Scott was waived with an injury settlement by the Raiders in August and has now latched on with Tennessee. He has yet to make his NFL debut since going undrafted out of Vanderbilt in 2018.

Scott spent OTAs and the first half of training camp with the Raiders after joining the team in May. However, they have opted to go in a different direction. He has yet to suit up for a regular-season game since going undrafted in 2018.

Scott has previously spent time in the Seahawks and Packers organizations. The 25-year-old wide receiver will try to win a roster spot in camp with the Raiders.
