FanDuel requires you win that first bet in order to get the $200 in bonus bets, while DraftKings does not. At DraftKings and bet365, you can also earn bonus bets after a first bet of $5, but you get $150 rather than $200 at FanDuel. Fanatics offers the most in bonus bets at $300, but you need to place a first bet of $30 to receive that offer. Note that this Fanatics offer is only available in select states in which Fanatics operates.
BetMGM's offer for new users is a first-bet offer. Whatever your first bet is, you will receive that stake back in the form of bonus bets up to $1,500 if that wager loses. This promotion can return quite a bit in bonus bets, but in order to receive the maximum return, you'd have to place a first bet of $1,500 and lose that bet.
