  • Anthony Mantha RW | PIT

Penguins' Anthony Mantha: Scores in third straight

Mantha scored a goal on four shots in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Red Wings. He also had two PIM, a hit and three blocked shots.

Mantha has found the back of the net in three straight contests, a run in which he's recorded four goals, an assist, four PIM, nine shots, two hits and four blocked shots. The lack of consistency has been an issue for Mantha, as he went five games in a row without a goal before this ongoing streak, but he should continue to have plenty of opportunities down the stretch. He has 14 points (nine goals, five assists) in 17 games since the beginning of March.

  • Ben Chiarot D | DET

Red Wings' Ben Chiarot: Quiet on offense

Chiarot's point drought reached 19 games in Tuesday's 5-1 loss to the Penguins.

Chiarot has 28 shots on net, 45 hits, 36 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a minus-5 rating during the slump. His last point was a goal Jan. 29 versus the Capitals. He's stuck on 12 points with 94 shots, 156 hits, 150 blocks, 62 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 74 appearances. He'll fall short of the 20-point mark for the third time in four years with the Red Wings, and he needs one more point to match his output from last season.

  • Blue Jackets' Dmitri Voronkov: Facing 10-day absence

Voronkov is expected to be sidelined for at least 10 days due to his hand injury, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports Wednesday.

Voronkov was previously deemed week-to-week, but this latest update gives a more concrete timeline. If the 25-year-old center doesn't suffer any setbacks in his recovery, he could return for the final three games of the regular season. Through 63 games this season, the Russian has posted the fewest goals (17) and assists (15) of his three-year NHL career.

  • Penguins' Rickard Rakell: Stays hot with another goal

Rakell scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Red Wings.

Rakell has found the back of the net in five of his last seven games, a stretch in which he's posted seven goals on 18 shots. That's not a sustainable shooting percentage, but Rakell should remain a popular fantasy option down the stretch. He has 19 points (10 goals, nine helpers) in 19 games since the Olympic break.

  • Flyers' Carl Grundstrom: Tickles twine Tuesday

Grundstrom scored a goal and added four hits in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Capitals.

Grundstrom has floated around the lineup lately. With Porter Martone entering the mix with Denver Barkey and Alex Bump, Grundstrom could get squeezed out of the lineup. The 28-year-old Grundstrom snapped a seven-game point drought with his goal Tuesday. He's had an effective year with 13 points, 54 shots on net, 132 hits and a plus-8 rating over 44 appearances, primarily in a bottom-six role.

  • Flyers' Denver Barkey: Pots goal in loss

Barkey scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Capitals.

Barkey has two goals and an assist over his last four contests. The 20-year-old is listed in a top-six role, but he hasn't seen more than 15 minutes of ice time since Jan. 29 versus the Bruins. That suggests he's functionally more of a middle-six option, though his recent scoring success could earn him more minutes. For the season, Barkey has five goals, nine assists, 39 shots on net, 37 hits, 19 blocked shots, 14 PIM and a minus-9 rating over 37 appearances in his rookie year.

  • Canucks' Kevin Lankinen: Tending twine Wednesday

Lankinen will patrol the road crease versus the Avalanche on Wednesday, Canucks Insider reports.

Lankinen has gone six games without securing a win, posting a record of 0-5-0 and a 3.86 GAA over that stretch. Lankinen is poised to have a career-worst season in save percentage (.877) and GAA (3.63). He has earned only eight victories across 43 appearances this season.

  • Penguins' Yegor Chinakhov: Scores, assists in win

Chinakhov recorded a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Red Wings.

Chinakhov snapped a three-game pointless skid with his first multi-point effort since he had a goal and an assist in a win over the Jets on March 21. The winger has adjusted well to a first-line role and has been very productive of late with 16 points (seven goals, nine assists) in 19 games since the Olympic break.

  • Capitals' Declan Chisholm: Stuck in press box

Chisholm was scratched for the 10th straight game in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Flyers.

After the arrival of Cole Hutson, the Capitals have five left-shot blueliners and nine total defensemen on the roster. That has left Chisholm as one of the regular scratches, even with fellow lefty Rasmus Sandin playing his off-side. Chisholm hasn't been anything more than a part-time option in his first year with the Capitals, earning seven points, 20 shots on net, 22 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 26 appearances.

  • Rangers' Vincent Iorio: Seeing little playing time

Iorio has played in just six of 20 games since the Rangers claimed him off waivers from the Sharks in late January. He was a healthy scratch Tuesday versus the Devils.

Iorio's playing time looked to be picking up after the Olympic break, but the Rangers have a healthy Adam Fox and are also giving a long look to Drew Fortescue for now. That leaves Iorio as the odd man out. In 27 total appearances between the Rangers and the Sharks, Iorio has three assists, 15 shots on net, 15 hits, 39 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a minus-4 rating. It's unclear if he'll be anything more than a part-time option late in the campaign.
