The Jets and Okorafor agreed to terms on a contract Friday, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
The 2018 third-round pick from Western Michigan will now remain in New York after spending his 2025 campaign with the Jets. Okorafor appeared in 14 games last season, logging just 45 special-teams snaps. Now back with the Jets, he's expected to compete for a reserve role on the team's offensive line throughout the offseason.

The Jets signed Okorafor on Wednesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
The 27-year-old from Western Michigan appeared in just one game during his one-year stint with the Patriots in 2024 before being placed on the exempt/left quad list in early September. However, he's made 60 starts throughout his seven-year NFL career, primarily with the Steelers from 2020 to 2022 (48 starts). With Okorafor now in New York, he's expected to compete for a starting tackle spot in 2025.

Okorafor has entered concussion protocols Sunday, according to head coach Mike Tomlin, Alex Kozora reports.
Okorafor suffered the head injury at some point during the team's 30-7 loss to the Steelers on Sunday. He'll now need to go through all the steps of the league's protocols if he's going to play Week 2 against the Browns.
