  • Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Earns OT win Sunday

Knight stopped 38 of 39 shots in Sunday's 2-1 overtime win over the Ducks.

Knight posted a season-high mark in saves and shots faced while matching his season-low tally of goals allowed in what turned out to be a masterful performance between the pipes. The 24-year-old came quite close to posting a shutout, but Mason McTavish's power-play goal with 36 seconds left denied him that opportunity. Knight has allowed two or fewer goals in each of his last three starts, a span where he's gone 1-1-1 with a 1.28 GAA and an excellent .957 save percentage.

  • Lukas Dostal G | ANA

Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Gives up two goals in OT loss

Dostal allowed two goals on 30 shots in Sunday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Blackhawks.

Dostal posted his best performance of the season from a save-percentage perspective, as this was the first time he surpassed the .910 mark in a single game in four outings in 2025-26. That hasn't translated into much success for the Ducks, though. In four starts, Dostal has gone 1-2-1 with a 3.02 GAA and an .898 save percentage. Dostal's next chance to get back to winning ways could come as soon as Tuesday in a road matchup against the Predators.

  • Oilers' Stuart Skinner: Drops second straight game

Skinner made 20 of 23 saves in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Red Wings. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.

Skinner's struggles from his last appearance continued, allowing three goals in the second period before the rookie Emmitt Finnie tied the bow on his breakout performance with an empty-net tally. With the loss, Skinner now has a 1-2-1 record with a 2.23 GAA and a .909 save percentage in four appearances this season. The 26-year-old goalie's performances across his three starts during Edmonton's four-game road trip display some of the inconsistencies he's faced in his career. After a 30-save shutout win over the Rangers, he surrendered three goals each to the Islanders and Red Wings. For the time being, Skinner might continue to be a coin-flip in net for the Oilers, making him a frustrating option in fantasy, but one with decent value playing for the reigning Stanley Cup runners-up. His next chance to bounce back is Tuesday against the Senators, should he get the start over Calvin Pickard.

  • John Gibson G | DET

Red Wings' John Gibson: Coasts to win Sunday

Gibson made 16 saves on 18 shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Oilers.

Gibson had a relatively easy outing Sunday against the reigning Western Conference champs. The 32-year-old netminder tended a clean first period before allowing the first goal halfway through the second period. The latter of the two he surrendered was against Leon Draisaitl, the reigning Rocket Richard Trophy winner. Sunday's victory was Gibson's second consecutive win between the pipes, and he now has a 2-1-0 record, a 2.98 GAA and an .873 save percentage through three appearances. His early numbers this season aren't quite what he posted in 29 regular-season appearances a year ago, but he continues to find a way to outduel opposing goalies. If both Gibson and Cam Talbot remain healthy, Gibson should have solid streaming value and is a candidate for spot starts in fantasy when his name is called. Gibson and Talbot will likely split the upcoming two games, with one going against the Sabres on Wednesday and the other versus the Islanders on Thursday.

  • Capitals' Charlie Lindgren: Inefficient in defeat

Lindgren stopped 20 of the 24 shots he faced during Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Canucks.

Lindgren's second start of the season certainly didn't match the success of his first, in which he recorded a shutout. He is firmly entrenched as the backup behind Logan Thompson currently, but Lindgren should be in line to start at least one part of Washington's back-to-back Friday and Saturday this week.

  • Canucks' Thatcher Demko: Backstops team to victory

Demko stopped 28 of the 31 shots he faced during Sunday's 4-3 win over the Capitals.

Demko was given a 4-0 lead, and he was able to hold off the furious Capitals comeback just short of the finish line, earning his second straight win. The 29-year-old has seen plenty of shot volume, facing at least 30 shots on goal in each of his last three games. His numbers through four starts are pretty good: 3-1-0 record, 2.03 GAA and a .922 save percentage.

  • Mammoth's Vitek Vanecek: Drawing start Sunday

Vanecek will start at home against the Bruins on Sunday, Cole Bagley of KSL Sports reports.

Vanecek will make his second start of the season and will face a Boston team that has lost three consecutive matchups after beginning the year on a three-game winning streak. Vanecek's season debut came in Chicago on Oct. 13, and he allowed two goals on 13 shots (.846 save percentage) in a 3-1 loss.

  • Lukas Dostal G | ANA

Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Tending twine against Chicago

Dostal is starting Sunday's road game against Chicago, Tracey Myers of NHL.com reports.

Dostal will make his fourth start in the Ducks' first five games of the regular season. Over his previous three outings, he's gone 1-2-0 with a 3.39 GAA and .885 save percentage.

  • Bruins' Joonas Korpisalo: In net against Utah

Korpisalo will defend the road crease in Utah on Sunday, Kevin Paul Dupont of The Boston Globe reports.

Korpisalo will start in the second half of a back-to-back Sunday after Jeremy Swayman drew the start against Colorado on Saturday. Korpisalo has made two starts this season, going 1-1-0 with a 3.50 GAA and .851 save percentage.

  • Oilers' Stuart Skinner: Gets starting nod

Skinner will start Sunday's game against the Red Wings, Paige Martin of the Oilers' official site reports.

Skinner will face a red-hot Red Wings team that's riding a four-game winning streak. The 26-year-old has allowed three goals in two of his three starts -- both losses -- and also has a shutout on the season. All told, the goaltender has a 1.97 GAA and .921 save percentage, a strong start to the campaign.
