  • Wild's Filip Gustavsson: First off at morning skate

Gustavsson is slated to start at home against the Sharks on Tuesday, per Joe Smith of The Athletic.

Gustavsson is 2-2-1 in his last five appearances, stopping 128 of 143 shots during that stretch (.895 save percentage). The Swedish goaltender will have his hands full Tuesday against a San Jose club that is 4-0-1 in its last five games, with impressive wins over Colorado, Seattle, Winnipeg and Florida. The Sharks are tied for eighth in the NHL with 3.31 goals per game this season.

  • Jet Greaves G | CLB

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Makes 19 saves in OT loss

Greaves stopped 19 of 24 shots in Monday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Oilers.

The Oilers have some elite offensive weapons, but still, fantasy managers can't be pleased with Greaves' performance in this game. The 24-year-old enjoyed a strong start to the season but has been faltering of late, with nine goals allowed on 49 shots faced over his previous two starts. The Blue Jackets have been alternating goalies all season long, and if that trend continues, Greaves could potentially make his next start in a rematch against the Oilers on Thursday.

  • Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: Set to start in Boston

Stolarz will defend the road net Tuesday against the Bruins, per Mark Masters of TSN.

Stolarz has a chance to avenge his loss to the Bruins on Saturday, as he surrendered four goals on 19 shots in that game and was subsequently replaced by Dennis Hildeby in the middle frame. The 31-year-old Stolarz has allowed at least three goals in seven of his last eight starts, so it's been a poor start to the year after a stellar 2024-25 campaign. The New Jersey native is 2-1-1 with a 3.44 GAA and an .898 save percentage over four career regular-season appearances against Boston.

  • Senators' Linus Ullmark: Defending home cage Tuesday

Ullmark will be between the home pipes against the Stars on Tuesday, according to Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia.

Ullmark snapped a brief two-game losing streak Saturday in Philadelphia, turning aside 20 of 22 shots in a 3-2 overtime win. Prior to that victory, Ullmark had allowed at least three goals in four straight outings, going 1-1-2 with an .849 save percentage in that span, so the Swedish netminder has been a bit shaky of late. As for the Stars, they have scored 18 goals in their last five games while going 3-1-1 during that stretch.

  • Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Gets starting nod versus Leafs

Swayman will be between the pipes for Tuesday's home clash against Toronto, Joe Haggerty of Boston Sports Journal reports.

Swayman is riding a three-game winning streak during which he posted a 2.28 GAA and a .926 save percentage. It's quite the turnaround for the 26-year-old backstop after he went 3-4-0 with a 3.45 GAA in seven appearances during the opening month of the year. Fantasy managers can expect to continue to see a heavy dose of Swayman moving forward.

  • Islanders' David Rittich: Set to start Friday

Rittich is expected to defend the cage on the road versus Utah on Friday, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.

Rittich will take the second game of the Islanders' back-to-back, while Ilya Sorokin gets the nod on the road versus Vegas on Thursday. In his five outings this year, the 33-year-old Rittich has logged a 3-2-0 record to go with a 3.41 GAA and zero shutouts.

  • Ilya Sorokin G | NYI

Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Expected to start Thursday in Vegas

Sorokin is scheduled to tend the road twine Thursday against the Golden Knights, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports Tuesday.

Sorokin has won back-to-back games and three of his last four while allowing two goals or less in three of those contests. The Russian netminder had to be sharp in New Jersey on Monday -- the Devils generated 25 high-danger chances, per Andrew Gross of Newsday. Sorokin appears to be rounding into form after a slow start to the season, and he'll head to Vegas with a 5-4-2 record, 2.90 GAA and .898 save percentage over 11 starts.

  • Canadiens' Sam Montembeault: In goal versus Kings

Montembeault will get the starting nod at home against Los Angeles on Tuesday, Marc Antoine Godin of Radio Canada reports.

Montembeault is undefeated in regulation over his last three outings, posting a 2-0-1 record, 2.89 GAA and .895 save percentage. Heading into the season, it seemed likely that Montembeault could push the 60-game mark; instead, youngster Jakub Dobes has been forcing himself into the crease share by going 6-0-1 with a 2.25 GAA in his seven outings. Still, Montembeault remains the No. 1 option for the Habs, even if he does see less of the crease than expected.

  • Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Finally wins on home ice

Shesterkin made 27 saves in Monday's 6-3 win over the Predators.

The Rangers finally scored some goals and won their first game of the season at Madison Square Garden, but Shesterkin played a big role in the victory too as he shut down every Nashville skater except for rookie Matthew Wood, who beat him twice on the power play en route to a hat trick. Shesterkin has given up more than three goals only once in his last five starts, going 3-2-0 with a 2.79 GAA and an .896 save percentage during that stretch as he tries to find some consistency along with his teammates.

  • Predators' Justus Annunen: Needed in relief Monday

Annunen turned aside five of six shots after replacing Juuse Saros to begin the third period of Monday's 6-3 loss to the Rangers.

Annunen didn't even see the puck that got past him -- the netminder knocked it into the net himself with his skate while crossing the crease to cover the near post as Artemi Panarin buzzed around behind the net. It's Annunen's first relief appearance of the season after four rough starts, and Nashville's No. 2 goalie isn't making a case for more playing time -- he has a record of 0-3-1 as well as a 3.98 GAA and an .840 save percentage.
