Manager Joe Espada told reporters that Meyers sustained an ankle injury during Saturday's 5-3 win over the Angels, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Meyers rolled his left ankle on the bottom of the outfield wall while making a catch in the ninth inning of Saturday's game, but he did not leave the contest after being checked on by trainers. The severity of the injury is still being evaluated, but it could keep the 28-year-old outfielder out of the lineup for Sunday's series finale. Meyers has gone 3-for-29 with two RBI over his last 10 outings.
