday

Bobrovsky will get the starting nod at home against the Maple Leafs on Thursday, George Richards of FloridaHockeyNow.com reports.

Bobrovsky has managed just one win in his last five outings, going 1-3-0 with a 3.54 GAA. The Russian backstop comes into this contest with plenty of rest and should still be capable of reaching the 30-win mark for the third straight year. With the Cats heading into a back-to-back, fantasy managers can expect to see Daniil Tarasov in the home crease versus the Sabres on Friday.

  • Capitals' Logan Thompson: Sharp in Wednesday's win

Thompson made 23 saves in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Flyers.

The 29-year-old netminder took a shutout into the third period before a Capitals turnover in their own zone led to a Noah Cates tip-in. It was still an impressive performance from Thompson after the heartbreak of Team Canada's loss to the United States in the gold medal game at the Olympics, and over 12 NHL outings since the beginning of January he's posted a 2.59 GAA and .909 save percentage, albeit with just a 5-6-1 record to show for it.

  • Dan Vladar G | PHI

Flyers' Dan Vladar: Gets little help in DC

Vladar turned aside 26 of 28 shots in Wednesday's 3-1 loss to the Capitals, with Washington's final goal getting scored into an empty net.

The 28-year-old netminder kept things close in the road loss, but aside from a Noah Cates tip-in early in the third period after a Caps turnover, the Flyers' offense couldn't solve Logan Thompson. Vladar has just one win in his last nine outings, going 1-3-3, but he's managed a respectable 2.76 GAA and .892 save percentage during that span.

  • Jake Allen G | NJ

Devils' Jake Allen: Takes tough loss Wednesday

Allen stopped 28 shots in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to the Sabres,

The veteran netminder battled Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen to a scoreless draw through one period, but Buffalo got pucks past Allen in the second and third periods while the New Jersey offense sputtered. Allen has lost four straight starts sandwiched around the Olympic break, and since the beginning of January he's gone 1-7-0 in eight outings with a 2.97 GAA and .888 save percentage.

  • Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Nabs win coming out of break

Luukkonen made 27 saves in Wednesday's 2-1 win over the Devils.

Timo Meier spoiled Luukkonen's shutout bid late in the third period with New Jersey's net empty, as he jammed home a rebound during a scrum in front of the Buffalo crease, but otherwise the 26-year-old was sharp as the NHL schedule resumed following the Olympic break. Luukkonen has just one regulation loss in his last eight outings dating back to Jan. 6, going 5-1-1 over that stretch with a 2.78 GAA and .912 save percentage.

  • Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Extends win streak to nine

Vasilevskiy turned aside 32 of 34 shots on goal in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Maple Leafs.

Vasilevskiy picked up where he left off prior to the Olympic break with his ninth consecutive victory, where he allowed just two goals in the final four minutes of regulation. With Wednesday's victory, he is up to a 28-7-3 record, a 2.11 GAA and a .920 save percentage across 38 appearances this season. The 31-year-old netminder has become the league's clear frontrunner to claim the Vezina Trophy this season since the beginning of his 17-0-1 stretch of dominant performances. At his current pace of wins, he's in line for the second 40-plus-win campaign of his 12-year career. Vasilevskiy is the No. 1 goalie to roster in fantasy hockey until his hot stretch of play levels out.

  • Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: Yields four goals Friday

Stolarz stopped 32 of 36 shots on net in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to the Lightning.

Stolarz posted a clean sheet in the first period before allowing a pair of goals in each of the final two stanzas. With the loss, he now holds a 7-8-1 record, a 3.60 GAA and an .882 save percentage across 17 outings this season. When healthy, the 32-year-old netminder will likely continue to split starts with Joseph Woll. While Woll has a clearer path to the No. 1 job in net, Stolarz showcased an ability to get hot last season with a career-high 21 wins, meaning he holds solid fantasy value with a high ceiling.

  • Oilers' Connor Ingram: Saddled with loss in relief outing

Ingram stopped three of four shots in relief of Tristan Jarry in Wednesday's 6-5 loss to the Ducks.

Ingram will end up wearing the loss for this one, as Jarry was pulled with the game tied at 5-5. Ingram allowed the decisive goal to Cutter Gauthier late in the third period. Over his last five outings, Ingram has allowed 13 goals on just 72 shots, an .819 save percentage. He's at a 14-6-5 record with a 2.70 GAA and an .895 save percentage in 14 appearances this season. The Oilers haven't been getting enough quality in their crease regardless of who plays, so the door remains open for both Ingram and Jarry to claim the starting role if either one of them can string together good performances.

  • Oilers' Tristan Jarry: Pulled after leaking five goals

Jarry allowed five goals on 25 shots in Wednesday's 6-5 loss to the Ducks.

He deserved the loss, but Jarry was pulled after Beckett Sennecke tied the game at 5-5 in the third period. This wasn't a good look for Jarry, as he gave up some soft tallies in his fourth straight performance of at least four goals against. He's now at a 15-7-2 record with a 3.18 GAA and an .890 save percentage over 26 games between Pittsburgh and Edmonton this season, but his 3.85 GAA and .864 save percentage in 12 games as an Oiler paint a darker picture. If Jarry can't turn things around, he'll likely have to split the crease with Connor Ingram, who should be expected to start versus the Kings on Thursday despite making a relief appearance Wednesday.
