Alexander Kerfoot C | UTA
Mammoth's Alex Kerfoot: Ends point drought Saturday
Kerfoot recorded a goal, an assist, five PIM and three blocked shots in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Blue Jackets.
Kerfoot missed Utah's last 12 games before the break due to injury but returned to the ice Feb. 25. Saturday marked his first time cracking the scoresheet since Dec. 21, when he scored a goal in a win over the Jets. His fourth-line role and overall lack of productivity make Kerfoot a player not worth targeting in most formats.

Karel Vejmelka G | UTA
Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Earns win but allows four
Vejmelka stopped 27 of 31 shots in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Blue Jackets.
Vejmelka looked on his way to earn the win in regulation midway through the final period, but he gave up two goals in a 30-second span that ended up forcing overtime. The Mammoth still got the win Saturday, but Vejmelka's performance was far from being the best. He has now posted a save percentage under .875 in three of his last five appearances, a stretch in which he's gone 3-2-0 with a 3.20 GAA and an .880 save percentage.

Arttu Hyry RW | DAL
Stars' Arttu Hyry: Up from AHL
Hyry has been recalled from AHL Texas by the Stars, the team announced Sunday.
After appearing in four games during his most recent NHL stint that ended Thursday, Hyry is back up with the Stars. The 24-year-old did not record a point in those four contests, but he had nine shots on goal, six hits and a plus-1 rating. The Stars were at 12 healthy forwards before his addition, so it remains to be seen whether or not he will crack the NHL lineup this time around.

Alex Lyon G | BUF
Sabres' Alex Lyon: Nabs third straight win
Lyon made 23 saves in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Predators.
The 33-year-old netminder has been working in a timeshare with Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen since the Olympic break, and the arrangement seems to be working well for Lyon -- he's won all three of his starts since the break, allowing exactly two goals in each. Since returning from a lower-body injury in late January, Lyon's gone 7-2-0 with a 2.25 GAA and .930 save percentage.

Zachary L'Heureux LW | NSH
Predators' Zachary L'Heureux: Pots first goal of season
L'Heureux scored his first goal of the season in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres.
After going without a point in his first five games since being recalled from AHL Milwaukee after the Olympic break, L'Heureux opened the scoring Saturday by snapping a shot past Alex Lyon from the slot early in the second period. The 2021 first-round pick has plenty of skill, producing 14 goals and 28 points in 28 games for Milwaukee this season, but the 22-year-old L'Heureux hasn't been given much of a chance to show it in the NHL yet.

Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: Can't bail out defense Saturday
Saros turned aside 21 shots in Saturday's 3-2 loss to Buffalo.
Two of the Sabres' goals came as a result of Predator turnovers in their own end, including Josh Doan's game-winner just 16 seconds into the third period. Saros hasn't allowed fewer than three goals in an outing since Jan. 10, a stretch in which he's managed a 5-4-3 record despite a 3.89 GAA and .877 save percentage.

Johnathan Kovacevic D | NJ
Devils' Johnny Kovacevic: Two points Saturday
Kovacevic pocketed two assists in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.
The 28-year-old blueliner had a hand in tallies by Jesper Bratt in the first period and an empty-netter in the third that completed a hat trick for Jack Hughes. It was Kovacevic's first multi-point performance of the season, and in 15 games since a belated 2025-26 debut due to knee surgery, he's produced four assists, 27 hits, 19 blocked shots, 15 shots on net, 15 PIM and a minus-8 rating.

Connor Brown RW | NJ
Devils' Connor Brown: Two helpers in Saturday's win
Brown notched two assists in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.
Both assists came on third-period tallies by Jack Hughes, as Brown helped his center complete a hat trick. Brown has a season-best four-game point streak going, during which he has collected a goal and six points.

Jesper Bratt LW | NJ
Devils' Jesper Bratt: Three-point effort Saturday
Bratt scored an even-strength goal and added two power-play assists in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.
The Devils' power play struck three times on the afternoon, with Bratt helping to set up Jack Hughes in the second period and Nico Hischier in the third. Bratt has gotten onto the scoresheet in four straight games, and over the last 11 contests dating back to Jan. 27, the 27-year-old winger has produced three goals and 11 points.

Jack Hughes C | NJ
Devils' Jack Hughes: Hat trick against Blueshirts
Hughes scored three goals, one on the power play, and added a power-play assist in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.
Hughes struck for the first time with the scored tied 2-2 late in the second period, then added three more points in the third. The goals were his first in the NHL since Jan. 25, but the Olympic gold medalist has been looking good since returning from Milan, racking up nine points in six games. On the season, Hughes has 15 goals and 45 points in 42 contests.
