  • Tye Kartye LW | NYR

Rangers' Tye Kartye: First point with new team

Kartye notched an assist and two hits in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Devils.

This was Kartye's first point in four games since the Rangers claimed him off waivers from the Kraken. The 24-year-old has gotten a chance to play regularly in the Rangers' bottom six, an opportunity he wasn't getting in Seattle. He has nine points, 31 shots on net, 112 hits, 25 blocked shots, 21 PIM and a minus-8 rating over 44 appearances this season.

  • Noah Laba C | NYR

Rangers' Noah Laba: Adds assist in loss

Laba logged an assist in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Devils.

Laba ended a seven-game point drought with the helper. He hasn't scored in his last 13 outings, but he remains firmly in the lineup as the Rangers' third-line center. For the season, the 22-year-old rookie has six goals, 17 points, 56 shots on net, 85 hits and 37 blocked shots over 59 contests.

  • Will Borgen D | NYR

Borgen scored a goal on two shots, added three hits and blocked two shots in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Devils.

Borgen has three points, 13 hits and a plus-5 rating over three contests in March. For the season, the veteran defenseman is at five goals, 10 points, 56 shots on net, 87 hits, 77 blocked shots, 28 PIM and a plus-2 rating in 55 outings. Borgen doesn't offer much scoring upside, but he is seeing steady top-four minutes.

  • Rangers' Vladislav Gavrikov: Extends streak with goal

Gavrikov scored a goal and added two PIM in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Devils.

Gavrikov has scored in three straight games and has a point in each of his last four contests. The 30-year-old defenseman has doubled his previous career high in goals with 12 this season. Gavrikov's up to 25 points, 93 shots on net, 87 blocked shots, 34 PIM and a minus-15 rating over 62 appearances. He's shooting 12.9 percent, so the offense could drop at any time, but Gavrikov remains a decent depth option for fantasy blue lines.

  • Will Cuylle LW | NYR

Rangers' Will Cuylle: Scores again in loss

Cuylle scored a goal on two shots, added two PIM and doled out three hits in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Devils.

The 24-year-old winger is up to 16 goals, 32 points, 122 shots on net, 216 hits, 60 blocked shots, 41 PIM and a minus-12 rating over 62 appearances. Cuylle should be a lock for top-six minutes the rest of the way, and while the Rangers' offense isn't great, the Ontario native's physical play boosts his fantasy value.

  • Devils' Dawson Mercer: Buries power-play goal

Mercer scored a power-play goal on two shots in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.

Mercer has started March on a three-game point streak. The 24-year-old forward also earned his first power-play point since Dec. 1 versus the Blue Jackets with his tally in Saturday's win. Seeler (lower body) will be a game-time decision for Monday's battle with the Rangers, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports Sunday.

Seeler took part in Sunday's practice to put him on the right track for a return, but the Flyers didn't commit to whether or not he would be back in time for Monday's game. The 32-year-old has missed the last two contests with injury after leaving Monday's game against the Maple Leafs early. He has eight points (two goals, six assists) in 60 games on the season.
