Andersen stopped 19 shots in regulation and overtime and four of six shootout attempts during Thursday's 4-3 loss to Chicago.

Carolina once again kept the shot volume low on Andersen, but the chances he did see were from in close and high-danger areas. The veteran netminder is 2-0-2 over his last four starts and didn't face more than 30 shots in any of them, posting a 2.43 GAA and .880 save percentage over that stretch.

Knight turned aside 28 shots in regulation and overtime and five of six shootout attempts during Thursday's 4-3 win over the Hurricanes.

Chicago grabbed one-goal leads in every period, only for Carolina to quickly answer back each time, but Knight locked things down in OT and the shootout with only Andrei Svechnikov managing to get a puck past him. Knight has put together an impressive January, going 5-2-0 in seven starts with a 2.25 GAA and .924 save percentage.

Korpisalo stopped 30 shots in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Golden Knights.

The veteran netminder took a shutout into the third period, but Korpisalo had to withstand a furious comeback attempt by Vegas to put the win in the books. Korpisalo's won all four of his starts in January, improving his record on the season to 10-8-0, and for the month he's posted a dazzling 1.42 GAA and .948 save percentage.

Schmid made 25 saves in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Bruins.

Boston built a 4-0 lead through two periods, including two power-play tallies, and while Schmid was able to shut the door in the third, Vegas' comeback attempt fell just short. It was Schmid's first regulation loss in January, and on the month he's gone 4-1-1 in six outings with a 2.57 GAA and .897 save percentage.

Stolarz (upper body) will get the starting nod at home against Vegas on Friday, Joshua Kloke of The Athletic reports.

Stolarz will be in the crease for the first time since Nov. 11 versus the Bruins. In his 13 outings this year, the 32-year-old backstop is sporting a 6-5-1 record and 3.51 GAA. Now that Stolarz is back to 100 percent, he will likely split the workload with Joseph Woll, though Stolarz could push for the starting gig outright with some strong performances.

Saros stopped 23 of 26 shots in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Senators.

Saros bounced back from his ugly outing against the Sabres on Tuesday, when he allowed four goals on 19 shots. Saros has been reliable of late in terms of wins, as he's gone 3-1-0 over his last four outings, but a deeper look into his numbers suggest he hasn't been a solid option between the pipes in most formats. He's allowed at least three goals in four outings in a row and has posted a 3.31 GAA, as well as an .891 save percentage, in nine appearances since the beginning of January.

Reimer stopped 22 of 26 shots in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Predators. The fifth goal was an empty-netter with 27 seconds left in the game.

Reimer was coming off his first win of the season, but he wasn't able to repeat that outcome. The 37-year-old is likely to remain as the Senators' No. 1 goaltender while Linus Ullmark (personal) remains away from the team, and Leevi Merilainen was sent to AHL Belleville earlier this week. Reimer is 1-1-1 with a 3.02 GAA and .889 save percentage in three appearances this season since signing with the Senators on Jan. 12.

Talbot allowed four goals on 39 shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Wild.

Three separate one-goal leads didn't last, and Talbot ended up taking his third straight loss. He's 0-1-2 with 10 goals allowed on 110 shots in that span, as the Red Wings' defense has been a little leaky when he's between the pipes lately. The 38-year-old goalie is now 11-7-4 with a 3.00 GAA and an .893 save percentage across 24 appearances. Look for John Gibson to get the nod Saturday in Winnipeg, as he's handled a majority of the workload recently while Talbot is firmly in the backup role.

Montembault made 13 saves in a 4-2 loss to Buffalo on Thursday. He allowed three goals.

Buffalo scored the first three goals to build a 3-0 lead by the 2:25 mark of the second period. Montembault has started five of Montreal's last 10 games, going 3-1-1 in that span. He has struggled this season to show that his 31-24-7 record, 2.82 GAA and .902 save percentage from last year were replicable. The talent is there -- he's delivered three straight seasons with a save percentage of .901 or above. However, Montembeault has delivered a .871 save percentage in 21 appearances (19 starts) in 2025-26.

Gustavsson stopped 30 of 33 shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Red Wings.

Gustavsson picked up his third straight win, though he's allowed 10 goals on 87 shots in that span. The Wild didn't lead in regulation, but they got the win on a Kirill Kaprizov tally in overtime. Gustavsson improved to 17-9-5 with a 2.58 GAA and a .908 save percentage over 32 appearances. The Wild's next game is at home Saturday versus the Panthers, who have been struggling on offense lately, scoring two goals or fewer in eight of their last 11 games.
