    Wedgewood faced only eight shots through two periods, and Colorado had a narrow 1-0 lead. However, the Bruins battled back in the third period with three unanswered tallies to claim the victory. Since being acquired by Colorado from Nashville on Nov. 30, Wedgewood has a 5-3-0 record with a 2.40 GAA and a .910 save percentage in nine appearances.

    Sabres' James Reimer: Set to face Edmonton

    Reimer is expected to start on the road against Edmonton on Saturday, per Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News.

    Reimer last played between the pipes against Vegas on Jan. 4, stopping 30 of 33 shots in a 3-1 loss. He's 1-5-1 with a 3.05 GAA and an .891 save percentage in nine outings between Anaheim and Buffalo in 2024-25. Edmonton is tied for sixth in the league with 3.31 goals per game.

    Skinner will protect the home net against the Sabres on Saturday, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports.

    Skinner has lost his last two outings, allowing six goals on 41 shots. He has posted a record of 18-11-3 with two shutouts, a 2.71 GAA and an .899 save percentage through 32 appearances this season. Buffalo is tied for 13th in the league with 3.02 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Expected to start Saturday

    Bobrovsky is set to start in Saturday's road tilt versus San Jose.

    Bobrovsky has a 19-11-2 record, 2.83 GAA and .897 save percentage in 32 outings in 2024-25. He stopped 28 of 30 shots en route to a 5-2 win over Anaheim on Tuesday. San Jose is tied for 29th in goals per game with 2.65.

  • Capitals' Logan Thompson: Starting Tuesday

    Thompson will defend the road net versus the Flames on Tuesday, Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post reports.

    Charlie Lindgren will make his second straight start when Washington visits Vancouver on Saturday. Thompson, a Calgary native, will be well-rested ahead of his homecoming outing. He has stopped 123 of 127 shots during his five-game winning streak. Thompson has a 22-2-3 record with two shutouts, a 2.09 GAA and a .925 save percentage through 27 appearances this season. Calgary has posted only 2.65 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Capitals' Charlie Lindgren: Set to face Vancouver

    Lindgren is expected to start on the road against Vancouver on Saturday, Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post reports.

    Lindgren will make his second straight start after earning a 22-save shutout win over Seattle on Thursday. He's 11-8-2 with a 2.53 GAA and a .904 save percentage in 22 outings this season. The Canucks are tied for 23rd in goals per game with 2.81. Logan Thompson will get the nod for Tuesday's road game versus Calgary.

  • Penguins' Joel Blomqvist: Guarding road goal

    Blomqvist is expected to start on the road against Seattle on Saturday, per Michelle Crechiolo of the Penguins' official site.

    Blomqvist stopped 28 of 31 shots en route to a 4-1 loss to Washington in his most recent start last Saturday. He has a 3-6-0 record, 3.53 GAA and .904 save percentage in nine outings in 2024-25. Seattle ranks 19th in goals per game with 2.90.
