Maple Leafs' Joseph Woll: Poised to start Monday

Woll is expected to defend the cage on the road against the Avalanche on Monday, David Alter of The Hockey News reports.

Woll is undefeated in regulation over his last seven outings, posting a 5-0-1 record, 2.62 GAA and one shutout in that span. With a back-to-back on the schedule, Dennis Hildeby figures to guard the cage for Tuesday's road game versus the Mammoth.

  • Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Returning to action Monday

Knight (illness) will start Monday's home game against the Oilers, Jack Bushman of Chicago Hockey Now reports.

Knight missed the last two games due to an illness, but he'll return to the crease Monday against the Oilers, who rank fourth in the NHL with 3.38 goals per game this season. The 24-year-old has picked up wins in each of his last three starts, allowing eight goals on 89 shots (.910 save percentage) during that time. Knight made a road start against Edmonton on Nov. 1, turning aside 27 of 30 shots in a 3-2 overtime loss.

  • Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Available against Oilers

Soderblom (illness) will serve as the backup versus Edmonton on Monday, Jack Bushman of Chicago Hockey Now reports.

With both Soderblom and Spencer Knight (illness) healthy, the Blackhawks will roll with their starter heading into Monday's game. In his 14 outings this year, the 26-year-old Soderblom is 5-7-1 with a 3.87 GAA and .873 save percentage. With no back-to-backs on the short-term schedule, it might be a while before Soderblom makes his next start.

  • Oilers' Connor Ingram: Starting in Chicago

Ingram will defend the road net against the Blackhawks on Monday, Tony Brar of Oilers TV reports.

Ingram will make his second straight start after a 27-save effort in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Kings. He has a 3-2-1 record at the NHL level this season while stopping 149 of the 167 shots he has faced. Chicago sits 24th in the league this campaign with 2.82 goals per game.

  • Colten Ellis G | BUF

Sabres' Colten Ellis: Defending home crease Monday

Ellis will start Monday's home matchup against the Panthers, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports.

Ellis returned to the crease Thursday against the Rangers and saved 30 of 32 shots (.938 save percentage) en route to a 3-2 victory. He'll draw the start for the second time in the last three games Monday. The Panthers are tied for 18th in the NHL with 3.02 goals per game this season.

  • Trent Miner G | COL

Avalanche's Trent Miner: Slated to start Monday

Miner is expected to patrol the crease at home versus the Maple Leafs on Monday, Jesse Montano of Guerilla Sports reports.

Miner is coming off a 29-save shutout win over the Blue Jackets on Saturday, so it seems the team will go with the hot hand heading into Monday's contest. Despite his decent performance, Miner will almost certainly be shipped down to the minors once Mackenzie Blackwood (lower body) is cleared to return.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Starting against Buffalo

Bobrovsky will start Monday's road game against Buffalo.

Bobrovsky has had somewhat lackluster results since the start of the calendar year, going 1-3-0 with 14 goals allowed on 79 shots (.823 save percentage) over his last four outings. However, he's coming off a win over Ottawa on Saturday and will attempt to build upon his momentum against the Sabres, who rank 12th in the NHL with 3.19 goals per game. Bobrovsky made a road start against Buffalo on Oct. 18 and turned aside 28 of 31 shots (.903 save percentage) in a 3-0 loss.

  • Wild's Jesper Wallstedt: Tending twine against New Jersey

Wallstedt will start Monday's home game against the Devils, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Walllstedt has alternated starts with Filip Gustavsson for nearly a month, and that trend will continue Monday. Over Wallstedt's last five outings, he's gone 2-1-2 with a 3.12 GAA and .901 save percentage. The Devils are scoring 2.56 goals per game this season, which is the third-worst mark in the league.

  • Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: First goalie off Monday

Tolopilo was the first goalie off during Monday's morning skate, Thomas Drance of The Athletic reports, indicating that he'll draw the road start against Montreal.

Tolopilo was recalled by the Canucks on Sunday and will draw the start in the first half of a back-to-back set. Over four appearances this season, he's gone 2-1-0 with nine goals allowed on 101 shots, good for a .911 save percentage.

  • Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Slated to start Tuesday

Vasilevskiy is expected to get the starting nod on the road versus the Penguins on Tuesday, Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site reports.

With Jonas Johansson getting the start on the road versus the Flyers on Monday, it will be Vasilevskiy's crease for the second half of the Lightning's back-to-back Tuesday. After a slow start to the 2025-26 campaign, the 31-year-old Vasilevskiy is riding a seven-game winning streak, during which he is sporting a 2.41 GAA and .903 save percentage.
