Turcotte (upper body) has returned to Los Angeles and has been ruled out for the rest of the road trip which concludes Sunday in Carolina, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Turcotte missed Tuesday's tilt in Detroit with the injury. The 24-year-old has three goals and 12 points with 29 hits and 25 blocked shots over 49 games this season. He could return as early as Wednesday versus Seattle, though the Kings could give him some extra time off as they are off from Feb. 6 to 24 due to the Olympic break.

  • Joel Hofer G | STL

Blues' Joel Hofer: Tending twine Thursday

Hofer will defend the home crease against the Panthers on Thursday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Hofer and Jordan Binnington have alternated starts over the past several games, and that trend will continue Thursday. Across his last four outings, Hofer has gone 2-1-1 with a 1.94 GAA and .929 save percentage. He made a road start against Florida on Dec. 20, turning aside 27 of 29 shots (.931 save percentage) in a 6-2 win.

  • Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Game-time call Thursday

Sundqvist (ankle) will be a game-time decision ahead of Thursday's home clash versus Florida, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Should Sundqvist play Thursday, he will need to be activated from injured reserve. Sundqvist has missed four games since suffering a cut above his ankle Jan. 18 against the Oilers. Sundqvist has three goals and 13 points over 39 NHL games this season.

  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Facing Lightning

Hellebuyck will patrol the visiting crease in Tampa Bay on Thursday, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.

He has yet to earn a shutout this season after picking up eight in 2024-25. The Lightning are second in NHL scoring this season, generating 3.45 goals per game.

  • Blues' Jake Neighbours: Deemed game-time call

Neighbours (lower body) is considered a game-time decision for Thursday's matchup against the Panthers, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Neighbours exited Tuesday's game against the Stars due to a lower-body injury and was labeled day-to-day by head coach Jim Montgomery a day later. Neighbours will participate in an optional skate Thursday before the Blues determine his status, while Hugh McGing and Matt Luff were called up Thursday to fill in if Neighbours or Jordan Kyrou (upper body) are unavailable.

  • Predators' Fedor Svechkov: Sent to Milwaukee

Svechkov (upper body) was reassigned to AHL Milwaukee on Thursday.

  • Capitals' Clay Stevenson: Called up from AHL

Stevenson was recalled from AHL Hershey on Thursday.

The call-up was necessitated as Logan Thompson took a shot off his mask versus Seattle on Wednesday and is out with an upper-body injury. Lindholm will be unavailable for at least one game, but he's slated to visit with doctors Thursday, which could provide a better idea of his status with just under a week remaining before the Olympic break.
