  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Flops in Boston

Hellebuyck made 21 saves in Thursday's 6-1 loss to the Bruins.

The veteran netminder stumbled again, but he also didn't get much help as the Winnipeg offense stayed on the plane in Boston. Hellebuyck has just one win in his last five starts as any faint chance the Jets might have had of making a late playoff push slips away -- over that stretch he's gone 1-3-1 with a 3.62 GAA and .860 save percentage.

  • Capitals' Logan Thompson: Set to start Friday

Thompson is expected to be in goal at home against New Jersey on Friday, Sammi Silber of The Hockey News reports.

Thompson has played in nine of the Caps' last 11 outings while posting a 5-3-1 record and 2.12 GAA. At some point, the team may decide to ease up on the workload for Thompson, considering it faces a significant uphill battle in securing a playoff spot. Until then, Thompson's ratios continue to be decent, and he's getting frequent starts, making him a top-end fantasy target.

  • Wild's Jesper Wallstedt: Decent showing in loss

Wallstedt stopped 24 of 26 shots on goal in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Blackhawks.

Despite allowing no goals in the final period of Thursday's contest, Wallstedt gave up one in each of the first two periods, which would be enough for Chicago to steal the win. Wallstedt now holds a 14-8-6 record, a 2.75 GAA and a .911 save percentage across 30 outings this season. Since the Olympic break, the rookie netminder has struggled to find the win column with a 0-3-2 record across his last seven appearances. His record doesn't tell the full story, however, as he's maintained a .903 save percentage during that span. Wallstedt holds solid fantasy value for the remainder of the regular season.

  • Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Dials in for win Thursday

Knight turned aside 28 of 29 shots on net in Thursday's 2-1 win over the Wild.

Knight stole the spotlight down the stretch in Thursday's contest, making multiple key saves en route to the upset victory. With Thursday's win, the 24-year-old netminder now has an 18-19-9 record, a 2.63 GAA and a .909 save percentage across 46 appearances this season. Knight has proven time and time again that he can guide Chicago towards the win column, even in low-scoring games. If he can continue his success for the remainder of the regular season, he'll have a strong chance to set a new career high in wins, GAA and save percentage among the four full seasons he's played in the NHL.

  • Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Takes shootout loss versus Flyers

Kuemper gave up three goals on 20 shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Flyers.

Kuemper also allowed two goals in the shootout to take the loss. He's 3-1-2 over his six outings in March, allowing 15 goals on 146 shots in those games, which is right in line with his performance for the season. The veteran netminder is at an 17-13-11 record with a 2.65 GAA and an .897 save percentage over 43 starts this season. The Kings have a back-to-back up next -- they host the Sabres on Saturday and visit the Mammoth on Sunday. Kuemper and Anton Forsberg will split those games, but neither goalie is in for a good matchup.

  • Flyers' Samuel Ersson: Picks up shootout win

Ersson stopped 22 of 25 shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over the Kings.

This was a close battle for much of the game, but Ersson still played well enough to help the Flyers get the win. He stopped both attempts in the shootout to secure the victory, his third in his last four outings. The Swedish netminder is now 11-10-5 with a 3.28 GAA and an .864 save percentage over 28 appearances, so it's unlikely he'll unseat Dan Vladar as the Flyers' top goalie. Look for Vladar to get the nod Saturday in San Jose to close out this road trip.

  • Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Earns 28-save shutout

Vejmelka recorded a 28-save shutout in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Golden Knights.

Vejmelka snapped a three-game skid with his second shutout of the season. The Mammoth provided a quick 3-0 lead in the first period, which was plenty of support. Vejmelka is up to 31-18-3 with a 2.67 GAA and an .898 save percentage over a league-leading 53 starts. He's five games away from matching his workload from last season, and he already has a career high in wins. The Mammoth are back in action Friday at home versus the Ducks, which will likely be a start for Vitek Vanecek.

  • Golden Knights' Akira Schmid: Strong in relief appearance

Schmid stopped all 14 shots he faced in relief of Adin Hill in Thursday's 4-0 loss to the Mammoth.

The Mammoth did get an empty-netter to seal the deal, but Schmid was sharp in his first game action since March 6. Hill was in his sixth straight start before getting pulled 8:12 into Thursday's contest. Schmid remains at 16-9-6 on the year with a 2.54 GAA and an .895 save percentage over 33 appearances. Both goalies should get a look this weekend -- the Golden Knights visit the Predators on Saturday and the Stars on Sunday.

  • Adin Hill G | LV

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Makes no saves in loss

Hill didn't stop any of the three shots he faced in Thursday's 4-0 loss to the Mammoth.

Hill was pulled after 8:12 of game time, allowing two goals to Clayton Keller and Jack McBain. This was Hill's season-high sixth straight start, which may have played a role in his performance, though the Golden Knights didn't give him any support. Hill is down to 8-8-3 with a 3.08 GAA and an .869 save percentage over 21 starts this season. Both Hill and Akira Schmid should get a look over the weekend in a back-to-back as the Golden Knights visit Nashville on Saturday and Dallas on Sunday.

  • Canucks' Kevin Lankinen: On hook for six goals

Lankinen stopped 24 of 30 shots in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Lightning.

Lankinen was left in to face the whole barrage. The Lightning ran away with the game with a quick start to the second period to stretch their lead to 4-0. Lankinen won his previous start, but he's 1-8-1 over his last 12 outings with at least four goals allowed in six of those games. For the season, he's at an 8-22-5 record with a 3.67 GAA and an .875 save percentage across 38 appearances. Lankinen and Nikita Tolopilo are sharing the goaltending duties to close out the year for the Canucks, with the team's next game being Saturday versus the Blues.
