  • Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Shines again in win

Vasilevskiy made 27 saves Thursday in a 5-1 win over the Senators.

Vasy is 5-2-1 in his last eight starts with 15 goals scored and one shutout, and he's 23-15-3 overall, with a sparkling 2.28 GAA and .919 save percentage. Vasilevskiy has faced a lot of rubber this season. His 1,123 shots against are the third-most of any netminder, behind Connor Hellebuyck (1,153) and Mackenzie Blackwood (1,136).

  • Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: Victorious in return

Stolarz (knee) allowed a goal on 27 shots in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Kraken.

Stolarz had been out since Dec. 14, missing nearly two months due to a knee injury. He didn't look to have missed a beat, limiting the Kraken to just an Eeli Tolvanen tally in the third period. Stolarz improved to 10-5-2 with a 2.08 GAA and a .929 save percentage over 18 appearances. He was playing at an elite level prior to the injury, and if he can get back to that level, he'll be a big boost for fantasy managers in the stretch run. Stolarz and Joseph Woll are likely to split the goaltending duties moving forward.

  • Senators' Anton Forsberg: Loss snaps three-game win streak

Forsberg made 26 saves in a 5-1 loss to Tampa Bay on Thursday.

He allowed four goals. The loss snapped Forsberg's personal three-game win streak. He's now 8-10-1 in 20 starts with a 2.89 GAA and .893 save percentage. You need the perfect moment and a dash of luck to put Forsberg in your daily lineup.

  • Ivan Fedotov G | CLB

Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Still no wins since November

Fedotov made 14 saves in a 4-3 loss to the Capitals on Thursday.

Fedotov is now the 180th goalie that Alex Ovechkin has scored against. The superstar sniper scored his 879th NHL goal on a one-timer from the inside edge of the right face-off circle in the last minute of the first period. And the Caps were down 3-2 heading into the third, but Fedotov surrendered two goals, the lead and the win. He hasn't won since Nov. 29, and he's 0-4-2 in seven starts since then. You know the drill -- Fedotov should not be in your fantasy net.

  • Dustin Wolf G | CGY

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Second-period struggles in loss

Wolf allowed four goals on 34 shots in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Avalanche.

A poor second period cost the Flames this game after they led 1-0 through 20 minutes. Wolf allowed three goals in the frame and ended up with his fourth loss in his last six outings, a span in which he's surrendered 19 goals. The 23-year-old dropped to 19-11-2 with a 2.63 GAA and a .913 save percentage through 32 contests. The upcoming break for the 4 Nations Face-Off may benefit Wolf by giving him some rest. The Flames play once more before the break when they host the Kraken on Saturday. Dan Vladar has typically played well versus Seattle and may draw the start given Wolf's recent struggles.

  • Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Holds firm for win

Blackwood stopped 27 of 29 shots in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Flames.

Blackwood picked up his fourth win in his last six outings, bouncing back from being on the wrong side of a shutout Tuesday in Vancouver. The Avalanche's three-goal second period gave him all the support he needed. The 28-year-old improved to 19-15-5 with a 2.49 GAA and a .917 save percentage through 40 contests overall. The Avalanche are back in action Friday against the Oilers, and it's not yet clear who will start in goal for that game.

  • Capitals' Charlie Lindgren: Grounds Flyers with strong effort

Lindgren notched a win Thursday with a 19-save performance against the Flyers. The final score was 4-3.

Lindgren was sharp, handing the Flyers their seventh loss in eight games. He was beaten twice by Matvei Michkov, and Tyson Foerster put a power-play snipe past him. Lindgren is 2-1-1 with one shutout, 10 goals allowed and a .903 save percentage in four starts since his upper-body injury. He and Logan Thompson have been time-sharing starts since his return from injury, and that will likely continue even with Thompson's recent contract extension (six years, $35.1 million).

  • Canucks' Thatcher Demko: Guarding goal Thursday

Demko will start in Thursday's road game versus the Sharks, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.

Demko gets the nod in his home state of California. He's started to turn things around recently, going 2-1-0 with just four goals allowed over his last three appearances. The 29-year-old has a favorable matchup Thursday, as the Sharks have scored just nine goals over their last four games.

  • Avalanche's Scott Wedgewood: Not expected to be available

Wedgewood (upper body) is not expected to suit up for Thursday's game versus the Flames, per the NHL media site.

Wedgewood is listed as a scratch while Trent Miner remains on the NHL roster, indicating Wedgewood is not 100 percent ready to return. It's unclear if the 32-year-old is on the Avalanche's trip to Alberta. They play again Friday in Edmonton, which is Colorado's last game before the break for the 4 Nations Face-Off.

  • Hurricanes' Frederik Andersen: Starting in Minnesota

Andersen will protect the road goal versus the Wild on Thursday.

Andersen will take his turn in the goalie rotation. He has gone 3-1-0 over his last four outings, though he has allowed at least three goals in three of those games. The Wild are without Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) and have been shut out in their last two games, making this a somewhat favorable matchup.
