  • Troy Terry RW | ANA

Ducks' Troy Terry: Scores twice Sunday

Terry scored two goals on three shots in Sunday's 6-5 overtime win over the Sabres.

Terry's first goal put the Ducks ahead 4-2 in the second period. When that lead didn't last, he came through as the overtime hero 1:29 into the extra session. The 28-year-old has three goals and three assists over four outings since he returned from an upper-body injury. Terry is up to 16 goals, 51 points, 120 shots on net and a plus-12 rating through 50 appearances this season, mainly in a top-six role. Two of his goals have been game-winners.

  • Ville Husso G | ANA

Ducks' Ville Husso: Wins high-scoring battle

Husso stopped 24 of 29 shots in Sunday's 6-5 overtime win over the Sabres.

Husso got a rare start outside of a back-to-back situation. He didn't play all that well, but it was a high-scoring game, and the Ducks were able to get the win in the end. The 31-year-old netminder is up to 8-7-1 with a 3.14 GAA and an .893 save percentage over 16 appearances this season. Expect Lukas Dostal to be back between the pipes Tuesday in Vancouver to start a three-game road trip.

  • Stars' Cameron Schmidt: Hits 100-point mark in WHL

Schmidt scored twice in WHL Seattle's 4-0 win over Spokane on Sunday.

Schmidt ends the WHL regular season with 51 goals and 49 assists over 72 appearances. The league's season is 68 games, but Schmidt was traded to the Thunderbirds from WHL Vancouver in early January, affording him the opportunity to go well over the maximum. He finished the season third in points, giving the Dallas prospect a strong boost to his stock heading into the playoffs.

  • Golden Knights' Raphael Lavoie: Buries pair of goals for Henderson

Lavoie scored twice in AHL Henderson's 7-2 win over Texas on Sunday.

Lavoie has six multi-point efforts during a seven-game point streak, earning nine goals and six assists in that span. The 25-year-old forward is up to 22 goals and 41 points across 34 appearances this season. He's been good in the AHL but has no points in 17 NHL contests over the last three campaigns.

  • Wild's Nicolas Aube-Kubel: Trio of helpers in AHL win

Aube-Kubel notched three assists in AHL Iowa's 6-4 win over Chicago on Sunday.

Aube-Kubel had gone eight games without a multi-point effort, posting three goals and one assist in that span. The veteran forward has remained with Iowa for most of the campaign, producing 32 points in 50 appearances. If he gets a call-up to Minnesota, it would likely be to fill a fourth-line role.

  • Kraken's Oscar Fisker Molgaard: Four-point burst in AHL win

Fisker Molgaard scored twice and added two assists in AHL Coachella Valley's 4-3 overtime win over Colorado on Sunday.

Fisker Molgaard had his best game of the season to lead the Firebirds to this win. He has three goals and eight assists over 11 contests since the start of February. The 21-year-old is at 10 goals, 32 points and a plus-4 rating over 46 appearances. He also has an assist over three NHL outings with the Kraken.

  • Ethan Bear D | NYI

Islanders' Ethan Bear: Earns three points Sunday

Bear scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Bridgeport's 6-3 win over Hershey on Sunday.

Bear hadn't scored a goal since Jan. 31. The defenseman had seven assists over 19 outings in that span. For the season, he's put together a middling campaign with 19 points across 29 appearances with Bridgeport after losing the first half of the season to an undisclosed injury.

  • Adam Beckman LW | NJ

Islanders' Adam Beckman: Posts three points in AHL win

Beckman scored twice and added an assist in AHL Bridgeport's 6-3 win over Hershey on Sunday.

Beckman snapped a three-game skid with the effort. He's now at 24 goals, 42 points and 153 shots on net over 57 appearances this season. It doesn't look like Beckman will be in contention for a call-up despite his career-best year in the AHL.

  • Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Getting start in Salt Lake City

Kuemper will be between the road pipes versus the Mammoth on Sunday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Kuemper allowed three goals on 20 shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to Philadelphia, which followed a three-game stretch in which he allowed two goals or fewer while going 2-0-1 during the Kings' road trip against Eastern Conference teams. Utah has had mixed results in March, posting a 5-4-2 record this month.

  • A.J. Greer LW | FLA

Panthers' A.J. Greer: Gets three-game ban

Greer received a three-game suspension from the NHL Department of Player Safety on Sunday for boarding Calgary's Connor Zary on Friday.

This is Greer's second suspension of his NHL career. He was handed a major penalty and game misconduct for his hit on Zary during Friday's game. The 29-year-old Greer will not be eligible to return to the lineup until next Sunday's road game against the Rangers.
