Lukas Dostal G | ANA
Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Beaten six times Saturday
Dostal stopped 24 of 30 shots in Saturday's 6-1 loss to the Kings.
Dostal had one of his worst performances of the season Saturday, posting an .800 save percentage but also giving up a season-high six goals. The 25-year-old remains firmly entrenched as the Ducks' No. 1 option between the posts despite the defeat.

Jake Oettinger G | DAL
Stars' Jake Oettinger: Loses in shootout to Chicago
Oettinger stopped 30 of 33 shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Blackhawks.
Oettinger saw the end of his brief two-game winning run, but the star netminder has posted solid numbers even in games where he's not winning. Oettinger has gone 14 consecutive games while allowing three goals or fewer, and that level of consistency has the 27-year-old ranked among the best goaltenders in the NHL.

Arvid Soderblom G | CHI
Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Makes 28 saves in shootout win
Soderblom stopped 28 of 31 shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Stars.
Soderblom was beaten once in each frame, but the Blackhawks forced a shootout thanks to a third-period goal from Tyler Bertuzzi. Soderblom was excellent in the shootout, stopping three of four shots to get his first win since mid-November and snap a streak of five straight losses. The 26-year-old has allowed three or more goals in each of his last six outings, so even though he got the win here, fantasy managers can't be happy with his recent performances.

Andrei Vasilevskiy G | TB
Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Third straight win
Vasilevskiy made 24 saves in a 4-2 win over Florida on Saturday.
It was Vasilevskiy's third consecutive win and 14th this season. He's top-10 in wins (14; four-way tie for seventh), GAA (2.30; eighth) and save percentage (.914; three-way tie for seventh). Vasilevskiy has missed time due to injury, but if he can remain healthy, he should be able to put up his ninth straight season with at least 30 wins.

John Gibson G | DET
Red Wings' John Gibson: First loss in last nine starts
Gibson made 33 saves in a 5-2 loss to Carolina on Saturday.
He allowed four goals, with Carolina's final marker coming on an empty net. Gibson's personal eight-game winning streak ended Saturday. The Canes are one of the NHL's top goal-scoring teams, and they turned up the heat. Still, Gibson had been dominant in December, running up an 8-0-0 record with two shutouts and a .927 save percentage prior to Saturday. He looks a bit like the netminder he was eight-to-10 years ago, but we don't know if we should say that out loud. Still, there's a chance Gibson is back.

Brandon Bussi G | CAR
Hurricanes' Brandon Bussi: Continues to defy odds
Bussi made 18 saves in a 5-2 win over Detroit on Saturday.
The first goal came after a Detroit player snagged an errant clearing pass by a Carolina defender and fed Michael Rasmussen in the slot. Bussi made no mistake. The second goal came on a redirection on the power play. Bussi, who made his NHL debut this season at age 27, continues to be a revelation this season after four campaigns in the AHL. He hasn't lost in regulation since Oct. 25, and he is 12-1-1 with a 2.10 GAA and a .912 save percentage on the season.
-
Sebastian Cossa G | DET
Red Wings' Sebastian Cossa: Collects fourth shutout
Cossa posted a 26-save shutout in AHL Grand Rapids' 3-0 win over Milwaukee on Saturday.
Cossa also had an assist in the contest. He's allowed two or fewer goals in eight of the 10 games during his current winnings streak. For the season, the top prospect goalie is 15-1-0 with four shutouts, a 1.57 GAA and a .940 save percentage, which has been a large reason for the Griffins' historic level of success so far.

Anton Forsberg G | LA
Kings' Anton Forsberg: Starting versus Ducks
Forsberg will protect the home goal versus the Ducks on Saturday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.
Forsberg has allowed 10 goals on 111 shots over his last four games, going 1-3-0 in that span. The 33-year-old goalie will have a tough task ahead with the Ducks, who have cooled off lately, scoring 11 goals over their last four games while going 1-2-1 in that span.
-
Arvid Soderblom G | CHI
Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Drawing start Saturday
Soderblom will protect the road goal versus the Stars on Saturday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
This looks to be a case of the Blackhawks punting a game, as Soderblom comes into this tough matchup with 29 goals allowed during his five-game losing streak. The Stars have scored 25 goals over their last five games, going 4-0-1 in that span.

Logan Thompson G | WAS
Capitals' Logan Thompson: Tending twine against Devils
Thompson will protect the road goal versus the Devils on Saturday.
Thompson has hit the skids recently, going 1-3-1 with 17 goals allowed over his last five games, though his one win in that span was via a shutout. The Devils have scored just six goals over their last five contests, going 2-3-0 in that span without scoring more than two goals in any of those contests.
