Husso is set to start on the road against Calgary on Saturday, per Ducks play-by-play broadcaster Aaron Cooney.

Husso will get his first start of the season after stopping both of the shots he faced in 15:58 of ice time during a relief appearance against Edmonton on Wednesday. He had a 10-8-2 record, 3.25 GAA and .884 save percentage in 20 regular-season appearances in 2025-26. The Flames are off to a rough 0-4-0 start while averaging just 1.50 goals per game.

Wallstedt stopped 29 shots in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Panthers.

The only shot to get past him came early in the second period, as Matthew Tkachuk kept the puck on a 2-on-1 and banged home his own rebound. Wallstedt has started all five of the Wild's games so far, going 3-1-1 with a stellar .936 save percentage as he holds down the fort until Filip Gustavsson (hip) is cleared to return, which isn't expected to happen until November.

Faksa has sustained a lower-body injury and won't return to Saturday's game against Pittsburgh.

Faksa has an assist in five outings in 2026-27, including Saturday's action. Joel Kiviranta (lower body) is questionable for Tuesday's tilt against Colorado after missing the past two games. If Faksa and Kiviranta both can't play Tuesday, then the Stars might need to summon a forward from the minors.

Hart will protect the home goal versus the Kings on Saturday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Hart has won two of his three outings, allowing eight goals on 73 shots. The 28-year-old netminder appears dialed in as the Golden Knights' top goalie. The Kings have scored nine goals over their first three games, but they haven't won yet.

Kuemper will guard the road goal versus the Golden Knights on Saturday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Kuemper will get a tough assignment, as Vegas has won four of its first five games of the season, scoring at least three goals in each outing. Meanwhile, Kuemper has given up 10 goals on 59 shots over his two losses. The 36-year-old netminder's slow start makes him a risky fantasy option, especially against tough opponents.

Luostarinen (undisclosed) will be evaluated Sunday after exiting Saturday's game versus the Wild, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.

Luostarinen was struck by a shot from a teammate in the third period. The 28-year-old will get checked out and can be considered day-to-day leading up to Monday's contest against the Sabres. If he can't play, the Panthers will either need to make a call-up or dress seven blueliners to fill out the lineup.

Celebrini scored his first goal of the season in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Oilers.

After missing two games with a lower-body injury, the 20-year-old superstar made an impact in Saturday's return to the lineup. He spoiled Tristan Jarry's shutout bid midway through the third period. Celebrini has delivered six points in his first three games of 2026-27. If he avoids injuries, he could surpass the 100-point plateau for a second straight regular season.

Askarov made 17 saves in Saturday's 3-1 loss to Edmonton.

The young netminder didn't get much offensive support. He also gave up at least three goals for a fourth straight start to begin the season. Askarov has a 2-2-0 record, but his .860 save percentage leaves a lot to be desired and could open the door for Alex Nedeljkovic to take on more of the work in the crease.

Podkolzin scored the game-winning goal in Saturday's 3-1 victory over the Sharks.

The 25-year-old is taking full advantage of his spot alongside Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. Saturday's tally was Podkolzin's fifth in five games to begin the season. He's racked up seven points in total, with three of those points (two goals, one helper) coming on the power play. If he maintains his top-line assignment for an extended stretch, Podkolzin could have a career year offensively.

Jarry turned aside 19 shots in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sharks.

The veteran netminder was sharp in his first win of the season, taking a shutout into the third period until finally getting beaten by Macklin Celebrini. Jarry has watched from the bench the last three games after coughing up six goals on 23 shots in the Oilers' opener, but Saturday's performance should put him back in the mix for starts alongside Devon Levi.
