  • Conor Sheary LW | NYR

Rangers' Conor Sheary: Nets lone goal in loss

Sheary scored a goal in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Senators.

Sheary broke up James Reimer's shutout bid at 7:03 of the third period. The tally was just one of nine shots on net for the Rangers in the contest. Sheary has been in a better spot in the lineup lately, skating alongside J.T. Miller and Tye Kartye in a second-line role. For the season, the 33-year-old Sheary has just 13 points, 66 shots on net and 32 blocked shots through 51 appearances, so he's unlikely to do enough to help in most fantasy formats.

Senators' Shane Pinto: Opens scoring on power play

Pinto scored a power-play goal on four shots in Monday's 2-1 win over the Rangers.

Pinto has two goals and an assist over his last three games. The goals have both been on special teams -- his tally Thursday versus the Islanders was shorthanded. The 25-year-old center is up to 19 goals, 39 points, 137 shots on net, 81 hits, 40 blocked shots, 40 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 60 appearances, showcasing his value as a do-it-all player in the middle of the Senators' lineup.

Barkey (upper body) will be a game-time call for Tuesday's home contest against Columbus, per Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia.

Barkey sat out the Flyers' previous two games in Los Angeles and San Jose. Philadelphia has several moving parts for Tuesday's matchup, as Sean Couturier (upper body) and Luke Glendening (lower body) are also game-time decisions against the Blue Jackets.

  • Flyers' Sean Couturier: Game-time call against Columbus

Couturier (upper body) is a game-time decision for Tuesday's home matchup against the Blue Jackets, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Couturier missed the last two games of the Flyers' road trip in California. The 33-year-old has struggled to produce when in the lineup -- he has just two goals and three points over his last 17 outings. Philadelphia has a lot up in the air for Tuesday's matchup, as Couturier is one of three forwards listed as a game-time decision against Columbus.

  • Islanders' Anthony Duclair: Healthy scratch Tuesday

Duclair (lower body) will be a healthy scratch against Chicago on Tuesday, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.

After missing Sunday's 1-0 win over Columbus due to an injury, Duclair was on the ice for Tuesday's morning skate and is available to play. However, the Islanders will keep the same lineup in place that won Sunday's matchup. Duclair has contributed 12 goals, 27 points, 72 shots on net and 41 blocked shots across 60 appearances this season.

  • Ryan Pulock D | NYI

Islanders' Ryan Pulock: Won't play Tuesday

Pulock (lower body) won't be in the lineup against Chicago on Tuesday, per Stefen Rosner of NHL.com.

Pulock was on the ice briefly before the team's morning skate and will miss his second straight game. He has compiled three goals, 22 assists, 80 shots on net and 125 blocked shots across 67 appearances this season. Adam Boqvist will remain in Tuesday's lineup due to Pulock's absence.

Hill had a light workload during his last start in Dallas on Sunday, a game in which he turned aside 13 of 15 shots in a 3-2 win. Winnipeg has netted 2.81 goals per game in 2025-26, which ranks 24th in the NHL.

  • Red Wings' Michael Brandsegg-Nygard: Dropped to AHL

Brandsegg-Nygard (undisclosed) was assigned to AHL Grand Rapids on Tuesday.

He hasn't lost in regulation since the Olympic break, going 5-0-2 over his last seven outings. • Stars' Jake Oettinger: Patrolling home blue paint

Oettinger will guard the home goal against New Jersey on Tuesday, Stars radio analyst Bruce LeVine reports.

Oettinger's four-game winning streak was snapped Saturday in Minnesota, a game in which the 27-year-old made 26 saves on 28 shots in a 2-1 overtime loss in his home state. The 2017 first-round selection is 29-10-6 with a .903 save percentage and a 2.56 GAA through 45 outings this season. Oettinger has a favorable matchup against a Devils club that ranks 27th in the NHL with 2.65 goals per game in 2025-26.
