Drew O'Connor LW | VAN
Canucks' Drew O'Connor: Pots goal in overtime loss
O'Connor scored a goal and added two hits in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Jets.
O'Connor has four goals and an assist over his last 10 games. The 27-year-old has been a decent scoring option for the Canucks, who haven't gotten a ton of offense from anyone. He's now at 14 goals, 22 points, 83 shots on net, 47 hits and 22 PIM through 58 appearances. O'Connor doesn't stand out, so his usefulness in fantasy is limited to deeper formats.

Evander Kane LW | VAN
Canucks' Evander Kane: Finds twine in overtime loss
Kane scored a goal on four shots, added two PIM and logged two hits in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Jets.
Kane had been limited to two assists over his last seven games before the Olympic break. The 34-year-old forward has bounced around the Canucks' lineup this season, and the team's scoring struggles have been reflected in his individual numbers. He's at 10 goals, 26 points, 140 shots on net, 96 hits, 78 PIM and a minus-18 rating through 57 appearances. Kane is a potential trade candidate for a contender that wants to add toughness and some depth scoring in the middle six.

Nikita Tolopilo G | VAN
Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Loses in overtime
Tolopilo stopped 25 of 28 shots in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Jets.
Tolopilo kept the game close, but Cole Perfetti had the deciding goal 1:37 into overtime. The 25-year-old Tolopilo is now 3-3-2 with a 3.03 GAA and a .908 save percentage in 10 appearances for the Canucks this season. He looks to have a chance to compete with Kevin Lankinen for the crease going forward, as Thatcher Demko (hip) is out for the season. The Canucks' next game is in Seattle on Saturday, and with no back-to-backs on the schedule until next weekend, it'll be interesting to see how head coach Adam Foote divides the goaltending duties in the short term.

Luke Schenn D | BUF
Jets' Luke Schenn: Bags apple in win
Schenn posted an assist in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Schenn is in line for extra playing time while the Jets are missing Josh Morrissey (upper body) and Neal Pionk (undisclosed). The 36-year-old Schenn snapped a nine-game slump with his helper Wednesday. He's been limited to seven points, 31 shots on net, 133 hits, 53 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating over 43 appearances in a part-time role this season. While Schenn should be able to stick in the lineup in the short term, the Jets appear committed to giving Elias Salomonsson a longer look in a top-four capacity.

Mark Scheifele C | WPG
Jets' Mark Scheifele: Dishes pair of assists
Scheifele notched two assists, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Scheifele set up goals in regulation for Kyle Connor and Gabriel Vilardi, each answering a Vancouver tally. This was Scheifele's third multi-point effort during his six-game point streak -- he has two goals and seven helpers in that span. The 32-year-old center is up to a total of 70 points (27 goals, 43 assists) with 119 shots on net, 30 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 57 appearances this season. While the Jets have struggled overall, Scheifele could challenge the career-high 87-point total he put up in the 2024-25 regular season.

Cole Perfetti C | WPG
Jets' Cole Perfetti: Plays hero Wednesday
Perfetti scored the game-winning goal and took four shots on net in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Perfetti scored the winning goal at 1:37 of the extra session. He's scored three times over the Jets' last four contests, totaling four points in that span. The 24-year-old has had a mostly uneven campaign, collecting seven goals, 19 points, 33 hits, 20 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating through 43 outings, though he's talented enough to put together a strong run to end the season.

Gabriel Vilardi C | WPG
Jets' Gabriel Vilardi: Deposits goal Wednesday
Vilardi scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Vilardi's tally late in the second period tied the game at 2-2 and ultimately forced overtime, where Cole Perfetti was the hero for the Jets. Over his last six outings, Vilardi has three goals and four assists while seeing steady top-six minutes. The 26-year-old forward is up to 22 goals, 51 points, 113 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating through 57 outings, maintaining his status as a good offense-only option in fantasy.

Kyle Connor LW | WPG
Jets' Kyle Connor: Provides goal in overtime win
Connor scored a goal on four shots, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Connor has three goals and four assists during a six-game point streak in NHL play. He was scratched for the later stages of Team USA's Olympic run to the gold medal, so Connor shouldn't be too fatigued in the short term. The 29-year-old will be back to thriving on the Jets' top line, a spot that's earned him 26 goals, 65 points, 189 shots on net and a minus-1 rating through 57 appearances this season.

Eric Comrie G | WPG
Jets' Eric Comrie: Gets overtime win Wednesday
Comrie stopped 21 of 23 shots in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Comrie gave up goals early in the first and second periods, but the Jets responded late in each frame. Cole Perfetti's tally 1:37 into overtime secured the win for Winnipeg, giving Comrie his fourth victory in a row. He's allowed just five total goals on 98 shots in that span. The 30-year-old has reached double-digit wins for just the second time in his career, sitting at 10-9-1 with a 3.01 GAA and an .893 save percentage in 20 outings this season. Assuming Connor Hellebuyck is ready to roll Friday in Anaheim, Comrie will likely slip back into the backup role for the remainder of the campaign.

Matej Blumel RW | BOS
Bruins' Matej Blumel: Logs three points in AHL win
Blumel scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Providence's 6-4 win over Lehigh Valley on Wednesday.
Blumel has earned multiple points in three of his last four games, logging two goals and five assists in that span. For the season, he's at 11 goals, 34 points and a plus-15 rating over 36 appearances. Blumel showed a much stronger scoring touch in the previous two years with AHL Texas, but he's still been an effective part of a strong offense this year.
