James Reimer G | OTT
Senators' James Reimer: Not busy in Monday's win
Reimer made eight saves in Monday's 2-1 win over the Rangers.
Despite losing both Thomas Chabot (arm) and Lassi Thomson (lower body) during the contest, Ottawa's defense throttled New York's offense, and the Senators wound up outshooting the home side 33-9. Reimer lost his shutout bid midway through the third period, but he still came away with his fourth straight win dating back to Feb. 5, a stretch in which he's posted a 1.00 GAA and .933 save percentage.

Yaroslav Askarov G | SJ
Sharks' Yaroslav Askarov: Set to be available for Tuesday
Askarov (lower body) is slated to be available for Tuesday's road game against Nashville after Laurent Brossoit was assigned to AHL San Jose on Monday, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
The 23-year-old has missed the last six games due to a lower-body injury, but Brossoit's demotion signals that Askarov should at least be available as a backup against the Predators. Askarov has made five appearances since the Olympic break, going 2-2-1 with a 3.78 GAA and .871 save percentage.

Laurent Brossoit G | SJ
Sharks' Laurent Brossoit: Returned to AHL
Brossoit was assigned to AHL San Jose on Monday.
Yaroslav Askarov (lower body) participated in Monday's practice and appears to be ready to return to the lineup in Tuesday's road matchup against Nashville. During his lone NHL appearance during his stint with the big club, Brossoit allowed six goals on 23 shots in a 7-4 loss to Ottawa on March 12.

Anthony Stolarz G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: Good to go
Stolarz (throat) will be available for Tuesday's road matchup against Boston, Mark Masters of TSN reports.
Stolarz missed his scheduled start in Saturday's 5-2 loss to Ottawa after taking a puck to the throat during the pregame warmups. However, he participated in Monday's practice and feels good to go. Stolarz should return to the crease against Boston on Tuesday or versus the Rangers on Wednesday.

James Reimer G | OTT
Senators' James Reimer: Drawing road start Monday
Reimer will start Monday's road game against the Rangers, Jackson Starr of the Senators' official site reports.
Reimer has seen limited playing time in recent weeks, as Monday's start will be his third since the Olympic break. However, he's been effective over a limited sample, winning both of his previous two outings while saving 33 of 35 shots in those games. The Rangers are generating 2.79 goals per game this year, which is the seventh-worst mark in the NHL.

Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Posts 26-save shutout
Sorokin posted a 26-save shutout in Sunday's 1-0 win over the Blue Jackets.
Sorokin made 26 saves for his league-leading seventh shutout of the season, and the 30-year-old was at his best in a game where the Islanders needed him -- the Blue Jackets were on a 12-game point streak before this loss. Perhaps more importantly, Sorokin bounced back from Saturday's loss to the Canadiens, where he allowed six goals on 32 shots faced. Sorokin has conceded three or fewer goals in six of his last seven starts, going 4-3-0 with a 2.46 GAA and a .912 save percentage over that stretch.

Jet Greaves G | CLB
Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Beaten once, tagged with loss
Greaves stopped 21 of 22 shots in Sunday's 1-0 loss to the Islanders.
Greaves was excellent throughout the game, but he couldn't stop Bo Horvat's snap shot at the 1:25 mark of the first period, and that would end up being the difference-maker in this game. The loss snapped Greaves' three-game winning streak, but the 24-year-old has been excellent of late either way. He has allowed just one goal in three of his last four games, posting a .937 save percentage over that span. Since the league resumed following the Olympic break Feb. 25, Greaves has gone 5-1-2 with a 2.39 GAA and a .907 save percentage across eight outings.

Stuart Skinner G | PIT
Penguins' Stuart Skinner: Another subpar showing
Skinner allowed four goals on 25 shots faced in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Hurricanes. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.
Skinner has been slumping badly in recent weeks. He has dropped seven of his last eight starts since the beginning of February while operating in a timeshare with Arturs Silovs, and he's allowed at least four goals in three of his last four during that stretch. With a 3.53 GAA and an .876 save percentage over that eight-game stretch, it's hard to justify Skinner remaining as the No. 1 option between the pipes for the Penguins. Don't be afraid to look at other options to strengthen your goaltending depth ahead of the fantasy playoffs as well, as Skinner is simply not producing enough to remain in a starting role in most formats outside of the very deep leagues.

Jonathan Quick G | NYR
Rangers' Jonathan Quick: Won't play Monday
Quick (upper body) has been ruled out for Monday's home game against the Senators, Vince Z. Mercogliano of The Athletic reports.
Quick is considered day-to-day after exiting Saturday's practice early due to an upper-body injury, and he'll be unavailable for a second consecutive game while he recovers. It's not yet clear when he'll be able to return, but his next chance to do so will be Wednesday in Toronto. Igor Shesterkin will start at home against the Senators on Monday, while Dylan Garand will serve as the backup.

Igor Shesterkin G | NYR
Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Tending twine Monday
Shesterkin will patrol the home crease against Ottawa on Monday, per Vince Z. Mercogliano of The Athletic.
Shesterkin will get the second half of the Rangers' back-to-back after Dylan Garand played in Sunday's 3-2 shootout loss to Winnipeg. The 30-year-old Shesterkin has lost his last two outings while allowing eight goals on 61 shots. However, he has a 22-14-6 record this campaign with a 2.56 GAA and a .912 save percentage through 43 appearances. Ottawa ranks ninth in the league with 3.35 goals per game this season.
