  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Week 3 Waiver Priority List

Reynolds has been one of the lone bright spots for the Broncos through two games, with nine catches for 138 yards on 13 targets. In deeper leagues, he might be worth a flier, especially facing a depleted Tampa Bay secondary in Week 3. Reynolds is worth adding for 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Explosive in Denver offense

Reynolds recorded four receptions on five targets for 93 yards in Sunday's 13-6 loss to the Steelers. Reynolds led the Broncos in yards thanks to a few long receptions late in the game. He accounted for the longest play from scrimmage for either team on a trick play in the third quarter that went for 49 yards and later added a 22-yard gain in the fourth quarter -- the latter of which set up one of the team's two field goals. Reynolds has shown some rapport with Bo Nix early in the season, as he's been targeted 13 times and racked up nine receptions for 138 yards across two contests.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Ready to face Pittsburgh

Reynolds (Achilles) practiced in full Friday and does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's matchup against the Steelers. Reynolds missed practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday, but it's possible the Broncos were simply managing his reps due to lingering Achilles discomfort. The veteran wideout could be in line for expanded opportunities Sunday with rookie Devaughn Vele (ribs), who drew eight targets Week 1, ruled out for Sunday's matchup.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Logs limited practice

Reynolds (Achilles) was limited at practice Thursday. Reynolds didn't practice Wednesday, so his return to a limited session a day later has him trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers. Meanwhile, fellow WR Devaughn Vele (ribs) has missed back-to-back practices, and if one or both players are limited or sidelined this weekend, Marvin Mims, Troy Franklin and perhaps Lil'Jordan Humphrey could see added work behind Courtland Sutton in Week 2.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Returns to practice

Reynolds (Achilles) resumed practicing Thursday, Ryan McFadden of The Denver Post reports. Reynolds couldn't practice Wednesday due to an Achilles injury that he dealt with Week 1. The veteran wideout managed to practice in full despite the Achilles issue leading up to Week 1, so his return to practice Thursday bodes well for the wideout's chances of being cleared to play Sunday versus Pittsburgh. During Denver's season-opening loss to the Seahawks, Reynolds secured five of eight targets for 45 yards.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Achilles issue resurfaces

Reynolds (Achilles) didn't practice Wednesday, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports. Reynolds was nursing an Achilles injury heading into Week 1, but he put forth three consecutive full practices before leading the Broncos with 45 receiving yards in a 26-20 loss to Seattle. Fellow wide receiver Devaughn Vele (ribs) was also absent from Wednesday's session, leaving Courtland Sutton, Marvin Mims and Troy Franklin as the only three healthy wide receivers on the roster. Reynolds and Vele both have two opportunities left to resume practicing as the Broncos prepare to host the Steelers on Sunday.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Leads team in yardage

Reynolds corralled five of eight targets for 45 yards in Sunday's 26-20 loss to Seattle. Reynolds finished with the most receiving yards of any Denver wideout but trailed Courtland Sutton in targets (12). The veteran wideout battled an Achilles injury this preseason but did not appear limited in Sunday's contest. Denver's passing game didn't look strong to kick off the Bo Nix era, but Reynolds will look to garner healthy targets as the No. 2 option heading into next Sunday's tilt against the Steelers.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Full participant Wednesday

Reynolds (Achilles) wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, Ryan McFadden of the Denver Post reports. Denver has a clean injury report, with the entire team healthy heading into Sunday's season opener against the Seahawks. That includes Reynolds, who dealt with a minor Achilles injury in August. After spending last season in Detroit, Reynolds will look to establish a prominent role in his first season in Denver while he's part of a Broncos wide receiver depth chart that looks wide open behind Courtland Sutton. Along with Reynolds, youngsters Marvin Mims, Troy Franklin and Devaughn Vele are also competing for playing time.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Positioned for Week 1 start

Reynolds (Achilles) is one the candidates to take on a larger role after Denver released Tim Patrick on Tuesday, DNVR Broncos reports. Reynolds got a lot of first-team snaps this summer and is perhaps the most obvious direct replacement/competition for Patrick, as they're both tall, veteran WRs that primarily work the perimeter and don't tend to be targeted at a high rate. From a fantasy standpoint, young players like Marvin Mims and Troy Franklin are probably more interesting, but that doesn't mean they'll get more playing time than Reynolds to start the season. Coach Sean Payton suggested last week that Reynolds' Achilles injury wouldn't be an issue for the start of the regular season.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Minor injury concern

Coach Sean Payton indicated that Reynolds has some "wear and tear" with an Achilles, but noted that the wideout felt better Friday, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports. Payton added that Reynolds, who worked on a side field Friday, should be fine, but we suspect that the team will err on the side of caution and hold the 29-year-old out of Sunday's preseason finale against the Cardinals. As Week 1 approaches, Reynolds is looking to cement a key role in a Denver WR corps that's led by Courtland Sutton and also includes Tim Patrick, Marvin Mims, Troy Franklin and Devaughn Vele.

  • Broncos' Josh Reynolds: Joining Denver's WR corps

Reynolds agreed Wednesday with the Broncos on a two-year contract, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports. Per Garafolo, Reynolds' deal with Denver is worth a maximum of $14 million. The wideout, who turned 29 years old last month, is coming off a 2023 campaign in which he caught 40 of his 64 targets for 608 yards and five touchdowns in 17 regular-season contests for Detroit. With the Broncos, Reynolds will help fill the void created by the recent trade of Jerry Jeudy to the Browns. Reynolds will have a chance to compete with Tim Patrick (Achilles) and Marvin Mims for targets behind No. 1 wideout Courtland Sutton.

  • Josh Reynolds: Scheduled for Baltimore visit

Reynolds will visit the Ravens on Friday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. The Ravens met with Michael Gallup earlier in the week and are still looking for veteran, complementary pass catchers for an offense that will be led by QB Lamar Jackson, RB Derrick Henry, WR Zay Flowers and TE Mark Andrews. It might not be the best place for a wide receiver to have fantasy value, but Baltimore does offer a good opportunity for playing time and a playoff run. Reynolds had at least 326 receiving yards (but no more than 618 in each of the past six seasons), starting 52 of 91 regular-season games in that span while playing for three different teams. He turned 29 in February, shortly after catching eight of 14 targets for 132 yards and a TD in three playoff games for Detroit.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Solid 2023 campaign

Reynolds caught 40 of 64 targets for 608 yards and five touchdowns over 17 regular-season games in 2023. After averaging 56.8 yards with three touchdowns over the first six games of the year, Reynolds only collected 26.4 yards per game since that point. Part of his dip in production was tied to the return and then slight ascension of Jameson Williams, who missed the first four games of the year due to a gambling-related suspension but saw increased playing time as the year went on. While Reynolds is now set to become an unrestricted free agent, he will likely remain a fantasy afterthought wherever he lands.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Cleared to play

Reynolds (ribs) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in San Francisco, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports. The Lions listed him as a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday before upgrading the wideout to full on Friday. Reynolds played 86 and 78 percent of snaps in the team's first two playoff games, catching seven of 10 targets for 107 yards and a touchdown in wins over the Rams and Buccaneers. He's gotten a bit more playing time than Jameson Williams, who has six playoff targets on snap shares of 70 and 58 percent.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Remains limited Thursday

Reynolds (ribs) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday. Reynolds now has put together back-to-back capped sessions to begin preparations for Sunday's NFC Championship Game at San Francisco due to a rib injury. His activity level at Friday's practice likely will determine whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation. Since the Lions' Week 9 bye, Reynolds has surpassed 20 receiving yards only five times in 11 contests en route to a cumulative 25-318-3 line on 43 targets.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Dealing with rib issue

Reynolds was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a rib injury. Reynolds previously tended to groin and back issues this season, but he's suited up for all 19 games, including playoffs. His snap share has wavered at times along the way, but he's surpassed 60 percent in five consecutive contests, a span in which he put together a 14-180-1 receiving line on 23 targets. The modest output comes as no surprise in a Detroit passing game that revolves around wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown and tight end Sam LaPorta (knee), and a new health concern now is affecting Reynolds as he prepares for Sunday's NFC Championship Game in San Francisco.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Ties season high in catches

Reynolds caught five of seven targets for 44 yards during Sunday's 30-20 win over the Vikings. Reynolds technically saw his most action in the passing game since Week 1, and it came in the absence of Jameson Williams (ankle). However, with the receiver needing 36 receiving yards to hit 600 on the year and trigger a $250k bonus in his contract, quarterback Jared Goff peppered Reynolds with four straight passes on Detroit's final four offensive plays of the game. Reynolds otherwise finished a distant third in targets behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta (ankle). With that said, each of LaPorta, Williams and Kalif Raymond (knee) could be banged up entering the wild-card round of the playoffs, leaving Reynolds as the potential No. 2 option in the passing game ahead of a revenge matchup with the Rams.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Earns two targets

Reynolds caught one of two passes for 13 yards during Saturday's 20-19 loss to the Cowboys. Logging 68 percent of the offensive snaps, Reynolds saw his highest snap share in weeks on a day that the Lions heavily utilized three-receiver formations. With Jameson Williams (ankle), who logged 64 percent of the snaps, tending to a minor ankle injury, Reynolds could return to being the clear No. 2 option at wide receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown during the regular-season finale Sunday against Minnesota.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Minimal production in Week 16

Reynolds caught one of four targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 30-24 win over the Vikings. Reynolds played the second-most offensive snaps (46) at wide receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown (78), but he was unable to get much going throughout the contest. Despite the down performance, the veteran wideout remains a key member of the Detroit passing attack in an offense flush with playmakers.

  • Lions' Josh Reynolds: Makes some plays

Reynolds caught two of three targets for 41 yards during Saturday's win over Denver. Posting more than 40 receiving yards in back-to-back games, Reynolds is showing a little life after previously failing to top 15 yards since Week 7. However, it is starting to look like Jameson Williams is taking hold of the No. 2 spot on the depth chart after setting career highs with seven targets and 69 percent of the snaps (compared to 58 percent for Reynolds). It will be hard to trust Reynolds for fantasy production in a Week 16 showdown with Minnesota.
