  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Perfect in Week 13 win

Lutz converted both of his field-goal attempts and all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday night's 27-26 overtime win over the Commanders. Lutz opened up the scoring for the Broncos by converting on two 33-yard field goals in the first and second quarter. The 31-year-old has now made 19 of 22 field-goal attempts and all 27 of his point-after tries through the Broncos' first 12 games this season. He's expected to have plenty of scoring opportunities in Denver's Week 14 matchup against the Raiders.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Signs extension with Denver

Lutz and the Broncos agreed to a three-year contract extension Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Lutz's previous contract was due to expire after this year, but he's now slated to remain with Denver through 2028. The veteran kicker has had a strong campaign, going 17-for-20 on field-goal tries -- including 3-of-5 from 50-plus yards -- while making all 24 of his PATs. Lutz also leads the NFL with four game-winning kicks and just won AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors after making all five of his field-goal attempts, including the game-winner, against Kansas City last Sunday.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Five FGs in win over Kansas City

Lutz converted all five of his field-goal attempts and his lone extra point in the Broncos' 22-19 win over the Chiefs on Sunday. The Broncos were able to score only one touchdown, but Lutz was able to pick up the offense in the scoring area, making field goals from 29, 24, 38, 54 and 35 yards out, including the game-winner as time expired in the fourth quarter. Lutz has struggled at times this season, but he accounted for 16 of the Broncos' 22 points in this one. The veteran kicker has now made 17 of 20 field-goal attempts and all 24 of his extra-point tries through 11 games in 2025.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Sits

Lutz has gone four games in a row with only one made field goal, and he's missed at least one field goal in each of his past two games against Houston and Las Vegas. The Chiefs are No. 2 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing kickers, and Kansas City hasn't allowed a kicker to make multiple field goals in a game since Week 4. Also, the past three opposing kickers against the Chiefs (Daniel Carlson, Matthew Wright and Matt Prater) have made no field goals, with only one attempt.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Converts one FGA in win

Lutz went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made his only PAT in Thursday night's 10-7 win over the Raiders. Lutz missed a 59-yard field-goal try short in the third quarter before later connecting from 32 yards with five seconds left in the period. The kicker has made at least one field goal in six consecutive contests, and he's now gone 12-for-15 on field-goal attempts, including 2-for-4 from 50-plus yards, over 10 games this year.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Ready to rock

Lutz (illness) was a full participant in Wednesday's walkthrough practice and does not carry an injury designation for Thursday's matchup against the Raiders. Lutz popped up on the injury report Tuesday while missing practice due to an illness, but he's now been cleared to handle his usual starting duties at placekicker as Thursday's matchup against the Raiders approaches. Across nine regular-season appearances so far, Lutz has converted 11 of 13 field-goal attempts and all 22 of his extra-point tries.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Added to injury report

Lutz did not participate in Tuesday's walkthrough due to illness. Lutz was added to the injury report Tuesday after not being listed Monday. It's unclear if he is in danger of missing Thursday's game against the Raiders, though his participation Wednesday should provide a clearer picture of his status.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Converts game-winning kick

Lutz went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made his only PAT in Sunday's 18-15 win over the Texans. Lutz had a 51-yard field-goal try blocked in the first quarter, but he was able to get his revenge later, delivering the Broncos a victory with a 34-yard field goal as time expired in regulation. The kicker has now gone 11-for-13 on field-goal tries, including 2-for-4 from 50-plus yards, while making all 22 of his extra-point attempts over nine games this season.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Sits

The Texans are No. 1 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing kickers, and Houston has allowed just four field goals on 10 attempts, as well as only 11 PATs. Jason Myers in Week 7 is the lone kicker with multiple field goals against the Texans, and Lutz has now gone consecutive games with only one field goal in each outing against the Giants and Cowboys at home. I would sit Lutz in the majority of leagues in Week 9.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Nails six kicks vs. Dallas

Lutz made his lone field-goal attempt and all five of his extra-point tries during the Broncos' 44-24 win over the Cowboys on Sunday. Most of Lutz's points came on PATs, as the Broncos' offense ran into little resistance against the Cowboys' defense, though he did connect on a 42-yard field goal in the third quarter. Lutz has not missed a kick in six straight games and has gone 10-for-11 on field-goal attempts and 21-for-21 on point-after tries through eight regular-season games.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Connects on game-winning FG

Lutz made both of his extra-point attempts and his lone field-goal try during the Broncos' 33-32 win over the Giants on Sunday. The Broncos' offense struggled for most of Sunday's game but came alive in the fourth quarter with 33 points. Quarterback Bo Nix led a four-play drive late in the fourth quarter to set up Lutz for a 39-yard field goal, which the latter hit right through the middle of the uprights to improve Denver's record to 5-2. Lutz has not missed a kick in six of the first seven games of the regular season and is 9-for-10 on field-goal attempts and 16-for-16 on extra-point tries.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Makes three kicks in London

Lutz went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made his lone extra-point try during the Broncos' 13-11 win over the Jets on Sunday. Lutz put the Broncos on the board with a 57-yard field goal in the first quarter, and he connected on a 27-yard chip shot late in the fourth quarter to put Denver up for good. Lutz has not missed a kick since Week 2 against the Colts and is now 7-for-8 on field-goal attempts and 14-for-14 on extra-point tries through the first six games of the regular season.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Drills 55-yarder in win

Lutz connected on both field-goal tries and his only extra-point attempt in Sunday's 21-17 win over the Eagles. The kicker nailed a 55-yarder to open the scoring in the first quarter, and he added a 36-yarder to solidify the Denver lead late in the fourth. Lutz, who hit 88 percent of his field goals in 2023 and 91 percent last year, is off to a good start again in 2025, going 6-for-7 on field-goal tries and 13-for-13 on extra-point attempts so far. If Denver's offense improves, his accuracy should become a real asset in fantasy football.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Limited action in Week 4

Lutz did not attempt a field goal while going 4-for-4 on extra-point tries in Monday's 28-3 win over the Bengals. Lutz had a relatively quiet night on Monday Night Football, failing to attempt a field goal for the first time this season. Through four games, the kicker has gone 4-for-5 on field-goal tries and made all 12 of his PATs. Lutz will look to be more involved in the team's Week 5 matchup with the Eagles.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Misses crucial kick in loss

Lutz missed his lone field-goal attempt but made all four of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 29-28 loss to the Colts. Lutz only field-goal attempt was a 42-yard try late in the fourth quarter that would have given the Broncos a five-point lead over the Colts. Instead, the veteran missed the kick, hitting the right upright in the process. The Colts would then go on to make a field goal of their own to win the game in walk-off fashion. With Denver's offense operating at a high level and finding the end zone on multiple occasions Sunday, Lutz was not relied upon as much as usual. The 31-year-old will look to get back on track when the Broncos visit the Chargers in Week 3.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Perfect in Week 1 win

Lutz went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point tries in Denvers' 20-12 win over the Titans on Sunday. Lutz's 39-yard field goal tied the game 3-3 in the first quarter, and his 33-yard make gave the Broncos a 13-12 lead in the third quarter. Lutz is in his third season with Denver. He made 31 of 34 field goals and all 46 of his extra points last season.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Kicker to Start

The Broncos offense should give Lutz plenty of chances to make plays this week, and he's always a good option when he's at home. The Titans were also No. 3 in most PATs allowed at 50, and I like Lutz as a top-five Fantasy kicker in this matchup.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Perfect on kicks

Lutz made all three of his field-goal tries while converting his lone extra-point attempt in Saturday's 28-19 win over the Saints. Lutz connected on field goals from 25, 29 and 32 yards out Saturday in the Broncos preseason finale against New Orleans. The veteran kicker enters his third season with the Broncos in 2025 and will look to build upon his excellent 91 percent field-goal percentage from last season, the second-highest mark of his career. The season is a contract year for the 31-year-old, as he is set to become an unrestricted free agent in 2026. With the Broncos projected to take another step forward on offense in quarterback Bo Nix's second season, Lutz could see even more opportunities in scoring range during the 2025 campaign.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Kicker to Start

Lutz has scored at least 11 Fantasy points in three of his past five games, and he's a perfect 11-of-11 on field goals and 17-of-17 on PATs over that span. The Broncos offense should move the ball at will against the Chiefs, who are resting starters, and I like Lutz as a No. 1 Fantasy kicker at home in Week 18.

  • Broncos' Wil Lutz: Hits lone field-goal attempt

Lutz made his only field-goal attempt and converted all three of his extra-point tries during the Broncos' 30-24 overtime loss to the Bengals on Saturday. Lutz opened the scoring Saturday with a 30-yard field goal early in the first quarter to give the Broncos the early lead. The veteran kicker has been perfect over his last six games and has missed just three field-goal attempts for the season. Lutz will need to be on form in Cincinnati's must-win game against Kansas City in Week 18.
