  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Win streak at six

Bobrovsky turned aside 17 shots in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Hurricanes.

The Panthers were down 2-0 on the road before staging a remarkable third-period comeback. Bobrovsky only needed to face three shots in the final frame. The veteran netminder recorded his sixth straight win in the process, a stretch in which he has a 2.62 GAA and an .895 save percentage while getting an average of 4.83 goals of support per contest.

  • Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Gives up two goals

Knight stopped 23 of 25 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Flyers. The third goal was an empty-netter.

Knight allowed one goal in the first and second periods. He has had solid performances throughout the season, but he's lost each of his last four starts despite posting a 2.81 GAA and a .902 save percentage over that stretch.

  • Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Fades late against Habs

Swayman stopped 23 shots in Tuesday's 6-2 loss to the Canadiens.

The game was tied 2-2 heading into the third period, but Montreal got four pucks past Swayman on just nine shots. The 27-year-old netminder has only one win in his last six outings (five starts), stumbling into the Christmas break with a 1-3-1 record with a 3.76 GAA and an .850 save percentage over that span.

  • Flyers' Samuel Ersson: Makes 20 saves in win

Ersson stopped 20 of 21 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Blackhawks.

Ersson was beaten in the latter stages of the second period, but that would be the only goal he'd allow. The 26-year-old Swedish netminder snapped a four-game losing skid with this win, a run in which he'd allowed at least three goals each time. Ersson owns a 2-2-2 record with a 2.78 GAA and an .889 save percentage in seven appearances in December.

  • Mammoth's Vitek Vanecek: Tagged with loss Tuesday

Vanecek stopped 25 of 26 shots in Tuesday's 1-0 loss to the Avalanche.

Vanacek was beaten by Samuel Girard's backhander in the second period, but that was enough to tag him with the loss despite his season-best .926 save percentage. Vanecek has lost each of his last eight starts, going 0-7-1 with a 3.13 GAA and an .870 save percentage in that span.

  • Avalanche's Scott Wedgewood: Posts 32-save shutout

Wedgewood posted a 32-save shutout in Tuesday's 1-0 win over the Mammoth.

The Avalanche have won 13 home games in a row, and Wedgewood delivered an impressive performance to keep that streak alive. He has earned two shutouts this season, with the previous coming against the Blackhawks on Nov. 23 in a 1-0 road win. The 33-year-old netminder has won his last three outings and has posted a save percentage of .900 or higher in each of his past seven appearances.

  • Jacob Fowler G | MON

Canadiens' Jacob Fowler: Cruises to third win

Fowler made 26 saves in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Bruins.

Boston took a 2-1 lead into the first intermission, but Fowler shut the door the rest of the way while the Montreal offense got rolling. The rookie netminder might be the solution to the Habs' issues in net. Through his first five NHL starts, he's gone 3-1-1 with a 2.39 GAA and .918 save percentage.

  • Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Drops win streak in OT loss

Gustavsson stopped 23 of 26 shots on net in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Predators.

Despite allowing zero even-strength goals in regulation, a pair of power-play scores from Nashville in the first period would be enough to take Gustavsson and the Wild to an extra period, where veteran Steven Stamkos netted the game-winning tally for the Predators. With the overtime loss, Gustavsson now has a 12-8-4 record with a 2.49 GAA and a .912 save percentage across 24 outings this season. Tuesday's loss ended his five-game win streak, marking his first defeat since Dec. 4. While his fantasy ceiling is capped by operating in an elite tandem with Jesper Wallstedt, Gustavsson has excelled at controlling what he can over the past month with an 8-1-2 record, a 1.79 GAA and a .934 save percentage over his last 11 games. The 27-year-old netminder remains an elite choice in all fantasy formats for the foreseeable future.

  • Juuse Saros G | NSH

Predators' Juuse Saros: Holds strong for OT win

Saros turned aside 30 of 32 shots on goal in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Wild.

Saros played well down the stretch in Tuesday's contest, as he kept the Wild off the scoreboard after the 21-minute mark. With the OT win, he is up to a 14-11-3 record with a 2.92 GAA and an .899 save percentage over 38 appearances this season. Since Nov. 28, he has an 8-2-0 record with a 2.62 GAA and a .914 save percentage across 10 appearances. In that span, he has made 278 saves, which ranks second in the NHL behind the Capitals' Logan Thompson. Saros' heightened level of play has helped the Predators climb to fifth place in the Central Division with a 16-16-4 record. He is a strong streaming option and should be rostered in most leagues based on his workload alone while Nashville continues to find the win column.

  • Islanders' Marcus Hogberg: Returns to minors

Hogberg was returned to AHL Bridgeport on Tuesday, per the AHL transactions page.

Hogberg was summoned by the Islanders on Monday under emergency conditions due to the absence of Ilya Sorokin (undisclosed). The Islanders won't play again until Saturday, so New York still has the option to recall a goaltender if Sorokin isn't ready to return in time for that game. Hogberg hasn't appeared in an NHL game this season. He has a 3.08 GAA and an .881 save percentage in 14 outings with Bridgeport.
