  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Guarding goal Monday

Bobrovsky will start Monday's home matchup against Washington, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.

Bobrovsky's six-game winning streak ended in Saturday's 4-2 loss to Tampa Bay. In his last seven outings, he has stopped 157 of the 176 shots he has faced. Bobrovsky has a 16-9-1 record with three shutouts, a 2.79 GAA and an .888 save percentage through 26 appearances this season. Washington ranks 10th in the league with 3.18 goals per game this year.

  • Jet Greaves G | CLB

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Earns win over Isles

Greaves stopped 24 of 26 shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Islanders.

Greaves was beaten late in the first and second periods, but the Blue Jackets scored three unanswered goals in the final frame to allow the 24-year-old to secure the win. Greaves has won three of his last four starts, allowing nine goals on 103 shots for a .913 save percentage over that stretch. He's also in an impressive run of eight appearances allowing three goals or fewer.

  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Set to face Oilers

Hellebuyck will protect the home net against Edmonton on Monday, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.

Hellebuyck has gone 0-2-3 in his last five outings while permitting 15 goals on 124 shots. He has a 9-8-3 record this season with a 2.55 GAA and a .908 save percentage across 20 appearances. Edmonton sits third in the league with 3.38 goals per game this campaign.

  • Islanders' David Rittich: Beaten three times

Rittich stopped 31 of 34 shots in Sunday's 4-2 loss to Columbus. The fourth goal was an empty-netter with 1:06 left in the game.

Rittich saw his two-game winning streak come to a halt Sunday, but his individual performance wasn't bad by any means. It was his fifth consecutive outing with a save percentage of at least .910, a stretch in which he's gone 3-1-1 with a 1.59 GAA and a .949 save percentage. Even if the Islanders struggle offensively, Rittich is a goaltender who can be a solid streaming option across all formats while Ilya Sorokin (lower body) is out.

  • Senators' Leevi Merilainen: Facing Blue Jackets

Merilainen will patrol the home crease against Columbus on Monday, according to Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia.

Merilainen has gone 1-5-0 in his last six appearances while allowing 18 goals on 147 shots. He has a 4-6-0 record with a 3.43 GAA and an .874 save percentage through 10 outings this season. After being recalled from AHL Belleville on Monday, Hunter Shepard will be the backup goalie due to the absence of Linus Ullmark (personal). Columbus is tied for 20th in the league this year with 2.92 goals per game.

  • Senators' Hunter Shepard: Summoned from AHL

Shepard was recalled from AHL Belleville on Monday.

Shepard has a 5-5-1 record with a 3.16 GAA and a .905 save percentage in 11 minor-league appearances this season. He will probably serve as Leevi Merilainen's backup in Monday's home matchup against Columbus due to the absence of Linus Ullmark (personal).

  • Dan Vladar G | PHI

Flyers' Dan Vladar: Loses to Kraken

Vladar allowed two goals on 18 shots in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Kraken. The last two goals were empty-netters.

Vladar didn't get much help Sunday, as the Flyers' lone goal was scored between the Kraken's empty-netters. The 28-year-old netminder ended up with his first regulation loss since Dec. 1 -- he had gone 3-0-2 over his previous five outings. He hasn't given up more than three goals in his last six games, and he's at a 13-6-3 record with a 2.37 GAA and a .909 save percentage across 22 contests this season. The Flyers have a back-to-back up next, visiting the Canucks on Tuesday and the Flames on Wednesday, so look for Vladar and Samuel Ersson to split those games.

  • Kraken's Philipp Grubauer: Strong in win over Flyers

Grubauer stopped 31 of 32 shots in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Flyers.

Grubauer stood tall to pick up his second straight win. The 34-year-old netminder has carved out a fairly even share of playing time with Joey Daccord in the Kraken crease lately, and if Grubauer can maintain that split, he'll have some appeal in fantasy. He's put together a decent season with a 6-3-1 record, a 2.44 GAA and a .917 save percentage in 12 appearances so far. Look for Daccord to get the starting nod Monday versus the Canucks, and the goalies are likely to split another back-to-back set later in the week as well.

  • Maple Leafs' Dennis Hildeby: Falls short in overtime

Hildeby stopped 33 of 36 shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Red Wings.

Hildeby took his fifth straight loss (0-3-2) with this outing, though he played fairly well. This was just the second time during the skid that he's managed to hold an opponent to three goals. The 24-year-old netminder is now 2-5-4 with a 2.95 GAA and a .912 save percentage over 14 outings (10 starts) this season. Hildeby looks to be sharing the crease with Joseph Woll currently. The Maple Leafs' next game is Tuesday at home versus the Devils.

  • Cam Talbot G | DET

Red Wings' Cam Talbot: Takes down Maple Leafs in overtime

Talbot stopped 25 of 27 shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.

Talbot picked up his second overtime win in a row with this performance. He's allowed four goals on 60 shots over those two victories. Talbot has slipped into the backup role during December, but that's mostly been because of John Gibson's strong play. Talbot is now 11-6-2 with a 2.94 GAA and an .889 save percentage over 20 appearances this season. The Red Wings have a back-to-back up next, hosting the Jets on Wednesday before visiting the Penguins on Thursday, so both goalies should get a start within the next two games.
