  • Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Finds twine on power play

Johnston scored a power-play goal, distributed a power-play assist, fired four shots on net and served two PIM in Friday's 3-2 win over the Blues.

Johnston put the Stars on the board less than six minutes into the opening period with his power-play goal before he later slid the primary pass on Matt Duchene's score with a man advantage in the second. Overall, Johnston now has 27 goals, 29 assists, 133 shots on net and 37 blocks through 52 games this season. The 22-year-old center has 13 points in as many games since Dec. 23, which has brought him inside the league's top 20 in points. He hasn't missed a game across his first four seasons at the NHL level, meaning he remains well on pace to post another career year if he can surpass the 71 points he had in 82 regular-season games a year ago.

  • Stars' Jason Robertson: Hits 60-point mark

Robertson scored the game-winning goal, dished out a power-play assist and put three shots on net in Friday's 3-2 win over St. Louis.

Robertson played the hero in Friday's game when he struck the back of the net with a minute remaining in the contest. He helped put himself in the position for the game-winner with a secondary helper on Matt Duchene's power-play goal to tie the contest in the second period. Overall, Robertson is up to 30 goals, 30 assists, 190 shots on net, 30 hits and 21 blocks through 52 games this season. The 26-year-old winger has 10 goals and 10 assists over his last 17 outings. After reaching the 60-point mark in Friday's contest, he became the 12th skater to do so this season. He remains on pace for the second 100-plus point campaign over the last four seasons.

  • Stars' Jake Oettinger: Solid effort in win

Oettinger turned aside 20 of 22 shots on goal in Friday's 3-2 win over the Blues.

Despite allowing consecutive goals between the first and second periods, Oettinger stood strong and didn't allow a goal in the back half of the contest. With Friday's win, he is up to a 19-10-4 record, a 2.65 GAA and a .902 save percentage through 33 outings this season. Following a tough start to the calendar year with a 1-4-1 record across six appearances, the 27-year-old netminder has bounced back well with back-to-back victories. Oettinger holds a bright outlook in nearly all fantasy formats as an essential cog in the well-oiled machine that is Dallas' defense, which ranks third-best with 2.71 goals against per game. His next chance to extend his win streak is in another tilt with St. Louis on Tuesday.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Struggles continue in loss

Binnington stopped 16 of 19 shots on net in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Stars.

With the game tied at 2-2 heading into the final minute of regulation, Binnington allowed the go-ahead goal to Dallas' Jason Robertson en route to the loss. Binnington now has an 8-14-6 record, a 3.57 GAA and an .868 save percentage across 29 appearances this season. After a win to kick off the calendar year, the 32-year-old netminder has struggled with a 4.54 GAA and an .830 save percentage during a four-game losing streak. Even if his numbers level out down the stretch, it is difficult to trust Binnington in fantasy for the time being, especially with teammate Joel Hofer outplaying him in the St. Louis crease.

  • Jaden Schwartz LW | SEA

Kraken's Jaden Schwartz: Pots goal in loss

Schwartz scored a goal in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Ducks.

Schwartz has a goal and two helpers during a three-game point streak. He continues to see bottom-six usage, but the 33-year-old winger also has a power-play role that should bolster his offense. He's produced nine goals, 18 points, 57 shots on net, 29 blocked shots, 26 hits and a plus-5 rating over 31 appearances this season.

  • Jared McCann C | SEA

Kraken's Jared McCann: Buries goal in loss

McCann scored a goal on three shots and added two hits in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Ducks.

McCann has scored in consecutive games for the third time within a month. The 29-year-old forward is up to 12 goals, 22 points, 64 shots on net, 19 hits, 17 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over 26 appearances. He's currently on the top line, but as one of the Kraken's most consistent forwards, McCann can typically produce with just about any line combination.

  • Kraken's Philipp Grubauer: Comes up short versus Ducks

Grubauer allowed three goals on 30 shots in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Ducks. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.

Grubauer has started five of the Kraken's last seven games, but he's just 2-2-1 with 14 goals allowed in that span. It looks like head coach Lane Lambert is going with a hot hand approach -- Grubauer has received a second consecutive start after each of his last two wins. He's now at a 10-5-3 record with a 2.41 GAA and a .918 save percentage. Considering the recent workload pattern, Joey Daccord seems likely to get the nod Sunday at home versus the Devils.

  • Ducks' Ryan Poehling: Strikes for shorthanded goal

Poehling scored a shorthanded goal and went plus-2 in Friday's 4-2 win over the Kraken.

Poehling had put up just one helper over his previous six outings. The 27-year-old center is getting a chance to play a larger role than usual while the Ducks are missing their top two centers in Leo Carlsson (thigh) and Mason McTavish (upper body). Poehling has four goals, 17 points, 51 blocked shots, 45 shots on net and a plus-5 rating over 44 appearances this season. He's earned three of his 17 points while shorthanded.

  • Chris Kreider LW | ANA

Ducks' Chris Kreider: Tallies on power play in win

Kreider scored a power-play goal in Friday's 4-2 win over the Kraken.

Kreider picked up his first point in three games since he returned from missing two contests due to an illness. The winger is up to 16 goals, 26 points, 82 shots on net, 44 hits, 20 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 45 appearances this season. The Ducks are rolling, and that's with Kreider in a top-line role, so he has some appeal as a scorer and power-play producer in fantasy.

  • Ducks' Pavel Mintyukov: Collects pair of points

Mintyukov scored an empty-net goal on three shots, added an assist, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Friday's 4-2 win over the Kraken.

Mintyukov had been limited to just one assist over his first 10 games in January. He broke through with his first multi-point effort since Dec. 1 with this performance. The 22-year-old defenseman still has a long way to go for consistency, but he set a career high with his sixth goal of the campaign. He's at 14 points, 49 shots on net, 70 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating through 46 appearances.
