Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Exits ice first
Sorokin was the first goalie to leave the ice Wednesday, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports, indicating he'll be between the pipes on the road versus Seattle.
Sorokin has appeared in five of the Isles' last seven contests, going 4-1-0 with a 2.22 GAA and one shutout. With 16 wins in his 29 outings this year, the 30-year-old netminder should be a lock to reach the 20-win mark and could push for 30 for the third time in the last four years.

Thompson was the first goalie off during Wednesday's morning skate, Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post reports, indicating that he'll draw the road start against Vancouver.

Teddy Blueger C | VAN
Canucks' Teddy Blueger: Suiting up versus Caps
Blueger (lower body) will be back in the lineup against Washington on Wednesday, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.
Blueger will return to action following a 43-game stint on injured reserve due to his lower-body injury. The veteran center has reached the 20-point threshold in all but two of his seven previous NHL campaigns. However, he is unlikely to play enough games to get to that threshold this time around, especially considering he will be filling a bottom-six role.
